Great experience all around! My son was very pleased with the Dr who did his exam…friendly and so very nice! Robin was great & super helpful when it came time to pick frames. 10 out of 10 we will be back!

Extreme disregrad of customer time. Had to wait 1 Hr and 10 minutes to see Dr. Siegall. Upon arrival in her exam room she sent me to another exam room first and instead took another customer who had arrived after me. In the meantime other customers were asked to come later due tof overbooking backlog. It seems a place to visit if one has two hours of spare time.

Eye wear selection was good, but I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment.

People that work here are very nice and professional. They took us although we didnt have an appointment and even helped with adjusting an old pair.

5-star service today (not for the first time) when, for the FIRST TIME EVER I *sat* on my glasses and twisted the frame terribly -- on the verge of a time I HAVE to have them available. Afraid of breaking them if I did anything, I ran to Visionworks, where I bought them originally, and the amazing Michael fixed them as good as new. Not only was he meticulously careful to try to save the frames, he was friendly and just lovely to deal with. Everyone Ive encountered here has been great, actually, full Covid protocols are being followed, and Im a very satisfied customer.

The vision works Represenative was so professional and courteous. She even adjusted my glasses and cleaned it properly. Due to COVID there has been so many restrictions on appointments that i am grateful for the service I received at this location. I will be coming back . Thank you Visionworks of Huntington .

Everyone was friendly and professional however when I received my glasses they were progressives, which I clearly stated I did not want. When I called, I had to wait 14 minutes on hold to speak to a human. I then had to wait 5 more weeks for an appointment FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Then when I showed up for the appointment, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be seen. I did not feel well and I did not appreciate this additional wait, especially since I had an appointment. They gave me a canned answer were doing the best we can. I then had to wait a full two weeks for my glasses to come in. So, all the waiting from beginning to end was almost 2 months without proper glasses--I would say that is bad for my eyes, wouldnt you? No good folks. Go to a smaller vision center, with more personability.

Waited 45 minutes for an appointment, they did exams not covered by insurance without informing me there would be an additional fee.otherwise staff friendly and taking covid precautions seriously

Went to pick up glasses and the associate was so extremely rude that even though I have used them before, I will NEVER use again. Beyond rude.

I have been calling for two days and no one will pick up the phone. I went down there and the store was completely empty and the employees standing around talking.

This was my first time going to this Visionworks. I was greeted promptly by Dawn when I walked in for my appointment. Dr. Siegall gave a thorough exam and the equipment seemed new and updated. The optician who helped me allowed me to take my time looking for glasses and was able to explain my insurance benefits to me. After the insurance was applied to my order, I had minimal out of pocket cost. Everyone was pleasant and willing to help. I will continue to go to Visionworks in Huntington for my next pair of glasses.

Great place with very helpful staff. Manager allayed my concerns about pricing on my most recent visit, and theyve had some great deals usually anyway. Only positive experiences there.

I went to Visionworks located at Walt Whitman shopping center in Huntington . I had a very good experience at this location.They have a lot of frames to choose from and their prices are very reasonable.Mr James helped us with a smile, He told us that if we buy one and we get the second pair free including lens also. So we got the second pair also, FREE. Mr James is very humble person and listened to us what we need and then explain us the different deals.This store is very clean and all the frames and sunglasses displayed very well. Staff is very nice and helpful. I will definitely go again for my next need.

George and Dawn were patient, personable, helpful, and attentive. They both helped me price out frames in a very organized way that helped me decide which pair to purchase. The test for my prescription was really quick and they gave me the design I chose with the lens on the same day. When I got my replacement they got the new pair in a day. Really quick and reliable place to get glasses.

This place definitely knows and understands the meaning behind customer service. My transaction went smooth with the exception of one minor issue. When I brought it to the attention of the general manager Bruce he went way beyond the effort to ensure I was satisfied. He followed up with me every step of the way, expedited my order, and made my experience worth every penny. Highly recommend this place to take care of your vision needs!! Well done.

Highly recommend! It’s best to make an appointment rather than just show up. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Dr Siegall, the optometrist and Michael R, the general manager, were very patient,answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. They have the latest, state-of-the- art technology and a very wide selection of frames and products.

My 7 year old son broke his frames. We are due in 2 months for a vision check for a possible new script so getting a whole pair wasnt an option. We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the manager, Michael Rosario. He mustve tried to snap his old lenses into 150 pairs until it finally worked out. Such great customer service. Its a wonderful place. The staff is very patient, I was able to get an exam with Dr Siegall and have an updated prescription. The optician helped me choose frames and everyone there was extremely kind and helpful, I recommend this store.

Great place. Clean, organized, good/quick exam and friendly staff. I only wear glasses for distance, so my needs are basic. No hard selling of anything. Just let me pick what I wanted, gave me prices with different options and I was done in exactly an hour. If you need more help, the Optitions gladly assist with options for frames. I’d definitely recommend this location (Huntington Station,NY).

I went to Davis Visionworks in Huntington for the first time. Dr. Deborah Siegall adjusted my prescription for sharper vision. Dr. Siegall is also welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every single one of the staff are also friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Alafia helped me pick out glasses that I love much more than my prior pair. When there was a question, she was able to answer it right away or asked another staff member for help, and the manager immediately came over to assist as well. You are not going to get better service anywhere else. I also received my new glasses in 2 weeks as I was told it would take. I am glad I came here, and I am not going anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff for making my first visit a pleasant one. I look forward to seeing you again next year!

