I was unfortunately in a car wreck and heard of Kia warranty’s so I decided to go in and check it out. “Sy” from Kia of Dayton in Huber Heights was who helped me. He was great we had a good time and he explained everything to me and set me up same day to get in a car. He was great he even said he would help me get a few apps installed that I should have with my CarPlay I just need to stop in and he would get me set up!! He was great and the people there were fun it was a great experience and I have a beautiful car with amazing warranties!!! My sister is now looking to buy with Kia bc of how good the warranties are. my car is beautiful!! It’s the fire orange and it’s a Kia Forte Gt 2021 I just had the whole car protected by Ziebart so I will not get any rust my pain is protected and my seats and carpet are stain proof I called Kia to make sure it didn’t affect anything with my warranties first and it didn’t so I went ahead and got it done to my car. Loving in Ohio we have all the salt on the roads during winter that salt is horrible on a car!! But I don’t have to worry about it now :)

From the first phone call I made to Kia of Dayton dealership I was greeted with pure kindness. I had the pleasure of working with Preston during my new car purchase. As far as the quality of their work, I would not know. We have not even made it that far. I had to have my car towed due to breaking down in the middle of the highway. Just to reach someone and let them know the car was being towed, took almost 2 hours and multiple phone calls. I was advised to book an appointment for the following day at 3:00 so I would be on the books, which I did. The next day I still never heard anything. I waited until 10 am before making my first call. It is now 4:44 PM and I still have not been able to reach anyone. I dont even know if they have my car.

Kia of Dayton had a nice inventory to select from, and if you dont see something you like, they will search the system and find the car that suit your needs. I bought a brand new Kia! I opted at purchase for a 10yr or 100k mile free tire rotation and oil change package! I have now taken my vehicle twice since purchased to have tires rotated and oil changed! Both times the Kia of Dayton service department changed the oil but DID NOT rotate the tires BUT lied on the receipt and said they did! Since they did this the first time I took it And I caught it, the tires were marked the second time and to verify if they rotated tires and they didn’t again!!!!! They also put on service receipt that they did rotate but they once again lied!!!! We make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and it still take over 3 hours for them to do these two most basic services!!! If that’s not bad enough they know they have terrible reviews so what they do is give every customer at check out a free flying ace car wash coupon and they ask you to please give them a good google review!! So pathetic that this chop shop has to bribe customers with free car washes to avoid a customer like myself to tell the truth about how terrible they are!!! Also I explained all of this and asked the manager why they have lied about the work they are performing and he had no explanation besides to say sorry!!! I don’t know how this place stays in business! There were multiple other customers waiting with myself and they all had similar issues and were very unhappy!!! One older lady had less than 20k on her tires and they were trying to muscle her into a new set by telling her that her tires were worn when all she came in for was a tire valve replacement!!!!!!

My car was in the shop for approximately 2 months due to the parts shortage. Communication was very poor at the beginning, but did get better later on. I was originally notified by text that the part for my car was backordered and that it would not be in for 2 months. No courtesy phone call...just a text. After visiting the dealership, I was told that the repair would not be covered under warranty because the problem was caused by rodent damage. At this time, I was told that the cost of repair to include an new injector, an Electronic Computer Module, and labor would be approximately $2447.00. When I picked up the car after almost 2 months, the cost had somehow risen $3042.50.
Their estimates are always wrong and can’t explain adding hundreds of dollars onto the bill. Find a diff place for tires- they charged way too much and failed to mention alignment and balancing plus all the “work hours” in the upfront estimate- another couple hundred added to bill. After I pulled away after them working on it for 5 hrs- the balancing weights fell off so I had to go back. Multiple massive potholes on the property - that should something by itself. They never have responded to any issues or complaints but if you give them 5 start rating you get a discount. I would not recommend this business or any business that buys good ratings instead of addressing complaints and working to improve their customer service with open and honest feedback.
I was very pleased with the service I received at Kia in Huber Heights. My service consultant reviewed everything with me after my car was serviced. She also demonstrated genuine concern for my vehicle needs. It did not take long for them to complete my service. She even walked me to my car and gave me a coupon for a free car wash which I desperately needed. I wii be going back to have my car service at this location.
Recently bought my 2018 Certified Pre-owned Kia Soul here. I hate buying cars, and while it was still a long, drawn-out process (always is, isnt it?), Shelley and her manager, Brandon, were troopers (I wasnt making it easy for them). While still doing her job to make the dealership some money, she was respectful, sympathetic, and professional. Shelley showed me several different cars both in and out of my original price range, let me test drive all of them, and she and Brandon even allowed me to keep one over night. I cant recommend this dealership, and Shelley, enough.

