I came in after 6pm and there were a variety of items to order from. There are about four small booths inside to enjoy your snacks . I ordered an esquite and went on my way. There is metered parking near the front of the establishment. The inside is very vibrant. I didnt see a physical menu to order directly from might want to check the online website.

So many different flavors of popsicles, smoothies and so many ice creams. Some very native to the Latin culture. Love the vibe! Fun and friendly. Any Latin lover would love it & any gringos will like it! Also there is chips, nachos with tahin and Chile for those die hard chili lovers!

Lets just say that I cant get enough of this place it is so damn good!! I always go for the tostilocos, aguas frescas, and icecream. And lets not forget the classic papas con chile🤤❤

The entrance took a min to find because GPS took me to the strip mall. They are part of the strip mall but their entrance is on Pacific. They offered tons of ice cream flavors.

Went along and ordered milkshakes and mangoneadas for the family on a night out and it did not disappoint! Excellent service too! 😀🍦

Great place, bigger I must say than the other La Michoacanas in the area. The kids love it here. It Has more variety of flavors for the ice creams and they even have a piñata when I came. Theres a difference in other ice cream places because of the service we get here. Back to the kids.. they enjoy the bubble gum flavors, traditional coco de agua and de leche flavors. Im a big fan of chocolate Nutella hazelnut candy and I got to try out the Ferrero Rocher sample. I ended up taking it to go home. I have found my new flavor thanks to this chain.

This ice cream shop has more fruit based ice cream than the regular ice cream flavors. Some are good but you should probably ask for a sample before you decide on one. The good thing is that they have a lot of variety on those natural flavors and they do have the generic strawberry, vanilla and chocolate flavors.

Lack customer service and disrespectful. I was the only one in the store and they kept rushing me. The girls were making fun of a question I asked. This just happened today at 2:45 pm- June 27, 2020. Not going back horrible customer service! The lady was extremely rude didnt see her name tag but I do remember she had blond her green eyes.She was not wearing gloves and she was charging and serving ppl without washing her hands so nasty!

The ice cream is good but the workers were very rude which made the overall experience bad. The woman with colored eyes looked annoyed with us. After paying she returned my card all wet because she didnt remove her gloves.

This place looks really nice and it attracts attention. The only thing I dislike are the prices for really cheap taste and flavor. I dont recommend getting the chocolate and strawberry flavor ice cream as for those are the ones I got. Not worth your money and itll be best to just got a bucket of ice cream at the supermarket.

Got a nasty hair in my fruit salad. The people preparing the food do not wear hair nets. Finding a long nasty hair in my food was disgustingand on top of that the female that prepare the food claimed that the hair flew into the food and continue to argue about it when all we wanted was a refund. Besides, the hair was literally in between the fruit, jammed in there.

Worst place I have ever been to! First of all it was like 100 degrees in there while it was 60 outside. Next the service was very poor. It was our first time there my husband and I and once we walked in we walked straight to the line, we’ll we thought it was the line we were on the opposite side. That’s not all, so while we waited for someone to admire us about ten minutes. I just went ahead and asked a female that was there about a flavor of an ice cream, well she ignored me. So then I asked a young guy... he was too busy to even know that I was talking to him. At this point we are still standing on the apposite side of the line. After about 15 minutes we noticed there was something wrong with the line and sure enough my husband asked a man that we thought were in front of us. He said we were on the wrong side of the line. Technically we were the first ones in line lol but no one helped us. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE they could have at least told us to get in the real line.

Got a Mangonada. It was pretty good, but the high rating is more because the place is super cute and pink, with huge swings in the front that tickled me when I saw them.

Great selection of items but I was disappointed to find out that the paletas de aqua contain milk Ingredients. I would think the paleta de limon or mango wouldnt contain any milk but they do. Milk is an allergen, and many people can be lactose intolerant. This information should be available for the customer to see. Loved this place but will not come back anymore.

Got here and it was hella pricey, to top it of how they advertise the icecreams and other things given there are not even how they appear in person. I bought a watermelon and cucumber paleta and it tasted only like lemon and super sour with so much tajin. The ladies have attitude wont come again. I highly dont recommend it becuase you can easily get something better somewhere else better then there with such a better price.
