My 80 year old parents rented a jack hammer at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon they were advised to pay for a one day rental and never told they could rent for four hours. They were finished within an hour but couldn’t make it back to town by five. They returned the next morning at 8 am we thought they would only charge us half day and would reimburse them Half day. They would not and were very difficult about this. We were not happy with their service. Taking advantage of people is not a nice way of doing business. Especially the elderly. The customer service person should have explained this to them upon renting the jack hammer.

The guys at both the Houlton and Presque Isle locations have gone out of their way to go the extra mile to help me out, so that I could complete my annual projects. Great bunch of guys to deal with!