Had my exam yesterday and my glasses were ready today! I came here, instead of East Northport, because they had superior customer service reviews. I decided to drive the extra 15-minutes for that and I am very glad I did. Dr. Siegall was very kind and thorough, taking the time to explain things to me and simply ask questions. Dawn was a pleasure to work with and scheduled everything for me. And George measured and fit my glasses to perfection. I scheduled appointments for my wife and children in 2 weeks. I trust them with my family and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I just had one of the worst experiences with Huntington Davis VisionWorks. I scheduled an appointment for eye exam, providing insurance over the phone prior to the appoint, which was confirmed as accepted. Insurance was also listed as accepted on their website.Good to go? Not so fast.Arrive at Huntington Davis VisionWorks for my scheduled appointment. Staff fumbles around to now confirm if my Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance is accepted. I attempt to explain that someone already confirmed this, as this is why I scheduled the appointment. Her reply was, who did I speak to, well your insurance may not be accepted at THIS Davis VisionWorks location, as if this one was better/different than another. I patiently watch employee for 20-mins as she attempted to call my insurance to confirm, but she is unable to get through to someone. In leaving, I called my insurance to confirm it was accepted, and of course it was. For an VisionWorks to be this disorganized shows me that they do not know what they are doing and you should stay away from processing plant offices such as this. Disorganized. Unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that you stay away from Davis Vision Works of Huntington.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been going here for years. And today is the day where I have been rubbed the ultimate wrong way by this location. I had an appointment set for tomorrow, and they were trying to run my old insurance (mind you, I got new insurance) so they called me and i provided them the new information. Unfortunately they do not take my new insurance. However I PURCHASED contacts here last year, which I never got to pick up. The reason why: I got a trial pair and had a follow up for them to basically make sure they were fine on my eyes (which they were, and who better to assess that than me, the actual contact wearer) so the day of the appointment, there was torrential downpour and even a flood watch so I didnt leave my house. I rescheduled the appointment online. On the day of the new appointment, I got a call stating that the appointment I made only was not a real appointment, so they were going to cancel it and I needed to call to reschedule. To not reschedule online. So I did that (mind you I rescheduled online because it was a Sunday and theyre closed.) The next appointment, the doctor was sick and had to cancel appointments and from there I just continued to wear the trial pair and didnt get around to picking up the 2 boxes I PURCHASED. Back to today: I was told since I got 2 boxes last year, I could still pick them up today. They had not sent them back to the supplier. I show up to pick up my contacts and Im told I cannot pick them up and I need to meet with the doctor so she can check how they fit. I advised I dont want to, I just want my contacts since I already bought them. I was told I cannot refuse, if I do they would send back the contacts, refund my old insurance, and I walk away with nothing. I advised I dont understand when the contacts fit me fine. They said the doctor is who needs to determine that. Then they tell me I can make a new appointment to finish out the exam, however since its been more than 4 months since I got the exam, I need a new exam and since they dont take my new insurance, I have to pay $78 (50 for the exam, 28 for the fitting) again, and they would apply the credit from the old contacts to new ones. I declined again, just advising that I want the contacts I paid for. I was then told I didnt pay for them, I paid $28 for the fitting, and my insurance covered the contacts. I know for a fact thats not true, since last year I was told my insurance only covered a percentage of the cost of the contacts, and I had to pay (I remember the exact amount) $26.88 towards the contacts. The girl told me that was applied to the fitting, not the contacts, so if they refund, I wont get any money back. I said thats nonsense because I know I put the money towards the contacts and if I cannot get the contacts then they can give me my money and I will go get a new exam somewhere that takes my insurance (why would I pay for an exam when I have new insurance). They told me no and I honestly had no more fight in me because I was tired, already annoyed from work, and its also my birthday, so I just said whatever and I left, very upset. My best friend told me to go to Lenscrafters in Whitman Mall so I did and the Manager Marty G. was so nice and caring. I explained to him everything that happened, which he agreed shouldnt have happened. He also confirmed that an exam is good for 1 year, and I dont need a new one after 4 months. He called over to Visionworks and requested my prescription, and after dragging their feet for over 30 minutes (and Marty having to call back 2 times) they finally sent over the prescription. Even if they ever accept my insurance, I will never go here again. Additionally: my aunt told me she had a horrible experience with this location, so she only goes to the one in Northport. I defended the location, saying I always had good interactions and wasnt even counting how unhappy I was with the rescheduling from last year. But now, I agree with her and I will not go back. Im happy for all the people that went here and gave 5 stars but not me.

Alafia, Bruce, Dawn and Dr. Siegel absolutely rock! I have been dealing with scratched lenses and an old script for way too long. Today, enough was enough. So, I drove directly to the closest Visionworks after my noon appointment. When I arrived I noticed they were extremely busy. With no appointment, I knew I would have to make one and return another day. When I approached the counter they asked how they could help. I explained my situation and then asked to make an appointment. The response, please wait while I check, but I want to get you in since your having an issue. This was beyond accommodating and totally unexpected. I have been to at least 5 Davis Visionworks and really have only had great experiences but today was the icing on the Visionworks cake! Great leaders are not made, they make themselves. As far as I am concerned, this is the best DVW store I have been to thus far. Whatever Huntington Stations special sauce is, if shared with others, the already great will become amazing.I walked out in under an hour having had a full exam, getting new glasses and ordering a second pair.