Worst at keeping appointment times. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes and my car still has yet to go back. I made the appointment for a reason as my spare time is minimal. This happened last time with my 2021 Sorento as they lost my appointment and had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes past my appointment time. This was my last chance to use this location on two of my 2021’s that still have a long service life ahead and my business. I would rather drive 45 minutes away to another location. I would not recommend. Very disappointed.Edit: I waited 1 hour 30 minutes and took my keys. I will never return. Take your business elsewhere at least for the service department. It wasn’t worth the free oil change from the last time they did this.
I recently purchased my first new vehicle at Kia of Dayton. Everyone there was pleasant. Alan helped with my purchase. Great guy! We were there 3hrs after closing time getting everything done. Before leaving he took the time to explain in detail all the technology in my 2021 Kia Forte. Brandon assisted with the buying process and he was just as awesome! I definitely recommend.
I was having issues with my car and took it here. They tested the battery and it turned out fine, but said they wanted to do more tests. Hours later they called me back saying they were understaffed and had to send me home, without figuring out the problem. Would not recommend this dealership!
After our car was totaled we went to a couple of dealerships and ended up at Kia of Dayton. These folks truly know how to make you feel welcome. Our salesman Will Chinn went out of his way to help get us into the exact car we were looking for. He walked us through the features and even paired our phones with the cars radio. I can guarantee that any vehicle purchase in the future will be with Kia of Dayton, these folks have soul.

This dealership charged me for options I didn’t order and left off four things i did order, then refused to fix their mistake blaming everyone from the manufacturer to their salesperson.Then management were too important to be bothered by the problem and refused to speak to me directly and made a poor salesperson play middle man. I can’t say it enough how incompetent and rude the management is there. The owner should be ashamed

I purchased my Kia Sportage in September 2019. Ive had a few negative service experiences since then. My most recent experience in April restored my faith in Kia of Dayton Huber Heights. Not only did I have a great customer service experience both in the service and checking out, the rep walked me out of the service door to my vehicle and asked me how was my experience I was thrilled with how I was treated and that someone cared to ask me face to face how I felt about my experience. I recently purchased my very 1st brand new car and wow- it was an amazing experience! Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by the super friendly & enthusiastic Will. He sat us down and proceeded to inquire about my wants and needs in a vehicle. I really planned on buying used. It didnt work out that way as I am a proud owner of a 2021 Kia Sportage. I am thrilled with her (yes, my car is a her). Will and I went over the differences between used vs new and decided new would be best. I test drove one but wanted a specific color. I ended up leaving with the beauty that was on the show room floor. Being this was my 1st time buying a new car, I didnt realize how long of a process it was but let me tell you that the guys made it such a smooth process. Brandon did an amazing job getting my loan numbers where we wanted them to be and although tedious, Gabe was awesome with the signing of all the documents process. Ive been back once since with a couple questions and again, they were great! I wont need to buy a new car anytime soon as I expect this one to last many years but I definitely intend on giving these guys my business for many years to come!
Very bad service department. Don’t take your car there. They change your appointments without calling you. They don’t answer phones or return calls. Act like they don’t receive voicemails. I had to personally get a ride to the dealership to check on the status of my car that had a morning appointment the day before. And all the service manager would say was it’s next and tell me how much it was. And someone should of called you. That someone was him as I left him over three voicemails the day before.
The service department has gone to pot. Both times I have tried to schedule for recall servicing, I am told the job will take only 2 hours and then, both times when I show up, Im told it will take all day and that Ill have to wait until the following day to pick up. Clearly, this location is not in line with Kia customer values overall, but is merely concerned with short term profit over long term customer satisfaction, hence the constant overbooking.
The staff is absolutely great!! William helped me find THE perfect car! They listen to your wants and they also respect them. I highly recommend going!
Everything was above any other service department that we have used. Courtesy, efficiency, promptness and amenities such as fresh fruit, TV and a spotless waiting area and most important the service was done exactly as we asked for.
Can’t say enough about Kia of Dayton. From the time I scheduled my appointment to the time I rolled out of shop, they took really good care of me. Professional, polite and respectful.And since they can’t detail your car, they gave me a coupon for Flying Ace car wash. You can’t beat that.

