I never thought I would need to take my car to an auto repair shop for at least another 2 - 3 years. But I guess you can never control what happens you your car and them suddenly you need repairs. I was driving to my boyfriends house and suddenly I start seeing smoke coming out from the hoof of my car. I immediately pulled over and thankfully nothing was on fire but I did notice the gage for my cars temperature was almost as high as it can go. Yes, my car was overheating :(.I called my dad and he told me to call a tow truck driver because I can cause severe damage to my engine if I continue driving. He told me either my radiator was damaged or the water pump had a leak. I called AAA and they picked me up. While I was waiting, I went on Yelp and looked for auto repair shops that had good reviews. There were tons of repair shops around me and H & N was one of about 3 with 5 star ratings. After reading several reviews, I decided to come here.When I arrived with my car on the tow truck, Hector and Ernesto presented themselves to me and asked what they can help me with. I told them what happened and they said they would inspect my car once they finished with the brake change that was ahead of me. Once they inspected my car, They confirmed my dads suspicions, they told me my water pump was leaking. They asked if I never noticed water leaking from the center of my car and I told them I did but I thought it was because I always had my A/C on. They told me that this was one way I could tell that my water pump was not working.They told me how much it would cost to repair it, which was cheaper than what my dad had estimated, so I was happy about that. I authorized the work and could not be more happy. My engine is not overheating anymore and Hector left my engine compartment looking like new. I dont know what I would have done without Neto and Hector. Thank you H & N!

Great shop with the best warranty

H&N, I AM TRULY THANKFUL FOR THIS MECHANIC. i needed my timing belt and water pump replaced for my 2010 dodge charger. He was honest, gave me a great price ($280) for labor only. And even when he noticed it would be a little harder getting to the water pump (located inside the motor) he stood by. His word and didnt charge me more. God they really deserve to be known for their integrity and reasonable quotes.

Always honest and gets the job done right. Don’t spend your hard-earned money at the dealership!

I brought my 1996 Toyota Camry LE here as well as my sons car. I live in the apartments in back of H & N. I pass by there everyday on my way to work. I noticed they just started there several months ago. I figured they must do a really good job there since I constantly see cars being worked on in their shop. So long behold, my check engine turned on on Friday and I took it to H & N on Saturday. I got there at 8:30 am and they were already working on a car (tune up I think, lol). So Hector was nice enough to stop what he was doing and asked what I needed. I told him my check engine light turned on and I wanted to know what was wrong with my car. Hector advised me he can check it with his scanner, but would have to charge me to check. I really needed to know so I was fine with it. It was actually $15 cheaper than other places I have taken my wife’s car to check the check engine light.Hector hooked up the scanner to my car and in less than 15 minutes, he was able to tell me that I had a misfire on my cylinder 3 and I had a bad ignition wire. By this time the other mechanic, Ernesto had already arrived and he was the one that gave me my estimate. He went into his office and in less than 10 minites I had my estimate in hand. He told me I can wait there and even offered to take me home. I told him I lived in the back apartments and he was excited we were neighbors, lol. I left my car there and authorized them to fix my car. Ernesto called me back in about 2 and a half hours to let me know my car was done. I thought the time was good! When I got there, Hector was cleaning my engine and pretty much everything under my hood. He left it really clean! I haven’t seen my engine this clean in years! Thanks H & N! You have made a new customer for life! Super convenient for me since it’s so close! I definitely recommend these guys! Great customer service!

I Googled for an auto repair shop closest to me and I found H & N. They had good reviews on Google and Yelp. I called them to see if they can give me an estimate because I was shopping around for the best price from 3 auto shops with good reviews for replacing my alternator. H & N not only had the best response time, but they provided me with great info that made me feel comfortable and I felt that they were not taking advantage of me.So this call happened on Friday and they told me to take my car in first thing in the morning on Saturday so they can order the part and start fixing my car. They opened the shop at 8:00 and luckily I was the first one there. Neto was the person I spoke to on the phone and he was the person who took down my info and car info. after he took my car info, he immediately ordered the part after Hector confirmed my alternator was shot. The part arrived in about 15 minutes. Neto was super nice and offered me fresh Pan Dulce and coffee while Hector worked on my car. I decided to wait for my car even though Neto offered to take me home since I lived close by. My car was done in approximately 45 minutes.Hector was great and made my engine look like new because he cleaned it even though he did not have to. Hector advised me that my drive belts looked worn down and my timing belt had visible small cracks on it, which he was honest enough to show me without me even asking. He said that I did not have to replace them immediately, but advised that I should do it soon. So I definitely made an appointment for 2 weeks, which is when I get paid again so I can change my belts. Thanks H & N. My car feels great and now I feel safe again knowing that My car wont leave me stranded on the side of the road. I definitely recommend this place! Hector and Neto are humble and honest. They will not rip you off!!!

Today I came to H & N Complete Auto Repair because I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and they wanted to charge me like I was going to buy a house. I came to H&N and it was the best decision I could make. I told Hector that I wanted to change my car oil and change the front and rear holes. Hector checked my gaps and confirmed that he did. I felt confident because I told them that it was what I occupied and even when they had my car inspected, they did not pressure me to want to sell me more things that I did not occupy and more than anything I did not want.Here in H & N they have such good service that Neto offered me raite to my house but my husband picked me up. About 2:30, my name is Neto and he told me that my car was new. Upon arrival, my husband asked Hector to check for a noise that hit the car in the engine and then Hector could then tell him what he had. My husband already made a meeting with Neto for the next week to fix the engine. Thank you very much Hector and Neto. They gave us good service and most of all my car was like New and they gave us a good price !!!! They have a customer for life with us.
