Why cant I give these people a 0 stars honest rating? Girl at front counter barely spoke English and was on her phone with a friend, she weighed my items at 2.5 grams after I just left 4 different shops saying they weighed 4.0 grams. Told me their scale has been having problems for last few years but boss wouldnt but a new one because they were cheap tightwads with their money. Dont sale to them! Go somewhere else if you want your top dollar for your gold! Better off donating your entire jewelry collection to goodwill then sale to them! At least the people that get it will appreciate it!

I found this place on the internet and decided to check it out because I wanted to sell a small Golden chain. I walked it there was only one small lady working in all this jewelry that was spread over a big counter. (They must feel really secure here). She told me my necklace was worth 40.00. I said ok then she went through the process and 20 min later she handed me a receipt and 30 dollars. Granted the money is not a big deal. My deal is and I expect this from every business establishment I go into is what I hear out of your mouth is she I expect to happen. She told me 40 I got back different. The atmosphere it gave me was that the kind of people who own this store were more likely people who inherited it or just got tied into it somehow and while they dont need it they still keep it open. Security, good customer to associate relationships all they is all secondary. Thats my opinion however.

This place deserves a minus stars, they ripped my parents off. Wrote them a check and then stopped payment. My parents are in their 70s, and now the bank is charging them the amount of the cashed check! Dishonest people who take advantage of the elderly will have to answer for it!!

Regal Gold Sold me 1 Golden Eagle and 1 Krugerrand about 2 years ago. Both were FAKE!!! The gold paint started to come off one of them, so thats when I became suspicious. I travel a lot, and had lost the receipt, so of course they wouldnt buy them back from me. But I tell the truth. Heres a photo of them. And their motto is Living the Golden Rule. Ive been burned to the tune of about $2500. I hope this message will serve to save someone else from a loss. Let God be the judge of my words.

Offered me 40 dollars for four grams of gold. Hold is 40 a gram. This is quarter of what my gold is worth. Pathetic. Dont know how they are still in business.