Service writer Penny was excellent but my 10 am oil change had a 2 hour wait time. The wait area was full when I arrived but at 12:45 I was the only one there. Everyone of us must had been scheduled at 10. Thats just terrible customer service.
Great experience ! The staff couldnt have been more accommodating from the front lot to the detail shop in the back. Shout out to Sy Jones our salesman for setting us up with a sweet ride, Gabe for pulling the paperwork together and D in the detail shop on that last minute detail. Good looking out fellas ! All of these guys stayed late to finish out the deal and send us home in what we wanted.

I must say worst experience at any dealership in my life. I came in looking for a car the guy I talked to was very curt and disinterested the entire time, as if i was a inconvenience to him. Finally he said if I dont like the prices to go somewhere else. Needless to say i did and will never return.

WORST sales/servicing team I’ve EVER experienced. They are so unorganized. I brought my car in for servicing due to my oil light and engine light being on. They reset the lights I paid $166 for an hour of labor and 10 minutes after leaving the lot they came back. Dropped my car back off to them for them to notice my control pill valves were bad (why wasn’t this checked in the beginning, I don’t know).This would be covered by my finance company so I was told my car would be done in a couple days so I patiently waited. They came back and said my timing belts were also bad. They ordered the parts once receiving approval from my finance company. I have called everyday for going on two weeks as they state everyday my vehicle will be done at the end of the business day. EVERY SINGLE DAY I the customer have to call them for a status on my vehicle as they never call and give me any sort of update and I’m the one that is be inconvenienced without a car to get to and from work. There’s so much of a lack of communication and honestly they lack in customer service experience. As a team everyone should know what’s going on and that is not them. On top of their sales department is a complete disaster. My sister purchased a 2021 Kia Forte going on a month ago. They are still running her credit for loan companies as she was supposed to be going through Wright patt and even signed documentation. Her car payment is supposed to come out on June 30th but they’ve yet to finalize any paperwork. She called sales today as she was informed she will have to start the whole process over because her loan is now through Universal 1. I highly recommend Kia dealerships but definitely not this one. This is the worst experience I have ever had, honestly.

An absolute joke, if Im being honest.I took my vehicle in because I have been having battery connectivity issues. I mentioned when I made the appointment that I think it was the positive terminal. I get to the dealership and ask how much it would be to get the terminals/cables replaced and he told me it would be around $600. Since I wanted to be sure if that was the problem, I paid $135 for the certified inspection, just for them to tell me my terminal was bad and they put a new one of for 10 bucks smh.But that isnt even the end of my woes.Later the same day, my car shut off on me on a highway exit. Couldve lost my life because my terminal wasnt tightened all the way. And even still, my car is occasionally refusing to receive power from the battery, so the terminal wasnt even the problem. Not sure what I paid for.

I brought my daughters car in to the service station last week making a noise. They told me they would do a diagnostic to see what was wrong. Her car is under warranty with additional power train. They said we wouldn’t have to pay for the diagnostic as long as she had kept all of her updates, which she did. Later that day, they told me she needed a new engine. They said they didn’t know if it would be covered and were awaiting information from a certified tech. I called all week, with an average hold time of 45 minutes, and no answers. I asked to be called back and no one did. Today, they told me her oil was just low but I have to pay for the diagnostic. No one can explain why they told me she needed a new engine or why it took a whole week to see her oil was low. Now, they want 185.00, even though her oil changes are covered in her warranty. The manager told me they are no longer honoring many of the “covered” oil changes, for whatever reason, but he did mine for free. If they would have simply checked her oil when I brought it in, a simple expectation of a dealership service department, she would have had her car the same day and I wouldn’t be out 185.00. Sounds like a scam or laziness to me.
I just brought another new car from KIA of Dayton. Its my fourth one and I would never go anywhere else. They have always treated me right and I am truly happy with happy with my new K5. Their customer service is outstanding. They always go the extra mile. I would rate them more than 5 stars if I could!

