I got my windshield replaced at this location on 7/27. A day after the installation rear mirror fell off. They asked me to go back there to check out what happened. Asked me to come back for repair. They said they need to order the piece they broke during the installation. When I back there again on 7/30 I purposely asked if they replaced the fallen piece or simply super glue it. The manager said it will be replaced. I drove back home and same part fell off again. They are telling me to go back there again so they can get the part number and order it which they said they were going to do it at the first visit. I want my money back so I get this fixed at the dealer to end this nonsense.

Excellent service. Receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I waited and job was finished on time. BTW I went to the Huntington Station location.

Not recommend at all, based on own experience. After repair I paid for, windshield cracked horizontally, even more than was when I came for repair. Passenger side - expensive leather seat was damaged by some chemicals as well...carpet dirty with some grease...awful service and very badly trained employees.What expectations, owner is talking about?

Thus company is awful. Trying to get windshield replaced for over a month. They said the order was placed been wrong 2x. How incompetent are the people working there!!!

Tyrone provided amazing service. My car has some quirks that most windshield replacement places usually mess up, but Tyrone did the job flawlessly and went above and beyond what I expected. Absolutely professional service.

They gave me the car with all the works residue all over the dash and front seats. Gave it back and they cleaned it off, when I reached home I realized they scratched the left side of the car & steering wheel. I wouldn’t recommend, Very messy job. My 4th visit and last.

Charles did such a great job explaining to me what to expect and what to do if anything went wrong. He was super quick and it looked so much better when he was done. I can barley tell there was a crack there! Very friendly service!

I received great customer service when I came in with a cracked windshield...when a mobile appointment would not be able until the middle of the week, they squeezed me in for service on the day I walked in.

Had a small nick, guy I spoke with...wished I remembered his name, was polite and didnt try to up sell me and fixed the issue...I cant even see the nick anymore!

I asked for manufacture glass. They said they didn’t have it but that the aftermarket is “exactly the same glass without the brand logo.” It is not exactly the same. They also either replaced or somehow swapped my rear view mirror with that of another vehicle. When I told the manager he was disrespectful and preceded to tell me I was wrong before even investigating. I get it, people make mistakes but very poorly handled.

The installation was terrific and done in less time than the estimate given to me. Highly recommend Safelite.

Landscaper kicked up a rock and broke side window of our Suburban. Safelite in Huntington was amazing. Willie was the tech/manager who helped us and he was polite, professional, and reassuring. Safelite was fast, clean, and vacummed out all the broken glass. Highly recommend this location.

My windshield got cracked by a stone. I drive an older model car in mint condition that has heads up display. The new windshield replacement was unacceptable in that the replacement windshield molding fit poorly and wasnt a match to the original. The heads up display was crooked and blurry. I had to point this out otherwise they considered the job done. The manager did however endeavor to satisfy me and ordered and installed another different brand windshield that corrected the hud issues. I supplied oem windshield molding that matched. In the end we got it right so I can say if youre not pleased they will do their best to satisfy you.

Oh please, save yourself a headache🤦🏾‍♀️ they didnt repair my glass correctly and PLUS THEY REPORT ME TO COLLECTIONS! Even when I did it through liberty mutual! Nobody wants to call the collection company now, neither SAFELITE NOR Liberty mutual! What a joke

The service was satisfactory but the inside of my car was left dirty and the window stickers were not put back on well.

Im not going to say that I regret getting my windshield replaced for free, but come on! My rearview mirror fell off after they replaced my windshield. Thats not cool.
