Terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I were shopping here, I stopped to text on my phone for a second and one of the workers came up and asked in a very rude tone can I help you with something (very loudly too, because my girlfriend heard her from across the room) I said I was browsing and she stood uncomfortably close, just watching me. Then she kinda followed me around. So we decided not to buy what we had picked out, and left.

I love shopping here! The staff goes out of their way to help you find what you need. There is something for everyone at Gracylane. I will definitely be back!

The last time I was in this store, the employees were extremely nice and helpful. I was looking for a product that they did not currently have in the store and werent sure if they were going to get it from the supplier, so one of the employees called around to see if others store had it and took my name down in case it ended up coming in. I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me, and they were very friendly.

I am not sure why all of the bad customer service reviews? The two younger girls working could not have been more helpful and courteous.Great selection of quality merchandise. This is one of my favorite store to shop and browse

I have shopped at Gracie Lane for many years. I love and have bought many of the Sid Dickens tiles. I was appalled at the profanity on some of the jewelry they are carrying. I always enjoyed looking around the store but that is just very distasteful in my opinion. I choose not to patronize a store that promotes that language. I will shop elsewhere.

Incredibly rude staff. My girlfriend asked about a Waxing Poet charm (a line they carry) and said she had seen it at the Kent location. Both just stared at her like they had no idea to what she was referring; did not offer to go look or call another location; and the one woman just stood with her arms folded, refusing to even speak. Fortunately the Kent staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rude staff and manager. Won’t be shopping here again. Hudson of resident with many years shopping here, the level of hospitality had been shot. Will spread the word.

Love the items in the store. Luckily they all can purchased somewhere else because the employees rudeness and attitude is actually shocking! Ive been treated like a child or not acknowledged at all each and every time I go in. I’ve been in there probably 10x and It’s never been a positive staff experience. I’ll get my items somewhere else! Bummer, because I like support local- but I’m done giving this place a chance.

Spent the afternoon shopping at First and Main with a longtime shopping buddy. This store was the least friendly, poorest customer service we encountered. The saleswomen sized us up, figured we couldnt afford it (we can) and sent us on our way. Too bad since they carry lots of brands we like and buy frequently. Guess we will head back to Hedges in Chagrin Falls where we arent treated like lepers. Shame on you.

I recently went to the Hudson location after shopping at the Kent location. I was so shocked by the rude staff and the set up of the store for a wheelchair. When I entered the store I was pushing a wheelchair and no help opening the door or even a hello and what am I looking for. I found the T-shirt’s I was looking for and then a staff member came out of nowhere saying don’t unfold those the shirts are in the back hanging up. Ummm put them by the T-shirt table if you do not want people to unfold T-shirt to look at them. Then as I was leaving with two T-shirts no thank you for coming in or anything and again no help from staff with the door: I will never return to the Hudson location and that staff needs to take some serious customer service classes. Not a good location if you have any mobility issues like wheelchairs, walkers or canes. Very disappointed.

I absolutely adored this store until I went to make a purchase this week. One staff memeber was completely rude and mocked me to another staff member. I will definitely not be going back and it’s a shame because I’ve shopped here several times. Rude employees will ruin a good business and based off the rencent reviews it looks like I’m not the only one that has encountered this

Great assortmemt of Alex and anni bracelets

Recently, the owner followed my young teenage daughter & her friend out the store and down the block. He then accused her of stealing & went thru her bag of belongings. He told her that he had her on video putting things in her bag. Once he was finished looking thru her things, he obviously didn’t find anything!!! Zero apology was given to my child or to me directly after I called the store to speak to the manager. I know people steal and take things that don’t belong to them but you can’t assume every child is stealing. Very unprofessional approach towards a young girl. She told me she was afraid that he was following her and her friend and she didn’t know if he was trying to kidnap them.

Too bad the employees here are so rude, not helpful and very judgemental. They have a lot of cute stuff, but wont be buying there anymore due to the employees attitude.
