Dan Sullivan was extremely helpful in helping us to save a couch when it stopping working with the remote lift function. We have worked with Cedar Hill furniture for a long time so I was not surprised but I was still very impressed with how much energy he put into figuring out how to save the couch. Your crew that came out to actually fixed it was also phenomenal. Thank you so much.

We purchased a Amish lift chair for our mother last year and had great experience. Recently the motor stopped working but out of no where for her and I will admit I was very surprised and disappointed. I called the store up and asked to speak to a manager. Dan Sullivan answered the call and told me he could get a technician out to see what’s going on. I called Sunday and he had a tech out only 2 days later. The tech agreed the motor had died and said Dan would be in contact with me. He called that same day, stated he would order a new motor since it was under warranty for parts and labor. The part came under a week and he had his gentlemen come back out in only 1 week and fix it for my 82 year old mother. Need less to say from the start of buying our chair and needing service, our experience was top notch. Dan thank you for the professionalism and speedy service, we greatly appreciate it.

Great, high quality furniture, plus great customer service. The owners are there on the floor helping you and answering questions, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. There was no pressure into buying anything, but after 6 furniture stores and, and with such a great experience, we didnt mind spending our money there.

Good sales people, clean showroom, friendly and helpful, just price is just way too much. However, did end up buying a sectional couch here and the sales staff was very helpful, even stayed a couple minutes over so I could get it the same day.paid about 4grand for a sectional, not even electronic, all manual. I understand its name brand so a price increase is expected, but it just seems overly priced for what it is. Probably wont ever buy la-z-boy again

I unexpectedly needed service on an item. Cedar Hill sent a professional service person who did a stellar job. They sell excellent furnishings with integrity and fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

A few years ago I purchased a leather La Z Boy recliner at Cedar Hill. I had heard La Z Boy had a lifetime warranty so I could justify spending the extra money. The back of my chair recently broke. I wasn’t sure who to call, but started with Cedar Hill. They said their repairman would call me back. I had to call a 2nd time, but eventually got something scheduled. He came out, looked at it, and said the repairs were too extensive to fix. I asked him about the warranty. He said it was only good on the mechanism and not the frame & the chair would basically need to be trashed. I then contacted La Z Boy by email to see if anything else could be done, hoping to maybe get a credit or discount off a new chair. They informed me the frame was covered. They scheduled one of their repairmen to come out and look at the chair. I’m happy to say that La Z Boy is going send the replacement parts and will be back to repair the chair once they come in. I’m glad I checked into this & saved myself a lot of money. If you have problems like this, contact the manufacturer & not the store.

Great experience dealing with Rion. Rion found the exact piece of furniture I was looking for. The item was in stock and scheduled to be delivered in a week. After I explained I was off work this week, he made arrangements to have the item put on the already full delivery truck for the next day. His customer service was excellent. Will shop there for my next furniture purchase.

We ended up buying a whole house full of furniture from Cedar Hill in Springfield. The sales person, Alicia, was very helpful and spent alot of time with us to get all the different furniture in the right style and colors we wanted for the new house. The delivery guys were fantastic! They knew exactly what to do and how to prevent any dings on our walls. The whole experience has been awesome and we highly recommend them and will always go to them for any further furniture needs.

During the pandemic acquiring furniture is quite difficult. However, at Cedar Hill they were able to accommodate me beautifully. Quality furniture, decent price, great delivery and customer service. I will be buying all my furniture now and in the future.

I only like to leave reviews when a business does something unexpected, something I like to call Appreciate their customers. I just had an experience with Cedar Hill that I felt was a perfect example of why they are the best place to buy your furniture. Will you find it cheaper somewhere else? Maybe. Will you be taken care of 17 years after your purchase elsewhere? Not likely!I bought my first new La-z-boy recliner with my first sales bonus check many years ago. It was a good enough experience that a couple years later we bought our first new couch there. Ive recommended them to friends and family because of the good service over the years. However, that is not why I am giving them a glowing review today.My 17 year old recliner broke a seat spring. I figured I might as well replace all of them at the same time. Cedar Hill went ahead and got me an entire new seat frame with the springs already mounted. For a modest fee they moved my upholstery over to the new frame. I took it home and attempted to reassemble the chair myself, but I ended up making a mess of it. I put in a message via the Contact Us portion of their website well after they closed. Mike replied within minutes and told me to bring the chair in and theyd take care of me. It took them minutes to correct what had taken me hours to screw up. And to top it off, they didnt make me feel foolish!Everyone from the top management to the back room employees we nothing but pleasant, helpful, and just genuinely interested in me being taken care of and happy. Thats how its done people.

