I saw the rainbow cookie pancakes on Instagram and knew I had to try them. We came in on a rainy Saturday, I wasnt expecting them to look as good in real life as they looked on Instagram, but they did! Excellent pancakes, perfect texture, taste and consistency. Also didnt feel gross and full from eating such a sweet breakfast, so that was a total plus as well. We also got the Scooby snack latte and the tater totter. Will absolutely be back. Coffee was awesome.

This place is a hit! The vibe and food are fantastic. Soul Burrito and Avocado Toast with a Latte with Marshmallow made my weekend. The staff is amazing! I don’t mind the 30 min drive .. can’t forget the breakfast empanadas!

My favorite coffee spot in the village! I wake up and walk over everyday I’m in town for breakfast and coffee. The coconut cream is my favorite, and the food is always great. The staff if always kind and patient. :)

This is my new favorite place for coffee and breakfast. Ive been there quite a few times but during my most recent visit I tried the Rainbow Cookie Pancakes. Thank you Daniel for the suggestion, they were amazing! Daniel and the whole staff there are so nice and professional. I highly recommend this quaint and inviting place.

Really nice place everyone was friendly. They made a pupa Chino For our puppy and even gave him bacon. And I had the most amazing BLT I’ve ever had in my life it was a really cool bread and had this avocado spread on it that was to die for I had have for lunch and a half for dinner keep up the good work

Such a cute little spot! Came in on our way to run errands. Grabbed a salted caramel iced latte to go. The store itself is pretty small and not too much room while waiting. $5 for a medium iced coffee. Will certainly be back.

This place is superb! The food is honestly delicious. I would imagine they use high quality ingredients because, even something as simple as a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich is exceptional here. The coffee is stellar. I’m currently drinking their coffee of the month (chocolate almond) as I write this.The staff is also really friendly. They’re happy to answer questions and offer suggestions.Good people who run good businesses and treat customers right deserve recognition and praise. I’m happy to give it to them.

Delicious food & coffee. Had the Pumpking pie Latte, Walnut banana pancakes & a breakfast burrito, it was delish, pancakes were delish but nothing too special however they were good.Great atmosphere, amazing local art for sale, great vibes and decoration.

Really enjoyed the interior of this place. Their plantbased lattes are the bomb! Very friendly staff. Would love to see some more plantbased options on their breakfast/lunch menu!

This place is super cute! Can be a little tricky to get to if youre just driving through, but if youre parked in the village already, definitely a great cup of coffee!

I went back to this place a second time to try their food, as I thought their coffee was tasty the first time. I ended up not wanting to buy anything more than a coffee after interacting with one of the staff members. A gentlemen bringing food from the back rudely told a group of waiting customers that they were essentially in his way as he was trying to serve a table. Where an excuse me or a moment to redirect people in this cramped space wouldve sufficed, this guy communicates as if hes trying to move through a crowded bar of strangers. The person who rang me up was nice, and the espresso is OK.I cant imagine the folks at the local Starbucks being anywhere near this rude, and their crowds get way messier.

LOVE Soul Brew! The food is amazing and they offer many options for flavored lattes! The staff is always friendly! I don’t mind the 30 minute drive for quality lattes!

I went there today and had Kristens scramble and yummy coffee. The food was excellent, as were the women that work there. The only thing is that sometimes its crowded and hard to find a seat. I will be returning soon!

This place is the best. I’m here at least twice a day for coffee, and my office orders lunch here at least once a week. The coffee and coffee drinks are always delicious, food is creative and fresh, and their staff is always cool and friendly. Going there for coffee in the morning is the highlight of my day.

I ordered coffee and food to-stay, but as soon as I realized the store became too crowded for me to comfortably eat inside with the increasing risk of COVID-19, I asked for my order to be placed to go instead. The barista, Arianna, went the extra mile and asked me if I would be more comfortable waiting outside for my order away from the crowds inside. After a few minutes, she brought my order outside to me. I was so appreciative and grateful for that. The food and coffee ended up being so amazing!! Thank you again, Arianna! Would highly recommend Soul Brew in Huntington.

Really like that theyre dog friendly- I dont bring mine, I just like seeing other peoples dogs when I go. No complaints- good baked goods, I love the lattes, nice place.

Soooooo amazing! The espresso is delicious I usually get a caramel iced lattee from here. There are a few vegan options which is so great. I love the killer tofu sandwich. All the workers are super nice & the atmosphere is really chill. Overall one of my favorite coffee places

Its a hip place, and although small we were able to grab a table for brunch. The breakfast quesadilla and loaded tater tots were great.

I enjoy this spot. I come here to get my coffee every morning. Recently I’ve been into the oatmeal the chocolate chip cookies when you catch them fresh baked are my guilty pleasure.The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the amount of plastic coming out of this place. I think there could be more of an effort to reduce waste. When you order to stay they give you these cheap plastic cutlery that dampen the experience of the beautiful dishes coming out. There are SO many other alternatives to plastic - or just use proper silverware for people wanting to stay in. Moving over to paper or bamboo straws maybe even sip lids something. Offer a discount to people who bring there own cups. More and more places are offering alternatives for these kind of things it would be nice for a place like this to hop on board and consider the planet. After all it’s called soul brew.

Hands down my favorite cafe in long Island, prices for drinks are standard but food is a little bit on the $$ side but totally worth it

I had a drip coffee and no food. The service was the real product here, since the baristas were uncannily friendly and conversational not only to me but over the life of my coffee. The drip coffee was okay, if not a little burnt tasting. It was a great place to hang out, but since they serve food and its such a small place, I got the feeling I should linger only at the very tiny bar area so as not to take up seating.At that bar, the door blasts cold air when someone opens it in cold weather.

Great new cafe in Huntington Village with a cool vibe. Great coffee and unique selection of breakfast/lunch choices. I enjoyed the local bowl;q eggs, carmelized peppers onions spinach and avocado with pepper flakes and sea salt... Yummy. Lots to choose from. friendly staff, great atmosphere delishous food. Ill be back!

Took 20 minutes for us to get our order of an egg burrito and avocado toast. Asked for my coffee black with a “touch of half an half” multiple times and received it almost white. 5$ for a medium cup of coffee badly made. Don’t go here.

Offers a wide array of yummy barista drink selections with non dairy milks like oat milk..warm and inviting and very friendly staff ! Cozy seating area with WiFi! Great addition to Huntington Village.

The last two times I was there and ordered the sole burrito which is a breakfast burrito its really good but the last two times I order it was too soggy the wrap was soggy and the eggs was soggy like not cooked all the way through and I was very disappointed because that really is a good sandwich
