My first time at a store w my daughter since quarantine started, and my first time in this location. Very excited to get something for her. We were extremely disappointed with the people helping us. They acted like we were putting them out and were pretty much rude. Everyone today that has a job should be happy and grateful. If not they should allow the opportunity to someone that can appreciate it. I felt like I was in Pretty Woman, and they didn’t want to be bothered. You should encourage them to put a smile on. It’s actually free.

I would like to say the experience here is horrible. …. Not only do the associates pressure you into a purchase but they don’t allow you to make an expansive if it’s outside of the policy …. I dealt with David. He was the “ manager “. He did not have any empathy at all and was very rude. Didn’t give me a chance to exchange the 2,300$ bag that I have not used … he was very cold. The hospitality here is a 0. Don’t shop at this location if you want to deal with bad customer service They don’t care about making there customers who spend a good amount of money happy at all. Will not return.

THE WORST customer service I have ever had. All of the staff is rude and unhelpful. If you have no choice but to go to that specific location ask for the manager David. He was nice and informative. I would try to avoid this location all together. Your better off going to the Americana mall, in Manhasset or the Roosevelt field location. I would not write a bad review if I didnt have a terrible experience.

The fact a company charges thousands of dollars for a bag and nobody answers the phone at the retail locations is a joke. The only reason Im even giving it a 1 star review instead of 0 is my wife loves the bags. Ridiculous. If youre going to charge $3k for a bag you can afford to have someone answer the phone.

The first time I went to the Louis Vuitton store in Saks fifth Avenue in Huntington mall I was expecting to have a great time. However, when I entered the store a large white woman with blond hair was extremely rude to me. I had never been in the store and did not realize that you had to go everywhere with an advisor to I guess avoid stealing. I’m not exactly sure why. But the woman at the top of her lungs in front of all the patrons and coworkers yelled that I was trying to steal a bag. I am a hard-working nursing student with a 4.0 GPA and I work at urgent care helping people during this pandemic. I had plans treat myself to something nice but she was so hostile and bigoted that sheRuined my experience at the store so I ended up leaving with nothing and felt quite ashamed just for being in the store l. I had zero intentions of stealing. I mentioned the person in the review hopefully so she can be reprimanded because it was highly inappropriate behavior that she demonstrated. I am not a thief and have never been one and I will probably never go back to that store again. Also will call a file a complaint

I had a wonderful experience here thanks to Kristina and Lauren! I purchased a Neverfull and wallet as a graduation gift to myself. My first luxury, so it was a big deal to me! They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, and took the time to congratulate me on my graduation.Unfortunately, in high end stores often times the sales associates can be rude and snobby. Both ladies were personable, helpful and relatable. I am extremely happy with my purchase and had an excellent experience!

Wont go back there! SA sales reps are boujee and do not acknowledge their customers, 3 sales reps and I waited about 20 mins to be helped. I mean come on now I am not rich nor look it but my husband spent a decent amount of money in that store. Well finally when I was acknowledged they lady could not provide the service (hot stamp) that I needed because that store does not hot stamp the speedy bags. I was very upset because I live out east towards Riverhead and my drive was about 45 mins and mainly because I called the store prior to going and the bimbo on the phone told me yes they hot stamp there!!!. Now as a sales associate if you know you only hot stamp certain items in your store dont you think you should inform the customer on the phone that your store only hot stamps certain items instead of saying yes we hot stamp and then rushing me off the phone!! Next time I will try a different LV store. Should of read the review before going because I noticed they all seem to feel the same way I do.

Let me start by saying I walked into this boutique wearing about $4,000 worth of visible Louis Vuitton. As expected, I was greeted exuberantly and asked if I needed help. I did need help. Just five days prior to my visit at this boutique, I had purchased a Damier Azur Cles at the Americana Manhasset location. The clasp was defective and I wanted it exchanged, so the SA went to get the manager. I was taking pictures of myself in a mirror in the store with some bags and clutches that are on my wish list, and when the SA and manager came out, I was quickly forced to stop. Never once have luxury store boutique workers told me not not take pictures. I have shopped at Hermes, Chanel, Dior, etcetera and am usually ENCOUARAGED to have fun and take photos.Now, the experience gets WORSE. The manager REFUSED to EXCHANGE my cles for a different one because she could not see how it was defective. I explained to her I had almost lost it several times because of the broken clasp, and her response was that I should go back to LV at Manhasset and maybe they can help me, AND the rude woman added that I should have bought it at our store in the first place.That is when I lost it. I am standing in a Louis Vuitton store, obviously a frequent customer, and you refuse to exchange a five day old product brought to you boxed and bagged and with the original receipt? SHAME ON YOU.I have been in over twenty Louis Vuitton locations and have never been treated so poorly. Usually the SAs will help you take pictures of a bag on you if you want to see what it looks like, take a photo with you after your purchase, and let you take pictures of whatever you damn well please while shopping. The audacity of these store workers to tell me to go to a different location for a simple exchange when I AM STANDING IN LOUIS VUITTON, and their rudeness in not allowing me to take photos of pieces I was considering buying is unacceptable.I will NEVER return to this Vuitton location, and you know what Lauren, (that was the rude manager at this horrible LV store) I WILL take my business to the boutique in Manhasset from now on.Overall, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

One of the worst experiences Ive had. I asked the girl numerous questions in which she did not once make eye contact with me nor did she have any of the items I asked about in the store without asking the color, size, etc. EXTREMELY disappointed. I dont recommend. My sister and i saved our money to go and buy an item and left very upset.