Idk how sales is and idk if this is usually how service is either, but my experience was that I Was told on the phone before I made the appointment that they DO consumption tests. So I made the appointment with them and when the day came I showed up a little early, walk in, staff was friendly at first, but then I get told they no longer do consumption tests and that it’d be 2 hrs for just an oil change. I told them I usually change my own oil and the only reason I brought it to them was because I was told they do consumption tests. So the advisor that checked me in went to get my keys and another one came along and started talking to me like I was a dumb woman. Told me it’s normal for all vehicles to burn oil and that no dealerships do consumption tests…lm getting one done now at a different dealership actually.
Location is decent and relatively easy to find. Parking your vehicle for service is challenging. The wait time is reasonable for an oil change. The oil change price is on the higher side when you include their shop fees. The service rep was pleasant. There were no complimentary snacks and coffee as identified by the service rep. The tv wouldnt work in the waiting area. After the service, the rep wanted me to schedule my vehicle for almost $700 in service that was not needed, but would give me a 10% discount if I gave a great customer rating using the highlighted answers he gave me. They sent me a communication for free brake rotor and pad change but then denied the service when I spoke with a manager to schedule my vehicle. When I got in my vehicle to leave, my radio was set to a hip hop station and turned up high, not how I left the radio before service. There is a large greasy handprint on my hood from the service attendant. Covid 19 protocols were not observed to be followed. My vehicle will need additional maintenance done but it is unlikely I return to this location.

I really appreciated how kind everyone was at Kia of Dayton. They opened doors for me, made sure I knew where I was going, and pulled up my car for me after it had been serviced. I am giving them 3 stars, however, because they did things to my car that I didnt ask for and really didnt need. When I had set up my appointment, I made a list of things that I wanted to be done for simple maintenance that should be done regularly. When I got there, the man that I spoke to did not even check the list, he just told me what he was going to do to the car, adding a service that doubled the cost of the repairs. I am a young woman who isnt very knowledgeable about cars, so I believed him when he said it had to be done for the safety of my car. I later found out from my father that it was not necessary because my car has less than 35,000 miles and is only a few years old. The man called me 3 times that day even though I had told him I would be at work and couldnt answer, to tell me that my tires were dry rotting and the brakes were out and that they also should be repaired, assuming I would tell him to just go ahead and fix them. He later told me they were almost at the safety level instead of an issue that quickly needed to be repaired that day (which was the tone of the call I had received). My tires are very clearly not dry rotted and it is not a service that is covered by my warranty. I continued to get calls and emails after the work had been done because I hadnt filled out the survey. The car works great and they were very nice, but if you arent car savvy, bring someone with you or they will do extra work and charge you more.
Terrible service! I had an 8:30 appointment for an oil change. I walked to a restaurant for breakfast and over 4 hours later the oil change was still not complete. Per the Kia website a complimentry carwash is included with all services. That did not happen. This was my first experience with Kia since purchasing this vehicle. It was a terrible first impression.

This was the worst service Ive experienced with this location. I took my car in for a recall to be fixed and they discovered there was a 2nd recall to be checked out. That was great, I was told it would take 8 hours to preform the task. So I had a friend pick me up and went home. Then in a few hours received a phone call that it wouldnt be finished by close of business because they was running behind. I told them thats was ok I was leaving to go out of town the next morning and would be back Wed. So this gave them extra time. Upon coming home on Wed I called and was told it still was done and that it could be Thursday before theyd be finished. Then at 520 pm Wed they called and said it was done, but they was only open till 6pm. So I had to get ahold of a friend to pick me up and speed to get there before closing. Making it just the nick of time Then when I get my car I find it covered in grass from where the grass had been cut while at the dealership and they just left it like that.Ive never been so unhappy with service and I wont be returning to this KIA dealership. I will be going to another location in the future. I feel like my telling them that Id be out of town just gave them an excuse to put my car on the back burner. Im very disappointed in there service.
After buying a temporary car from a family member, I bought my first nice car today and had a lovely experience from my phone call to the time I left. I felt welcomed from the time I pulled into the parking lot. I got a great deal and I am absolutely in love with my Kia! I would suggest Kia of Dayton to anyone, and when you go, ask for Alan.

