Very nice U-Haul location. The people were pleasant to deal with. The lady at the counter was very quick to process the order and ensure I had two choices to drop off my trailer at the final destination and emailed me as well with their website and addres. The gentleman that helped hook up the trailer was very helpful and good natured which is great to see. He ensured my lights worked and that I was on my way in just a few minutes. Finally, the trailer was clean inside, which is not always the case at other locations. This was a great experience.
Horrible service, they never answer the phone. Tried to blame me for a broken part on the trailer and I feel like it was because I didnt take the insurance.
