It is a good antique, collectible store. Not much on sale and prices are usually at the upper end of whats reasonable, but things are generally well presented and it is clean. Staff is friendly and it was the first tims time back since the Covid-19 pandemic. No masks, and while we didnt wear either, if it had been busier we might have. Its a nice place.

This place is HUGE and has a great, diverse selection of both antiques and knickknacks. They have several workers walking the place to help patrons. We bought a couple items at very reasonable prices. FYI - if you ask they will dis count the items: 10% for items under $100, 15% for those over $100.

This place is huge! So much to see. Friendly and helpful staff. Great layout fits literally hundreds of “booths” under one roof. (Not sure if “booths” is the correct terminology). Something for everyone in this place. They are also a Fusion paint distributor. You’ll want to come spend some time here...eat before you come so you have the energy! McDonald’s, Arby’s, and Coney Island restaurant close by. Just down the road from the Tanger Outlet Mall.

ALWAYS stop here while visiting with family! From Texas and always pick here as a dealer.

Hands down my favorite antique store!!! I could spend hours in here! It doesnt look that big from the outside but once you get in there there is so many different booths and vendors to check out. I always come home with a handful of goodies!!

Always a fun treasure hunt. Bought a beautiful mid century modern dresser that we will use as a sofa table/buffet.

Get your antiques on... You can find vintage tech, coyote fur coats, leather vests, costume jewelry, solid wood furniture and everything in between. Browse on a cloudy day, maybe youll find your treasure.

Great selection, and you can find some unique pieces! We have gotten several pieces of furniture over the years! The service lately has been lacking! The ladies here act like you are bothering them and rude! We just got a dresser here and the lady that brought our dresser to the front just huffed and puffed! This place really could use some customer service training.

Buying multiple items today, employees were not kind or helpful. Usually enjoy our visit, large building to walk through. Disappointed today with their negative behavior. Very poor customer service

Wandering around a perpetual garage sale is loads of fun. Lots of neat items, plenty of I used to have one of these... Wife and I picked up some enamel pans for camping.

A huge assortment of very interesting items, I could spend hours here! However, the customer service left much to be desired. I checked out without any problem; the associate who helped me was cheerful and applied the sale price to the item I purchased automatically. But when my mother went to check out, she was helped by a different woman who was very rude to her. The woman had an attitude, and when my mother pointed out that the price she was rung up was higher than the price on sale, the woman claimed it was store policy that they didnt apply the sale price unless you asked for it. I never asked for the sale price, yet it was applied to my order just fine, as with a previous purchase made by my father the day before. It seems very sketchy to me, and I will no longer be coming here.

This is my favorite mall everything from artist art fair finds to antiques. The dealers have good places to get merchandise. Lansing, Detroit, Ann Arbor so nice variety. Its not dirty and junky like some flea markets. Some expensive and some cheaper items something for all budgets. Several floor key walkers so you dont gave to hunt someone down if you need a case opened. Im 2 hours away trip worth it.

Some deals can be found, but many booths leave their items WAY overpriced, even years later.

Most well organized, clean, staffed with the most helpful people antique store ever. I have been here 3 times so far and plan on returning often.

I have spent a lot of money in this antique mall. I have noticed on my last several visits that my boyfriend and i are most definately being followed by a sales associate. The associates are hot on our trail as soon as we walk in the door. Well spend 2 1/2 hours looking at everything, as there are many interesting things to pursue, and at no time do any of these associates leave our side. As a matter of fact they come right up into our space in whatever booth particularly interests us enough to get a closer look at everything with in it. The first time i thought it was random but after the second, third, fourth and so on occurances, i began to figure this was some sort of profiling. I am a holes in the jeans, concert tshirt wearing gal and my boyfriend has long hair. I dont even bring a purse in fear ill knock something over. So i just walked out today, again feeling insulted, profiled and just fed up with a place that prefers making their customers feel bad rather trying to just be a little discreet for Gods sake. Its rude and im done shopping there at all. Shame, i usually only come when i have at least $200 to spend. Im sure their vendors wouldnt appreciate all the potential business they chase away. And by the way, i have owned 2 businesss in this area myself and have been a Chamber member for years. And to Lori Wengle......dont insult anyone reading these reviews by replying to me with your standard response to these complaints as though you have any intention of getting to the bottom of anything or remedying the situation. Your staff members are trained and instructed to do exactly what they are doing and its borderline discremanatory. If everyone partook in this derelict, unprofessional practice of yours affected left a review, your rating on google would be far less favorable. Ill pass you by and shop at one of the many antique/collectible shops that may be a bit farther from home, but actually appreciate good, return customers when they frequent their establishment.

Amazing place filled with cool stuff; you can easily spend a couple of hours in there looking at everything. Brochures say its 33,000 square feet and its very easy to believe. It doesnt look like it from outside but it goes on forever. Prices and merchandise varies of course depending on how often you go in, but we found lots of great stuff just tonight for under $40. Antiques for sure but so much more. Worth a visit and then some.

