Anthony was the most disgusting personal I came across doesnt know how respect client.. it wasnt pleasant meeting as he was traffic controller outside screaming at people..should get fired and seek medical consultation asap.

Ive had my belongings in here for a few years. Seasonal clothes, things I didnt use but didnt want to part with yet. Now I have my furniture in there for a move. Ive never had anything ruined, nothing smells and the staff is friendly.

Its the best U-haul what i saw in my life. Professional stuff, service at a high level, time from in to out very quick 👍 highly recommend and hope come back to sooner.

I wasnt pleased with the u haul we rented to get where we where going for one moria ny to here is a lil over or about 600 miles and the u haul place in moria made a mistake so I never got my hundred back for getting the truck to the destination safely and at that got charged more for miles because of the person running it put down like 300 miles I believe I should get my refund and only pay for what I used its not my fault that the person running it doesnt know how many miles and at that wgere I dropped it off at the guy who I gave the truck and keys back to was ride saying I aint got time for this when I was as confused as he was so I rate this company one star because it costed me $ 210 more then it should have

Rented a truck and purchased packing paper. Everyone was friendly and pleasant experience.

The manager there is great and very helpful as well as her staff. They are the only reason why I gave uhaul a 5 star. Its there customer service not the company . I pay so much to uhaul monthly and get no customer return incentives .

U-Haul is great as a company, but the guy working there seemed like he would rather not be there or he gave me the feeling like he didnt want to rent me a truck, Ive never got that at other U-Haul 🤔

There in town trucks are clean and affordable. Just pay attention to how many miles you are traveling because they charge for the mileage. So if youre moving in town or just bring stuff to storage, make sure you get the right size truck so you dont have to go back and forth. Trucks are easy to handle. Their box selection and packing needs are incredible!! Prices on boxes are very reasonable. Comparable to home depot just a way better selection.

Great in store service. It is good to monitor your credit card statement though. Back in days I incurred an additional $89 charge and never got a refund despite contacting corporate office about it.

They were very efficient, but it really is better to check in online ahead of time cause picking up the truck goes super fast that way

You get what you pay for. Cheaper solution for hitch but nothing is what they tell you when you order it. 7 business days to get the parts was really 3+ weeks and trying to get appt for the install is like trying to win lotto. Store number forwards to the call center, call center sees appt open but it won’t let them book the appt, store employees don’t have the schedule so you need to speak with a manager and you just get the run around. Not rated high on my customer service list. Would recommend paying the additional money and getting it done elsewhere if you really need it for something.

No competition. The best prices with anything you might need for a move. Lots of supplies and trucks. Excellent staff who know what they are talking about.

Horrible called them at 9am saying that i was driving to pick up my rental. Rental didnt actually exist though no one on the phone told me that. Drove out there for 45 minutes. Waited to be helped. And then they told me the trailer wasnt actually available. total waist of time effort and planning. Never use uhaul

Couldnt have been any easier checking in our truck with them. They were quick to inspect the truck and get us on our way so we could get home.

Very unprofessional. I was told incorrect information. They dont let you rent straps or wheel stops. They over charged me. The people that work there dont know what they are doing. I would not go here ever again, worst moving place. I had to call my bank to get my money back from being over charged.

Truck was a bit long in the tooth but the price isnt bad if you dont go far; mileage is the money maker.

These people dropped off uboxes in our driveway, didnt secure the wheels and it rolled down the driveway into our car. I unfortunately was inside. Horrible business practices
