Customer service is good, I return my order twice and they made me another order no problem. Parking great line go fast. You can park a commercial truck here but without the trailer.

Whats more Californian than ordering a double-double replace the onion for animal style and get an order of animal style fries with a chocolate shake. As you can see from the pictures, the food was delicious! I wouldnt recommend drive-thru, but the line seemed to be moving at a rate of 15-20 minutes upon arrival. If you go inside and order, you may be able to shave off 5-10 minutes. Food was delicious; staff was courteous; order was correct. Staff even gave me stickers!! I will be back.

In-N-Out is In-N-Out, and the burger here is as good as any other In-N-Out burger.This location, however, is mainly a drive-thru (though you can order at the window as well to eat at one of the few outdoor tables), and in order to get your hands on those wonderful, fresh, affordable burgers, youll probably have to battle that crazy line on Foothill Blvd. I thought I would beat the line when I got here shortly before 5 p.m. today, but I still had to wait around 20 minutes before I finally got to the window.Good things come to those who wait, no? I suggest meditation while you wait in hunger.Also, I give all my compliments to the staff who work here. Theyre friendly no matter how busy they are, which is most of the time. And to be able to work in that cramped kitchen is no easy feat! :)

The burgers are tasty. The fries are freshly made, not the frozen fries like some other restaurants. I saw them wash potatoes one time. Good price. The customer service is great.

Great place to come for a late night meal. Drive through lines are always long, especially at night. I think its actually faster to walk inside and order rather than staying in your car.Other than that, I like coming here often- the food isnt that expensive and the burgers are better than most burger joints. The fries are ok in my opinion but still make a good pair with the burger.

Had it for the first time ever. It was pretty good. Go for the burger not the fries. The fries arent worth the hype.

A fail, always here at this in n out. I specifically asked for 3 #2 and they ring me up for 2 #2 along with 3 drinks and fries. Sad that I had to pay for another burger when they messed up on my order and I said grilled onions not RAW. Never again am I coming to this place 👎

Burgers and shakes are very tasty. I felt like I put on three stone eating here, but its totally worth it - although I must admit I wasnt keen on the fries, but the burgers are superb. Highly recommend if youre in California. Best to visit later in the evening when the place is less packed with people.

Got 6 double-doubles to go for my flight to Honolulu. Southwest dont give you a meal on long flights. Be cool, if they give out a chicken sandwich and chips to get you through to the next terminal. They give you wheat thins and cheese.

In-N-Out Burger is definitely a must visit place when you are in California. It’s a solid place for fast food and the service was friendly. The ambiance was lively but it’s crowded during dining peak hours.The food was delicious especially for their juicy patty and soft bun. There is a “well-known” secret menu, animal style burger and fries. It’s worth a try but it would be greasy if you have too much at once. Our recommendation is ordering the regular burger with fries in animal style.

I was able to eat inside, as there were seats available. They sang happy birthday to a coworker which was amzing, it was like a real choir.

This is a nice location. We have always come at night and for that reason it tends to be busy. Nonetheless, they are fairly quick. Staff is friendly and they have touch less drink machine. Thats really good due to the pandemic.

Good food, however, alwayss have long wait times. so if you are in a rush, i do not recommend... more like restaurant food wait time than fast food

Fast food! Food is good! But so crowd around 2pm, wait for at least 30mins to get my burger. Three lines of cars waiting, never saw this before. OMG...

If you cant wait 45 minutes in the drive thru, go figure ! Too many people complaining knowing things are different due to covid. The employees are trained to give good costumer service. They are not like any other fast food place. They are also frustrated with the long lines. One thing I know they will kill you with kindness when you get out of line. Be patient and even when they are taking your order too fast be the big person and place your order. Ive done this ones too many times and never had any problems. In fact they sometimes notice they need to calmed down a bit. By the way if you dont like fries straight from the potatoes with no preservatives this place is not for you.

It was great! Lots of thanks to the guy who took my order in the car. The sun wouldnt let me open my eyes to order and he moved to cover the sun with his head to make a shadow so I could order more comfortably.

You just never get enough of those burgers ! Its always super crowed, but its worth the waiting. Been eating burgers there for at least 18 years !!! Keep it up guys !!!