Great stop in my travels. Im an avid antique collector and I will always stop at an antique mall Ive never visited. Large place. I spent the better part of two hours and didnt see everything. Prices were extremely fair. I left with quite a few finds. Staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Fantastic finds at the LAO. When we got married I knew LAO would have all of the little decor that I needed and they went above and beyond! I was able to give them some items I couldn’t find and they put it on a wanted list for me. Within two weeks they called me that they had what I was looking for! I was so excited and appreciative of all the help! We have decorated majority of our home now with finds from the store. Can’t wait for the next sale!

Awesome place! My husband and I travel an hour and a half just to come here every couple of months. It is very well put together, very clean. We always find something to buy. If we lived closer we would come more often. Would definitely recommend stopping by if even just driving through the area.

This place has a lot of cool things so it was a shame when the customer service was poor. My mom and I stopped in and it was our first time there. I picked up two packs of baseball cards as I wanted to purchase them. I was holding them with me as we continued to walk through the store because it is quite large and there was a lot more I wanted to see. A bit into our perusing we noticed that one of the men who was working was following us around. When we headed to the back of the store my mom decided to head to the front and she heard a woman say over the walkie talkie to “watch the two women, they’re in the back” and at the time we were the only two women together in the store. My mom came to join me in the back and the man that had been following us asked if he could take the cards up to the front to hold and my mom jokingly said “oh yes because they are so heavy I can’t bare to carry them” but then politely declined as they were just two packs of baseball cards. It was then clear to my mom and I that he wanted to take them to the front as he most likely thought one of us would slip them in our pocket and try to leave without paying. The entire encounter was weird and uncomfortable and I was so ready to just walk out and leave the baseball cards but my boyfriend would really appreciate the Spider-Man baseball cards so I sucked it up, paid and left. Safe to say we will not be stopping in anytime soon.

Wow! Treasures upon treasures. I enjoyed browsing - and buying from - the many booths of unique items so much that I decided to become a seller myself. The staff, fellow dealers and friendly customers add joy to my days.

This place has sop much to offer. My word of advice about stopping here is make sure you have plenty of time and an open eye! I am not even into antiques but I found a lot of cool pieces!

Amazing Experience. I came in looking for one specific thing which the employees found for me almost instantly, which was shocking because this place is HUGE! Ive been to Antique Stores all around MI but this place was different. The whole place was very clean and extremely easy to walk through, which made it so much easier to find awesome treasures.

It has lots of vendors cool pictures and you feel memories when you walk through this place and the music thats playing is always good too..keep up the good work,Ill always shop here

They turn over a lot of merchandise at the place so each trip youre bound to see new things. Buy it when you see it because it will gone. They have sales through the year where almost every booth is offering a % discount. Fun place to spend an afternoon. Staff has always been very nice each time I was there.

Lots of stuff and not just antique stuff. My favorite cuisinart omelet pan died Sunday morning and I found a new 8 calphalon non stick for a reasonable price. We go there about once per quarter.

The dealers and booths are pretty decent - good variety, decent items, decent prices. However, I feel bad for the dealers because the people who run the store are horrible. They have no idea what customer service is. I was purchasing about 10-12items and some were from a booth with a 20% off sign in it.I mentioned the 20% off while checking out and they denied the sign was there. After showing them the sign, they then pointed out the sale ended the day before but apparently they did not take the sign down. They refused to honor the sale or offer any discount on the items. I selected a few items that I didnt want to purchase after learning that they would not be discounted and they were set aside. Then the remaining items were wrapped and my credit card was charged - but the kid at the counter only rang up 3 of the several items I still wanted to buy. It was a big mess but I didnt want my credit card charged twice so I left quite unhappy and with no attempt at resolution from the employment. I do not recommend stopping here.

Very large selection of vendors with no (that I noticed) vacant spaces. Prices trended on the higher side, but bargains can be found - I certainly did not leave empty-handed. Staff is helpful and friendly, even patrolling the store to ferry items to the counter while you continue to shop. Definitely recommend that you add this as a stop on your antiquing circuit.

Loved this ideal concession shop. Had everything we could possibly imagine. The only concern I have is the pricing is a little on the high side.

There is a lot of nice stuff in here and I probably would have enjoyed my time there. I would have spent lots of $ easily.But unfortunately, I didnt buy 1 thing. For this reason, I was constantly being followed by they same 3 employees my entire time there. So I guess if your not older 50+ they are going to assume your up to no good. And thats unfortunate for them. Because Im sure Im not the only person who has felt this way.Ive been here several times but usually come with someone else. So maybe coming alone was odd to themWho knows.

By far the best antique store that I have visited for their actual antiques themselves and I travel around the country looking for good ones. This is not a junk store. They have a great selection of pretty much anything your looking for. Only complaints are they dont have an infant changing table and the prices have been steadly increasing and causing me to be less likely to buy many items that I used to collect.

I went to this place for the first time yesterday, and I felt completely unwelcome. I arrived at about 40-45 mins before closing. They turned off the music about 20 minutes before closing, and one of the women followed me around for the last half hour I was there. It was awful. I felt pressured to leave, so I headed toward the front. Something caught my eye on the way, and I stopped to have a look. It was exactly what I have been looking for for months. I was excited, and I would have bought it, except for the fact that the staff person who had been following me around came up to me and said they were “closed.” Not “closing in a few minutes,” just “closed.” It was 5:55 - a few minutes shy of the posted closing time. They lost a sale - and a return customer.
