When I walked in the first time, I was thinking how am I going to pick a mattress amongst so many? Then came Jason.Jason worked with my family and I. This gentleman was truly informative and helpful the entire time. Initially it became fun testing out the mattresses then frustrated in deciding. Jason made it easy for us based on our comfort level and body size. We bothered him so much with questions but nothing fazed him. I recommend to come to this location and work with Jason. I had ordered a mattress online but being it was during quarantine, I was unable to try it in-store first. When the mattress arrived, I really didnt like it but called the store and they accommodated my situation easily and quickly. I called another store and Marsha was able to assist and assure me my delivery would be changed. Daniel was able to change my delivery and send me an updated invoice for peace of mind. Purchased a mattress here 2 years ago to only have it sag more then an inch and a half within 2 years. I ended up having a stain on the mattress so it voided by warranty. Called customer service very upset and they went out of thier way for me to give me a credit. Went back to the store where the manager Tom went above and beyond helping me in every way he can to fix the situation. Although I had a very bad experience with the mattress I spent $2000+ on, they did everything they could to fix the situation.If your ever in the store I highly recommend speaking with Tom. He made my not so good experience a much better one

My husband and I needed to get a new mattress and wanted to go from Queen to King. I was doing the legwork and was lucky enough to go to the Mattress Firm on Rte. 110 in Huntington Sta. There I was greeted with a big smile by Tom Hayes who proceeded to give me a real education on the differences between types of mattresses, quality and firmness etc. He was very patient and when my husband and I went back 2 days later he was happy to give him the same guidance and education. Tom took his time while we tried the various choices and helped us to make our final decision.He also suggested we get the adjustable frame and we are so happy we did! Now no more stuffing pillows behind our heads to watch TV or read. Being able to adjust our feet height really eases the back pain my husband has been having.I also want to say that delivery was when it was convenient for us. The crew that delivered our bed and put it together were pleasant, did a terrific job, showed me how the adjustable frame works, cleaned up everything and took away our old mattress and box spring.We couldnt be happier with our choice and cant thank Tom enough. Mattress Firm has a real asset in Tom and we highly recommend him without reservation.All around a great experience thanks to Tom Hayes!

The mattress I am using is so comfortable and good that I visited Mattressfirm again to buy more for the guestroom. I was grateful that Tom, the person in charge, helped me to choose the best one for a good price.

Came here after work picked up my wife from home and since it was close to closing only planed to browse around. But we meet with Tom who was very professional and friendly with us since we got there. We went to look for a mattress for our daughters new bed and left buying ourselves one as well along with some mattress protectors and a bed board to prolong the life of our new mattress for our high profile bed frame we had at home. So happy with level of patience he had for us and time he took going out of his way show us everything he wanted to see and making us so comfortable to make a big purchase right there the same day. I was more than relieved to make this purchase and not have to wait and was even able to get my items delivered to my home all for a great price. Tom says he has been doing this for years and his friendliness and customer service shows it. I hope to deal with him the futre again when I need to replace my familys matress again.

Mary Jane Mooney and Tom Hayes surprised us with ensuring that we were going to have a proper bed solution. Together they worked out a fair deal for a replacement mattress after having to return the original one we purchased. The delivery crew were neat and courteous and took care not to damage our newly painted rooms. Folks, get a mattress from a mattress retailer, not from a place with a puppet likeness of himself.
