We were so pleased with the varsity jacket and my teen has received many compliments on it. Beautiful embroidery, lots of personalized options and reasonably priced. Ive been back in recently and theyve rearranged the store due to the pandemic. It is an excellent set-up and all precautions are being taken. They even disinfected my debit card after handling it!

I can not express how grateful I am to Spirit of Livingston for coming through in a pinch! Not only were they able to make the patch I desperately needed for my nephew, but they had it done overnight AND as a little bonus to him, a mask as a gift. They definitely made one little industrious boy, VERY happy!

So my wife and I went to spirit of Livingston to check out buying some dye sublimation shirts for our business. Last year we went to spirit of Livingston and had a demo shirt made, and it was towards the end of our season, funds got low and could not Pursue the shirts at that time. My wife and I walked in today 4/16/19 to pick up where we had left off with the shirts and I’m “assuming” the gentleman who had came up to me was the owner, and says this “every time I looked at that demo shirt it infuriated me. It was annoying to look at because we had bent over for you to make this demo shirt with no return.” As he said this he was genuinely rude and obnoxious, also saying we where no longer able to return and to take our business elsewhere. Case and point being, I am a small business owner as well and I have taken my time out of my day including fuel cost, Ware and tare, and maintenance, on my vehicles for bids I didn’t land. Unfortunately, it’s the price of business, you win some and you loose some. And for that gentleman, he never wasted the time on that demo shirt. We wanted a significant amount of those shirts produced and basically kicked us out because it didn’t go quite his way. I guess you win some and you loose some, and he lost our business. With the way we where treated there today, I wouldn’t recommend them in the least bit, for customer satisfaction should be at 100% not 50%
