Latoya is amazing! Very helpful and so sweet! She made everything a breeze.

I was Christmas shopping for my wife. I had an idea of what I wanted, so, I went to KAY JEWELERS in HUNTINGTON NY. I spoke with both KARINA & ANTONIA, both ladies were very helpful and gave me options to what I was looking for. My wife loved what I picked ! I would highly recommend them.

The sales ladies were great and extremely helpful. Wouldve been 5 stars, but inventory was low.

Thursday 11am, store closed. No signage. Awsesome place to get jewelry when its not busy, however they are understaff even for a mall location with anywhere between 2-3 employees.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping here the Staff was the best they knew all the details about the diamonds which are non conflict that was very important to know. Katrina the manager answered every question I had Latoya and the two ladies named Rosie made me feel So comfortable about spending my money not like those pushy sales people. I will always shop at Kays.

People working there were obnoxious. Firstly all the employees were staring at each other giving each other looks when I approached them as if they were trying to figure out who’s the loser that has to deal with me. When I asked the lady a question, she snorted and laughed before responding like it was the stupidest question ever nor did they have an actual jeweller there to help with the problem. Please hire adults who are considerate and not idiots who don’t take their jobs seriously. If you’re going to make customers feel like coming to your store to give business is an issue then we’d be more than happy to go elsewhere that deserves it and that’s exactly what I did. I went to a jewellery kiosk right around the corner from them and they were able to help me right away.

The workers in the store dont even care 1% for their customers. Its really disgusting I walked into the store and the language they use in front of the customers is just sad and not to mention the attitude they show you. I feel like the manager of this store just does not care about the environment in the store. I personally will never return to buy anything from this store after seeing its environment. They seriously need to hire professional not just anyone. If i can i would have given it zero stars.

Manager was very friendly and kind as she assisted me with cleaning my wedding band.She explained what she was doing, and informed me of upcoming sale events.

Not impressed
