This place is by far Outstanding. I cannot even put in words. They deserve a higher rating and a lot more. They only took less than 4 or 3 hours to get things. If you have any issues that needs repairs at all I guarantee you these are the guys to go to hands down. They will absolutely get the job done. Again thank you guys for your help, most appreciated ever. From SWG Logistics LLC

My husband took our Ford to Taylor Diesel and they told us it would cost about 9,000 to put a new turbo on and We were suggested to try these guys out and sure enough. Way better. Always up front about everything. Bill is very easy to talk to and doesnt talk above my head. Would recommend them over any other Diesel mechanic shops in TN

TOP KNOTCH!!! This is BY FAR the absolute BEST place to bring your vehicle to. They work on everything from gas to diesel. I love the fact that they are very up front with you about everything. No hidden fees or lies. Unlike Taylor Diesel.... They wanted to charge my husband and I 6,000 for something that Bill fixed for under 3,000.

Bad boyzTo replace water pump and oil change they chaged me 9 hours (arrived on Saturday n get released on Tuesday night). I paid total of $2,500 😰😰****Plus meals, shuttle n hotel fees***I wasnt happy with the way they doubled the parts prices.., the turtle 🐢 speed 😭😭They dont care about your timeframe to deliver your load ...Dont expect early release or cheaper price especially if youre an owner operator!!I wont go back there..!! Neither recommend anyone 🤐🤐🤐🤐

Had my vehicle towed to Integrity Auto Diesel Repair because it was overheating. Technician was adamant about fixing another issue, which was in need of repair, but did not make the vehicle undrivable. Not surprisingly, this problem was also 2-3 times more expensive to fix. I stressed that the secondary problem was not the reason my vehicle was there, and I needed the cooling system fixed before discussing anything else. Later, they called, reporting that the cooling issue was fixed and tested good. Under the technicians urging, I reluctantly agreed. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the technician stressed that hed put in the new thermostat free of charge along with the radiator, and it usually only costs $5. Once I paid the bill, I inspected the truck. One of the clamps securing a hose to the radiator was broken, and another was loose enough to be wiggled off by hand. Also, the coolant reservoir was completely empty. I pointed these out to the technician, who grudgingly replaced the broken clamp, reinstalled the loose one properly, and proceeded to refill the coolant to the proper operational level. Turns out the technician was also one of the managers. He offered me a free oil change/tune-up even though I live and work over 40 miles away. I accepted this, but was left feeling wary about the quality of work done on my vehicle. I watched the temperature gauges on the long drive home, and things seemed to be in order.I failed to watch the temperature gauge closely after that, but noticed eight days later, I noticed the temperature gauge overheating again. I called, upset at the idea that theyd not properly repaired the vehicle as they were so excited to be able to charge me for the higher priced work. They told me I could bring it back to their shop (40 miles away) and theyd fix it again. As Id be unable to drive it that far without damaging the engine, a tow would be involved as well. I asked whod be responsible for the $150 tow bill, and it was heavily stressed that theyd cover it if, and only if, the thermostat or radiator had failed. Thats also assuming they were honest about the cause for the issue reoccurring, if they were at fault.Wary of their reliability, I asked about taking it to a local shop where I live, avoiding the cost of $150 for both of us. The tech/manager mentioned that theyd only be liable for the labor rate they currently charge if the local shop charged a higher rate. I asked about the warranty on the parts, and assured him Id ship back any defective parts should that be the issue. This seemed acceptable, as theyd be able to recoup the costs through the manufacturers warranty. The local auto repair shop determined the thermostat had failed, with repairs costing around $170. I shipped the faulty part back to Integrity with a copy of the invoice for the repairs.I called about the repairs after the package had been delivered, asking about finding a resolution to the situation. I asked for the tech/manager Id spoken to originally, but was passed off to someone else instead: His business partner, who refused to offer any sort of reparations. As the situation did fit the conditions where they would cover the tow bill of $150, I didnt think that $170 was too much of a stretch, and didnt think it unreasonable to offer to match the price of the tow that theyd avoided. He also refused to honor the condition of matching the labor charges of the local repair shop as stated by the tech/manager either, even with the faulty part being covered by warranty. Frustrated, I asked how much they would have charged had it not been under warranty, hoping that theyd make some sort of effort to honor what theyd offered. By the end of the phone call, hed only agreed to look over his paperwork. This is my experience up to the point of my review. I may hear back from them with some offer to correct things, but considering the way things have gone thus far, I have low expectations.
