Most of your pool and hot tub needs

Did not give us all of the screws to install our pool we had to go buy our own. They also forgot to deliver my liner for my pool and we didnt get it for a week, then they gave us the wrong setup we bought a salt water pool and was given chlorine, by time we got it all set up paying for an electrician to come out and set up our pump we realized that the set up was wrong and we needed to have 2 outlets installed not just one. I had to go to the store return all of the chlorine products and get the salt setup and now the pump isnt working!

Forgot the young mans name. ( Sorry) he was very kind and helpful. Didnt push products but did suggest what we needed after testing our pool water sample.

They dont answer their phone when close to closing and they are rude as hell. They let their phone just ring off the hook and are just standing around.

Great customer service (Dylan), and good variety of merch. Prices a bit high on chlorine and some accessories, but the convenient location helps to offset that.

Friendly staff. Had pool water tested and they told us exactly what we needed. Will go back again.

I went in looking to purchase a spa. The young guy working there didnt seem interested in selling one, so I drove straight to Watsons and bought one there the same day (where I got much better service).

Very helpful and knowledgeable about resolving our hottub issue. Even though it wasnt their brand.we will go there again.

This place is a joke! Went into the store and told them what I was looking for, and because I didn’t purchase a pool from them they acted like what I wanted wasn’t going to work for my pool.

Purchased a pool from them a few years ago. It took forever to get it installed. It was OK. It now needs a new liner and they don’t offer anyone to install the new liner. And they gave us hard time about the price that THEY quoted us on the new liner. I would not buy another pool from them ever.
