Pulled up to the lot to request if we could see the display homes. Told, by the person in the office who was “not” showing any houses, that we could not look at the houses because we didn’t have an apt. Meanwhile there was only two cars in the parking lot. Unbelievable! Lost our potential business!

Twenty years ago, John A. Alvarez & Sons of Hudson assembled our Ritz-Craft modular home, which was their office model. To this day, we continue to be very happy with the home and their service. We only had one small issue with a bathroom blow-heater fan not working. They came back and fixed it, but it hasnt worked in many years. Not a problem because the bathroom is small and doesnt get cold for some reason, anyway. I suppose its just a dud- manufacturers defect and had we mad a big stink about it, they probably would have totally replaced it, but we didnt. Overall, we are still happy with our new home, even 20 years later. Also, our best friends and cousins purchased from J.A. Alvarez, as well, and theyve got no major complaints or regrets!