On the surface, this spot is just a good burger joint. Cold crunchy iceberg lettuce and juicy tomatoes, sour and sweet special sauce with diced pickles and onions, hot meat and cheese melting into each other into a harmony of salty umami all in between two lightly-toasted mustard-covered buns. Oh, and a telltale sign that someone is a transplant is if the fries are a topic of debate. Ive personally grown to appreciate the hard work that goes into each fry. Watching the workers savagely pump their arms while processing entire potatoes in seconds with that primitive machine makes me feel amazing as I comfortably sit and stuff my face. This place does fast food, but it does it fresh. Fresh fast food is the oxymoron that is In-N-Out. But its not just the food that were getting and why theres a line literally every single time Ive ever been at an In-N-Out (does move fas though), its really the consistency. Thats what youre really getting. In-N-Out has mastered the art of consistently delivering a pleasant experience. It never fails. This place is so consistent that whenever I eat here, I can reflect on my growth as a person throughout the years. Every double-double is like a ring on a tree trunk. Like a chapter in the book of my ever changing life which anchors me as the food faithfully remains the same. Great customer service! The burger was good but the fries didnt taste like they were done. It was my second time having In-N-Out and I think the west coast version is different from the Texas version. The overall quality of the Cali version is better to me.

Just like any other in n out, delicious!The drive thru line does get ridiculously long. Dont be intimidated, the inside is open and way faster than drive thru. Parking is vast since the in n out is inside a shopping center. Outside dining is also available.

Starving and exhausted, I excitedly drove over to in-n-out to treat myself to a burger and fries.Havent had in n out in so long and I just couldnt stop dreaming of biting into a sensual double double. As expected, the place is packed but the drive thru line seemed to be moving fairly quickly. The overall service was good. Polite and efficient as usual.However the food was just so far below medicore.I never had high hopes coming in but the quality just had plummeted so low. I ordered a double double.Ended up with a sliver of lettuce so sad and thin that I thought they had just forgot to put it in. Asked for chopped chiles, got gigantic pieces just plonked onto my overly salted burger.Drove away wishing I had just stopped at Andys Burger a couple blocks away.

Cesar the cashier said I dont have change so thats why I didnt give you back your change. Not asking but telling me, but had I been short would he still have given me my order, of course not. 54 cents x100 do the math.... Do they have a need to do this? Of course they do. Flipping burgers doesnt pay but that doesnt give them an excuse to steal.

I am so happy they improved the drive thru lines. Just double check your order before driving off, we were heartbroken when we got home and a fry was missing.

Never disappoints!!! Yes, the lines are a tad long but it’s to be expected. Plus they have 3 drive thru lines going at the same time to make the wait time shorter. The staff is always great and the food is worth the wait! Highly recommended this location.

I traveled an hour with my three kids to try this “fantastic burger”. I ordered a double double burger and three cheeseburgers with French fries. We waited over an hour, and my kids were crying. When we finally got our order, it was messed up and cold. I do not recommend going here. Thank you

Ive noticed there food quality take a hit throughout the years not to much but a little due probably to there high volume of business but I have it once or twice a year I dont like the crowds.

Went here after visiting a local business in the area. I was starving and figured I could wait 30Mins. Started off in the parking of Superior market parking lot, it was a hassles to get into the actual lane. Once in the lane, the workers taking your order two you which lane to pull into. They barricade the lanes so you can’t move. We were split into three lanes, waiting game began. 38mins later our lane was still not moving. They put a barricade on the front of the lines to only allow only one lane to go through drive through at a time. I see other cars leaving out of the lanes because it’s been more than 45mins at this time. Our lane was finally opened up and we start moving. Yay, my stomach is rumbling by this time and my poor kids starved. Waiting another 10 mins and we are at a standstill yet again. I decide I can’t wait anymore, 6 cars still in front of me and not moving.I call customer service to inform them of the outrageous wait time. My local In-N-Out it always under 30mins even on a crowded day. They informed me that 40 mins is crazy to get food. I tell them that I would have been ok with 40 mins should I had gotten my food but I didn’t make it to the window after almost an hour. I have kids in the car and they needed something 30 mins ago. Thanks goodness for snacks and water.I can’t say anything about the food since I never received anything. I couldn’t wait longer. First chance I got I left. Customer service agent Danny made up for it. That was not my reason for calling but it was a nice gesture. I love In-N-Out just not this location.
