Be prepared for a wait. The employees are kind, but they are often unprepared for multiple customers. We also had trouble with items not being in stock. B/c of the pandemic youll have to pickup and put together your own furniture.

We’ve purchased furniture from Furniture Marts in Houma in the past, and we’ve been satisfied with the quality and how they’ve held up. I was in the market for a new dresser and couldn’t find what I was looking for elsewhere, so I stopped in at this location. Mr. Jack was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. I found the exact dresser I had in mind for a GREAT price, and it will arrive in about a week which is so much quicker than any other furniture store around. I’ll definitely continue to shop here!

Really great pricing and ability too long term finance, staff are attentive and very polite! Not a huge selection on bed sets but great place to shop around and check out couches/sofas/entertainment centers etc. The lack of bedroom furniture is the only reason i didnt give this place 5 stars. All in all ive already furnished 3 rooms with them and keep going back😂

If I could give this place -5000 stars I would. I ordered a table two months ago and it was suppose to be in in less than a week. After two months I finally got it. They said they were to busy to call me. I spent over $2000 in this place, been waiting two months and yet they were to busy to take 5 seconds to call me after having the table two days. I’ve tried calling corporate twice and no answer even left a voicemail. I put my table together and they sent the wrong piece. You call the store and they say they gonna call back and never do. The Houma location is a joke and they don’t care about their customers clearly. And then to top it off, the manager wanted me to take a table off the sales floor and it was cracked. As long as you pay the money good luck getting your furniture because they don’t care about you after that.

Bought a dresser (PAID FOR IT) get there in told oh we sold it to someone else..... knowing I went in there that morning told the girl in the back (CLARENCE AREA) BTW ACTED LIKE SHE DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME. Also said oh I thought you took it when you left the second time you came??? Okay so you known that I wanted it came back for it and ask you to check me out but you didnt told me to go in the front of the store to paid for it. Came back just in time because I over heard her telling the other store person I just sold it to someone else.... REALLY??? THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME TO IN SO MANY WORDS BE QUIET (VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL) as if Im not supposed to be upset that you sold it to someone else after I bought it. Im just glad that I went back today to pick it up because had I not it was going to be gone!!!! I havent shop here in over 12 years it will be another 12 years they will not receive my business.

In February, from this store I purchased a house full of furniture. I became very upset when things werent delivered on time or when I received the wrong furniture or when they delivered a dirty ottoman that was on their sales floor. I went into the store to speak with the manager. He was absent, so I spoke with the assistant manager Dori. She was very professional and easy to talk too. She went over all my orders and made corrections where need be. She was absolutely amazing and I went home a happy customer only because of her. This a good company to order from, but if it wasnt for Dori I would not have given them a 5. Because of her professionalism and promptness I couldnt do anything but give her excellent. Again thank you Dori. She should apply for the manager position whenever it becomes available.

Never again . I bought furniture believing it was good quality and not even a year the seams to the leather started coming apart when u recline it just started tearing in the contract it states if u have surgery or lost job they will pay 4 or up to 4 months of your bill they lied. Went through alot and gave them all info on time and they didnt follow through. Its all cheap . Go to a quality place for furniture
