These guys really understand what great service is. They are always very helpful. If you ask for a part for your car, they make sure you are requesting the right part. If you need advice on how to install it, they will take the time and explain it to you. In fact, if you purchase wiper blades, headlights/taillights, etc., they will often help you install it right in their parking lot at no charge. They are very knowledgeable. Bring in any question and they will get you an answer. They never try to oversell you on anything. They know that if they give great service, youll be back. And I always go there for any parts I need, even though there are shops closer to my house. I highly recommend them.

I love this parts and plus place

This place is great. As a teenager my friend grew up around the corner we went there often. Just stopped by last week for some headlights, taillight and wiper blade (7.99 for Bosch wiper.. you cant beat that on Amazon!) Guys behind counter could not have been more helpful. (You need this not that..) One even checked my car in 20 degree weather to make sure we had right bulb. Recommended!!!

Upon walking in, my dad walked ( a long time customer) asked how are you? to the owner. His response back was I dont have to answer that, Im too busy to get things done. So my dad responded by saying its simple either youre ok or not ok. It was not professional for the owner to say I dont care as a response.This was not the first rude encounter that the owner had with my dad. This is just the last straw. Im not bringing mine or my familys business here anymore.I give him a 1 star for his attitude, no one should conduct business that way,regardless of whats going on in your life. To me thats basic business 101....

I called to ask about a solenoid switch and the guy who answered the phone says ugh, year make and model ?? (with an obvious attitude almost calling me stupid without having to) I decided not even give them business.

Gave one price over phone and charged higher when purchased. Typical bait and switch.
