I bought gym equipment here. The first visit, I was able to buy a spin cycle, and some dumbbells. Because I was satisfied with the service I received, I stopped by for more dumbbells. They sell used gym equipments here. From treadmills, elliptical machines, stair climbers, stability and medicine ball among other things. Its not that far from the rr tracks. Parking is limited

The level of service in a difficult situation was very high. My expensive, used exercise bike needed repair by them before shipping out, which maybe took a long time. But after it was damaged in transit to me, they stayed with it all the way to excellent resolution. Good attitude. Full service. Good result.

We got a great deal on eliptical here. Found them on craigslist and the selection was unbelievable. We bought self powered ellipticals which are hard to get unless theyre commercial units. We sent couple of out fruends here to build their own gyms.

Most businesses seem nice when everything goes smoothly. Its when problems arise that the great companies stand out. The Fitness Resource is one of those great companies that prides itself on satisfying the customer irrespective of cost.We are retired and live about 2000 miles from The Fitness Resource. They had the model treadmill that we wanted. They sent it to us as scheduled, but it got lost by the freight company. The Fitness Resource worked with us and the freight company, but finally decided to send us another unit and we would return the first unit upon arrival, at their cost. The day they were to ship out the 2nd unit, the first one arrived. Out of my concerns, they sent out a local certified repair person to inspect and adjust our new treadmill. All during this situation their comment was, The customer comes first and we aim to please. They had no responsibility for the shipping problem, but this showed them to be one of those few great companies. We wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again from the internet, sight unseen. Excellent Customer Service! Nick was very courteous and easy to deal with. I needed my ellyptical and recumbent bike moved from my basement to the main floor of my house. Three men came and were done within 45 minutes. Not a scratch on my walls, doors or the equipment. Very reasonable price for the move. I highly recommend Fitness Resource and would use them again if needed.

I have been in the Industry for 30 years in every aspect of the business, I have know and previously worked with Matt Berrell at Cybex, so Im familiar with his character, level of customer service and integrity he brings. Its not surprising that he has brought the same high level to his business at Fitness Resource. Ivan, Gary, Nick, all are tops at what they do. Im in the second hand side of the business now, there are many moving parts to an extraction, so I can really appreciate what FS brings when they take any of the unknown out. We did a deal last month, full 12k sq, ft. club, they removed and disassembled 5 truck loads in 4.5 hours, who does that...not many. His teams are excellent, so if you are looking for a quality install or great secondhand product for your home or facility, you should be talking to these guys. I send my friends to them for equipment and look for them to outfit projects, because I know they will be taken care of and the job will be done right!!

They offer an immense selection of factory re-manufactured fitness equipment. I got a spin bike, that is better than many I have used at a gym or studio. Excellent condition (almost brand new), and works perfectly. They were nice, helpful and their customer care was wonderful. Highly recommend them.

I just wanted to relay to anyone interested in purchasing gym equipment how happy I was dealing with Fitness Resource. I purchased a treadmill. The quality was fantastic, it was not like one you might buy in Sears, it was cushioned and sturdy, The men who delivered it were very professional and courteous. They were careful not to drag anything into my home and has to move it several times to suit me. They did it with pleasure. Working with the people at Fitness from the secretaries to the owners was a pleasure, they explained the different models and gave me one that was right for me. Needed to have a piece of equipment picked up. It was on the 2nd floor. The team worked quickly to disassemble the treadmill and carried it down the stairs and out to the truck while being very careful not to damage any walls or floors in my house. The three gentlemen on the truck were timely and courteous.
