Have been here a few times lately... their case of loose chocolate is empty except for white chocolate. Always “we are waiting for an order”.

I recieved a beautiful $10.00 reward for my birthday!! I went for the favorite truffles in the white ling box. Flavors are tiramisu, black forest, dark chocolate black lava, strawberry white chocolate something. Just delicious!!!

I love Godiva chocolate. Its not the best chocolate, but its not the priciest. I think its good value for the money, and there are more locations than other brands. This location is only so-so service. The Walt Whitman mall is extremely pleasant and nice, and this shop is right near one of the entrances. But the ppl here are always slow and a little less than friendly.

Service was very ordinary if not unfriendly. They didnt have napkins instead gave paper towels.

Who doesnt like chocolate? The store has a lot of variety and different styles of chocolate every time I visit. Good for gifts or for a little self-indulgence. Located near the entrance across from Saks Fifth Avenue.

This Godiva boutique has a friendly staff that are very helpful in finding the right gift for any occasion. Plus if youre a member of their rewards program you get 1 free piece of chocolate a month from any Godiva boutique!!!

If you got money than this place is totally worth it! Really expensive chocolate, but its so good! The shakes were so yummy and chocolatey!

Amazing sweet treats with delicious dessert drinks make this a wonderfully decadent chocolatier worth visiting many no times over. Great ready to gift items available too.

It melts in your mouth and not in your hand. Cant pass by without trying a truffle. Todays mouth watering flavor was the Pistachio....enough said without drooping for more.

Too expensive for chocholate covered strawberries basically $8 a strawberry! Went to edible arrangements much more affordable paid about $3 a strawberry !

I was in there recently. Had the rudest service from one of there employees. I have never ever been in a Godiva store so I was unsure if they go by pieces or whatever. This guy joked with me in the beginning they are closed. Then I was picking my pieces of chocolates and he cuts in saying that they have real liquor champagne ones. Im like no way really? He goes they only go by 1/2lb or something ..I said really or you messing with me? He goes did I stutter with a stank face on him. The other cashier looked at him in amaze that he spoke to me that way. I dont even live out here. I will never recommend this Godiva place and awful management on top of it. I filed a complaint and asked a personal apology from the manager on duty or the GM. 2 weeks later NO ONE has gotten back me. I just want an apology for an attidue for no reason.Never go here if your in a good mood!!