My wife and I have purchased furniture from Cedar Hill in Huber Heights a number of times over the years and they have always been great to work with (very friendly and helpful, but not pushy). Today was no exception; we worked with a man named Murphy and was great. We arrived right when they opened and he helped us find the right chair for our needs and price range but gave us some privacy too. After a couple hours of comparison shopping I called him back to tell him we wanted to go ahead with our purchase. By the time we returned to Cedar Hill, he had everything ready and within a few minutes we were headed home with our new chair.

Dan and those who work with him are absolute professionals! The materials are quality, and the service is outstanding! Every question I had was answered promptly and every concern I had was accounted for. I will definitely be back in the future!

Very overpriced. (My opinion)

I recently just bought from this store some laz-boy reclining furniture. Dan helped me pick out what fabrics coordinated best, he was super nice.I have always enjoyed my experience at Cedar Hill.He wasn’t pushy but when I had a question he wasn’t far at all to answer my question immediately. By far the nicest salesman I have ever encountered.

I couldn’t recommend Cedar Hill Furniture enough! I worked with Murphy, but everyone there is so nice and helpful. I purchased a couch that was too big to get into my apartment. They not only took the couch back, but they had the delivery guys measure my doorway to ensure that the next one would fit. They really went above and beyond to help me find something that I loved and would work for me. I can’t thank them enough!

The looming midnight 3/24/2020 quarantine was set to disrupt my chair delivery tomorrow, so what did Cedar Hill do? Well, they delivered it today instead! By the owner himself, no less. Thats old school good customer service right there. They just made a lifetime customer.

We recently purchased a sectional from here and we are super pleased. If you want good quality this is definitely the place to go, no its not cheap but you get what you pay for. Went there 3/12/2016 late afternoon. Nice furniture but prices were above what I could afford. The first associate was nice and backed off when I explained. As I was beginning to leave another approached me. I explained and he said he could help. He took us to an area and began to show some furniture that was over the price I could pay. I again told him I was looking ones of less cost. He said oh you want to buy again in a couple years. He began to tell how it would last longer than ones of less cost. He was talking quickly & aggressively. When he seen he wasnt going to make a sale he left. He knew from the beginning my price range but didnt care. He just wanted make a sale. To pushy. I will NOT return there.

I live in Cincinnati, south, close to Kentucky. I have been shopping at Cedar Hill for a dozen years...yes, I travel all the way up to the Huber Heights and Springfield locations to look for furniture! They have an incredible selection, very reasonable prices and some great pieces to choose from. My entire home is furnished from shopping there. And they deliver to Cincinnati for me! I will continue to be a loyal customer!

10/19/18 Update to my prior review. Had to have a second repair call. Still very slow in having someone from the service department get back to us to schedule someone to come out and had to call 3 times. BUT when the service guy showed up - he was excellent. So thanks for Jim Zonaras for fixing one of the prior issues that did not get fixed - AND for fixing our perceived problem that was actually our fault. My original rating of 2 stars went up to 4 just thanks to Jim! - OLDER review from several months ago....Spent a fair amount of money on a new sectional couch that was delivered last August (2017). One of the recline buttons stopped working and it took WAY too long to get it fixed and there did not seem to be a sense of urgency by anyone at Cedar Hill. I had to call several times - and was promised a call back one time that I never got. Only when I said I would have to post a bad review did the part mysteriously become available the next day. Also when the repair guy was out we pointed out that the stuffing in the one section was sagging - and he said the memory foam had slipped - and he would check with the owner what they wanted to do about it. He never came back to us with a solution on that issue. Im very disappointed and do not think I will shop here again nor will I recommend Cedar Hill to anyone else.

Fairly pricey but with a large selection of furniture! Be careful when you go in here, my wife and I went in with the intent to just look around, but we found an amish dresser that was way out of our price range that we fell in love with. Just a note, probably over half of the store is marked as on sale so be wary because youre probably not getting the deal you think you are. Either way, the staff is extremely helpful, but also didnt pressure us into buying anything, we kind of pressured ourselves! Really happy with the purchase, but its best to go in with a budget and dont be afraid to walk away!

Me and my husband went all over huber today looking for furniture. We had a lovely gentlman help us and he really knew how to make the best of our experience. We wish we wouldnt have waisted our time with other stores because cedar hill furniture is the best place to go. I picked out a sofa, loveseat, and atomin. You have the option of changing the fabrics so if you want a certain style its easily achievable. In the future we will definitely be coming back. Overall wonderful experience.
