Absolutely love this store the staff is nice and courteous very knowledgeable and help with any questions i may have i will continue going to this location for anything i need.

Ive had some lukewarm experiences with this store in the past, so it really depends on whos working but I had a good experience so thats worth sharing.This week I came in with a movie trade and the staff there were super helpful, they had the cables and accessories I was looking for, and they even let me test them in store on the console I am trying to restore to make sure I wasnt wasting my money on the parts. They also helped me trade in a imported Xbox game, which a lot of stores wont take as its a bit complicated to set up in their database.And they were willing to just chat a bit and be friendly while we did business. If youve slept on this store in the past, do yourself a favor and swing by here. Feels much more personal than GameStop and they have a lot more older, unique, and unexpected things than you might think.

I am mixed about this business on one hand you got great collectible item choices sometimes good prices and on the other hand if you sell anything to them you are not going to get any far prices for whatever you sell to them and now there taking power tools after a while they will become a pawn shop/thrift store make up your mind game exchange which one you going to be.

Responsive and helpful staff. Best response that I havent heard in a while when you ask an employee a question and they do not know the answer, I dont know but I will find out and get back to you. Will certainly retain my future business!

I recently purchased an eight terabyte external hard drive and have been converting all my media library to digital format. This store has become my go to stop for all those classic fantasy and SyFy movies Im missing. Never fail to find something whenever I stop in. The buy 2 get 1 free deal they have had since forever is awesome. The staff is always nice and up to date on all things geek.

Best game stores around! I shop at all the locations and when I tell you that the staff in every store is awesome, I definitely mean it. They have retro and new games so there is no need to try gamestop. Also their prices are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and give them a try because you wont be disappointed.

Great place to get used games and movies no need to worry about scratched disk they fix it on sight and you have until close the next day to a return and 90 days for the disc

Store credit only. Dont spend any substantial amount of money here, because you cannot get it back. What a great lesson for my kids on gambling. We love to support small businesses, but we will never spend another cent in any Game X Change location. Read reviews and rent before you buy new, somewhere else. We will never do business with another buy / sell / trade setup again.

I have been out of the gamer scene for a while. So long in fact, that I have a 5 year old starting down his video game road. When it comes to which games fit him best, and are safe for him, the staff here is stellar. They can put themselves on his gamer level to ensure we have games that while challenging to him, still arent too difficult for him. They know are the accessories he needs, and have TONS of great deals. Their return policy is simple and straight forward. If anything doesnt work the way they tell you, take it back, and they return or exchange it, no questions asked. Great business, with a great staff. Thanks guys. P.S. Good and not so good. Took my grandson and he wanted a portal for his game. Brought it home and it did not work. But he was able to get a good deal on some Skylander figurines he wanted.

Awesome prices on consoles and games. They offer movies too. Only drawback is they dont pay much for used consoles. I sold a brand new Xbox One 1TB and they only paid $100.

Best video game/used/pre-owned store I know in the state of MS. They have a great return/exchange policy and good prices. If you want a disc cleaned, its a very small price for such a great service. I wanted a wii guitar and they didnt have it at the location I am frequent to, so they had it sent over to my store, free of charge. Ive bought several used games and items, and my parents have too. The staff is typically always very friendly, chill, helpful, and knowledgeable. Im fond of this game store in particular due to its atmosphere and staff. If you wanted to buy something from them, dont expect a refund, just get an exchange or store-credit, its easy and youre likely to get what you wanted in the first place. To those who have to travel, your travel experience is not the stores responsibility. I moved 2.5 hours away, and I still go there sometimes. Dont take it out on the stores reputation if you live on the other side of the state or in an entirely different state and are UNWILLING to travel. Also, Id like to comment and try to discredit people who gave bad reviews just because this is a BUSINESS and they sell items higher than they buy them for, because--again--this is a BUSINESS, NOT A NON-PROFIT.

The Italian that are sold in the store are great prices. But the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They were on thaer phones and not very helpful

Get cash options for trades and also they accept abd gave a huge library of the retro systems and games, which is pretty much all i play now.

Got a preowned PS4 there... when I took the plastic warp off it literally 2 bugs came out of it and the console had dust all in the vents. they don’t give cash refunds so I was screwed. I didn’t want to get another console from them plus it was 3 hour drive for me. Had to spend hours to open the console and to make sure no more bugs in it. Their an awesome place for old games but they should clean out their consoles.

Game X Change had an awesome selection of games, accessories, DVDs, and so much more. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the quality of their items was so great I could hardly tell it was pre-owned. Plus, their prices are better than GameStop in a lot of aspects and they really want to give you as much as they can on your trade in goods. I got 60 dollars back by trading in 9 games that were worth about 85-90 dollars in total. Game X Change is the best place to go if you need a good deal on great games.

I purchased two games on a Thursday and took them back on a Saturday pay cash and the games were garbage I took them back they said I could only get store credit that I couldnt get my money back. I was very angry I gave you cash you give me credit now I want cash back I will never go there again.

Ive been here about 30 times, the staff is always nice and theyve got a wide selection of both movies and games, and if youre not happy the return policy is very simple, more so than other video game stores like gamestop.
