Very clean store and great people

Folks have to go inside to redeem Kroger points for gas. This has been an ongoing issue. Someone needs to get it fixed once and for all.

I have shopped at the store for years. In the last year they have been running customers off as their gas is 13 to 20 cense higher than the 2 store cross the street.It is so obvious few gars are stoppinhg here

I would give this store a 5 star rating if it wasnt for the managers poor customer service. I went to him this morning with a transaction problem and he wanted to act like I was crazy and didnt know what I was talking about when I had proof in my hand and he wanted to brush me away like he didnt have time for me. My card was charged twice and Im very sure it was just a mistake that happened because me and my husband have been going to this store for gas, drinks, and cigarettes when I use to smoke. For a few years, we were in there almost every day. Usually for cigarettes. I have never been treated this way by anyone in there until today. Im not saying the manager, his name is Ty, needs to lose his job but someone needs to educate him on customer service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had!I called approximately 9:00PM on July 21st to simply ask if their ATM machine was workin considering the other kwik stop gas stations ATM was not. The lady answered with a rude hello and I asked, “is this kwik stop”, considering the lady answered the phone like it was her personal cell. She stated that it wasn’t kwik stop then hung up. So I drove across town to that location anyways since that particular ATM doesn’t charge my card a fee. I quickly recognized the cashiers voice which was the same one that answered the phone extremely rudely and said it wasn’t kwik stop, but easily could’ve answered my simple question. Then I stood in line to get change for a $20. When I finally got to the counter she said, “uh you gotta buy something I can’t give change for free.” Well that was a first for me. I’ve never been to a gas station that forced me to purchase something to get change back unless they didn’t have enough to break a bill. But unfortunate enough a very generous man who over heard the conversation came up to me outside and offered me change and said that was the worst customer service he’s also ever encountered. I was very embarrassed at the point because I was humiliated by the lady’s rudeness and appalled that she denied that it kwik stop when I called. Great customer service makes me want to do more business with companies, but that made me never want to go back again!

Worst place get gas due overcrowdinglack pumps. incompetent hood rat customers who try to get aggressive over gas pumps with the long lines

Worst customer service in Horn Lake. Wont even hand you your merchandise over the counter when you pay. Get better service and product at the Circle K across the road.

The young girl this afternoon with the glasses is a wast of money for Kroger and shows no respect to customers when she is alone. I wont tolerate this place again!