I recently bought a 2021 Soul and worked with Scott. Scott was very helpful and had a friendly personality. I had been to other dealerships and felt pressured by other salespeople. Scott did not pressure me at all.He personally made sure that my car was ready to drive off the lot instead of having me wait 2 (it was a Saturday) days until the service dept. could do it. He took the time to remove sticky residue and took to a gas station to fill it up. He made sure it was perfectly clean before I left the lot.I would buy from Kia of Dayton again and recommend him to others.
Not a good experience. Took way longer than it should. The deal eventually fell through. They apparently have some weird drama there and accused me of talking to a different salesman that I never spoke to. Just weird. I would avoid this dealership.
Knowledgeable staff, great customer service. Only complaint would be length of time waiting for an oil change.

This place is amazing. Alan, Gabe, and Brandon were really awesome.This is the PLACE to go when looking for a new vehicle. Felt like family from the time I came in the door.The entire staff was cool. Like really. All of them. There is not a THAT guy lurking in the background who still hasn’t spoken to you. There also wasn’t any of the typical car salesman game talk.I was asked what I was looking for and to provide proof of income. Credit isn’t the best and Brandon was able to find the best finance rate I’d received. And we’ve been shopping around for months.Alan knew his product and was able to answer any question I had about the vehicle.Gabe was cordial yet professional and made the daunting final paperwork process feel painless and quick.Process was really quick for the most part considering my test drive of the vehicle was close to an hour. Yes. I’m that person.At the end, Alan the Amazing was there again to help me set up the vehicle and walk me through every option, function, and feature so I knew my new car and wasn’t fumbling around like I was in a rental.And to finalize this all. We know that Kia is one of the highest ranked brands in their industry.Great experience. No buyers remorse. Not feeling like I was duped. Not feeling like I’m in over my head. Really awesome car buying experience and this isn’t my first rodeo.

Had a great first time experience here. Felt like the salesman, Alan Newsom, respected my budget and did everything he could to get me the best deal. He even helped me put my child’s car seat in the new car!
I have had my car for 60 days and every 3 days my tire goes flat. Went to service and they didnt do nothing and told me that I have to pay if I want them to find out why it is doing that. My windshield wipers was torn off on both ends and I asked for new ones and they said they can quote me on some new ones. Being that I just bought my car all these things should have been done before I purchased the vehicle.Then the told me to look for this survey. And the service guy lied and said he dont work at the service department I went to. But I check the number and it was for that department. I am very unhappy with Kia of Dayton. May not go there again. Or send anyone there if they treat people like this.
I took my 2015 Kia Soul to KIA of Dayton for an update to the computer for a engine knock sensor, it was covered under warranty. The service rep took my information and advised me of what was going to be done, in a professional manner, and told me they would call me when the service was done. They called when the car was ready, I picked it up with no problems. I felt safe dealing with the service department, everyone was wearing masks, and keeping distance. I have always been treated as a valuable customer when I have my car serviced at Kia of Dayton.

Don’t bother making an appointment for service I waited two hours after my schedule appointment to finally get my oil changed. Then I was told I had an active recall on my car but they didn’t know what part was needed to fix the recall.
Working with Alan Newsom was great the service was exceptional and we were very pleased, definitely recommend going through Alan any time your looking into getting a car
The body shop rocks! Everyone is very pleasant. Rick and Katie make an excellent team. They make sure you are well satisfied before you leave their shop! Daniel does an excellent job with detailing. I definitely know I will be taken care of and leave satisfied when I walk through their doors!
The oil change went very well and only took about 1/2 hour. Everyone was very pleasant.
Place is great for taking care of car services. All safety guidelines are being followed to the T. I appreciate the courtesy of each service technician and manager.
