We went the other week to the store to order additional pieces and the order came incorrect. We called the store for assistance. The sales person and manager who answered the phone were rude, unprofessional and did not care to help us with our return/reorder. They kept coming up with excuses and made the return/reorder our problem. When you spend thousands of dollars on this type of furniture, you should get professional customer service. This particular location needs to change its attitude.

The lovesac employee Pam was really helpful in explaining lovesac materials and uses. She took her time and was super friendly as well. We walked away happy with our purchase.

I spoke to Colleen over at the store at Huntington and she was great helping me choose my movie sac. I already have sactionals and love the company so I was very excited to add the movie sac to my collection. Love their financing options as well. All 5 stars!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the store. I had been there once before with a friend when she bought her lovesac last year. I also studied the website. I walked in with a list of what I wanted and the purchase was made in well less than a half hour. Everything went smoothly. For every option I chose I was again told about the benefits of all options so that I would make the best decision. I opted for the special delivery service and was told it would add time for the delivery process. I still chose the special delivery option and I am waiting for my order to arrive in about three more weeks (up to 4-6 weeks in all). I am excited to receive my order. So far, very happy.

Rachel for the initial sale and Christina for additional help were exceptional... we love LoveSac. Received it in a timely manner. The gentlemen who set it up for us were terrific!! Took them 2 hours and were pleasant the whole time.Can not recommend it enough. Well worth the investment!!

The sales women at this location are so informative, helpful and patient in demonstrating and explaining about the products in this store. I could have purchased the items online, but it was such a joy dealing with the staff at this store and knowing they would be there to help me with any and all questions or ...hopefully not in the future...problems! I loved also seeing the demonstrations in person, testing out the sofas, viewing the fabric choices and getting free swatches! We even had a lot of laughs! Love this store and the salespeople there! Keep up the great work!

Pam and Evan were really personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the purchase of our new couch.. there sales team is great however the company itself is a great idea but they really do nothing on the customer service end, like no incentive for spending so much money with them.. for example you have to spend another $300 for shipping that includes them putting the covers on the couch otherwise you have to put the fabric on the couch yourself which seems silly when you are paying $10,000. While being a huge fan of our sales person Pam who is really amazing and took a lot of time with us to explain everything, I believe love sac needs to up there game to keep there customers happy.

First of all the product is what made me want to come into the store. It is like nothing else out there. The interchangeable pieces makes it very practical but I have to say when I did go into the store thats what put me over the top and made me go through with my purchase because the staff in there were unbelievable. Made me feel very welcomed and at ease. I did not feel pressured into anything. They gave me the space to live with the pieces and really find what spoke to me. Christina was the particular staff member who helped me she was wonderful. She went above and beyond to fully explain a the options she was very generous with the time she took to show me the displays and a the different fabrics as well as configuration of the pieces. Again she made me feel very welcomed and at ease. She was very patient as well answering all 100 of my questions. Without her I dont know if I would have made the purchase when I did. Most likely I would have eventually down the road but she really helped me get everything i needed and pretty much went through piece by piece to put together exactly what I was looking for to fit the exact space. Im so happy and excited. Can not wait until it arrives. Everyone else in store was great as well but particularly Christina she really exceeded any expectations one would have for customer service.!!

I was thrilled with my experience at Lovesac! The staff, especially Monica, was so accommodating, helpful and spent so much time with my husband and I making sure we were absolutely happy we everything we had chosen before we left, that we felt like we had made a new friend by the time we left! Ive rarely had such a great shopping experience, and never while furniture shopping, but on those rare occasions that I have I truly appreciate such amazing customer service. And after sitting on the couch for a couple of hours going through all of our options and customizing everything, I can say it is really comfortable! I cant wait to get mine!!!

Everything was wonderful about our visit. Pam was knowledgeable and very helpful. The only hangup I had was that the ipad froze when running my second card to finish the payment. After I think a day everything went through fine and we got our couch and we love it!!

Really friendly, helpful service.Absolutely love the wooden miniature blocks which help one to visualize the different possible configurations. One suggestion: fabric samples should be available at the store for clients to take home - for a charge, which when returned are credited back to the customer.

Carolyn was absolutely lovely. She was very warm and very informative and extremely helpful and professional while making you feel as if you were “friends”. We are so happy with our experience at lovesac, and Carolyn was the icing on the cake.

Lovesac located in side the walt whitman mall in Huntington ny, All the furniture is well design and practical. Miniature models help us to visualize the picture. I love the Big Lazy lovesacs. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, and answer all my questions. Store itself is very clean and well organized. Going again to finalise the Lovesac.

My experience at lovesac was amazing. Rachel was able to answer all of our questions and gave us several printouts with all of our options and prices. I would recommend lovesac to all my family and friends and I can’t wait to purchase a lovesac to go along with my sacrional :)
