Terrible customer service. Also made it seem like we were trying to break in our own home. I bet the white customers don’t have this problem.ALSO THIS IS NOT A FAKE POST. I literally called yesterday, was told I would receive a call back and NOTHING. Called again this morning and was handled and talked to as if I was trying to break in my home. So don’t believe the owners lie. NOT fake. I live in Huntington, MARSHALL graduate . Simply awful customer service.

Could not recommend Eric and Jamie more for a new garage door!! They were professional, ALWAYS respond immediately, installed it very quickly and made the process of getting a new garage door so easy! Not to mention, the door is beautiful and very high tech. It’s going to pop and look even better when our house is painted white! Would use them again if I had to do it all over!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Eric repaired a door that we popped off the track. He was professional, responded quickly, and communicated with us well. We recommend him to anyone needing a garage door or a door repair. I have seen his new door installations at my brothers home. Excellent work!

Contacted this company in the spring to request my garage door be leveled. They came, said it was fine (door visibly unlevel) and it was the seal at the bottom. The repair man took cardboard from my garage and stuffed in the end of the seal to cover the gap (still wasnt level). Charged a full service call for this. 5 minutes. Didnt think much of it until other issues started happening due to it being unlevel. Just replaced several parts and leveled the door myself. Also now having to replace the gasket seal at the bottom since it has wet moldy cardboard stuffed inside it. His simple, lazy fix has only cost me more money. Avoid.In reply to the reply, I didnt think it was worth the time to leave a poor review until these additional issues started happening that would not have happened had he leveled my door as I requested. Garage door has went off track several times and drums have become unwound. In his words your door is fine. Its impossible to retrieve molded cardboard forced into a O style rubber seal so I will have to replace that whole piece. Theyre more than welcome to come try and dig the moldy cardboard out. I have watched videos and fixed issues that have occured since that visit myself as I am able (I was not initially familiar with the workings of a garage door). I was unfortunately a paying customer and would recommend digging for the other 1 star reviews. In my opinion, it shows alot about a company by their demeanor in replies to negative reviews. Just frustrated these people got my money for a 5 minute service call where he put cardboard in a bottom seal and I took the repair mans words for granted that the door was fine.

Eric was referred to me by my HVAC guy, from the beginning Eric was respectful, full of knowledge and showed urgency with getting my garage door replaced. He was able to answer all of my questions and made a trip out to my residence just to drop off a brochure. He wasn’t pushy and encouraged me to go to larger retailers to compare quotes. Although prices were similar it was obvious that his was of a higher quality. He showed up on time and within 2hours had my new door on, track mounted and everything set for immediate use. He also laid trim around the outside of the door to provide a cleaner look, for cost of material. Eric was a pleasure to work with and I wish him the best. His would be the first name out of my mouth if anyone were to ask for advice on where to get a garage door. Thanks, Eric!

My garage door finally bit the dust and caved in while being opened. I wasn’t able to fully close my garage and called 4th Gen doors around 430 pm. They came THE NEXT DAY and installed a brand new door and hauled away my busted door. Unbelievably fast service. They are one of the few installers that have doors in stock. Most other installers are on a 2 week to 3 month wait time just to get the correct door shipped. Very happy with the entire process. Thanks again!

Garage door spring broke at 6 in the evening and I had to leave at 9 am the following morning. They came out and fixed it at 8 am so I was able to leave on time. Very professional.

Easy to contact!! I had tried another company prior and never did speak with anyone even after leaving a couple messages! Plus, fast and quick response! Arrived same day and was able to close the garage door that I was unable to close myself due to a broken spring. The replacement springs were ordered and also installed in a timely manner! Excellent experience all around. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about torsion spring and opener replacement. He came out within hours to assess the job and give a free estimate. His pricing was on par with other local repair companies but the opener he sold me included components the other company was going to charge extra for. He did the job on Tuesday and we couldn’t be happier with our now quiet and smooth operating garage door. We should have done this years ago! My husband and I highly recommend.

One of my springs broke on my garage door. Eric came out the same day to check what he would need to fix the door and came back the next day and completed the job. He not only replaced the the spring that broke, but also the other spring and the track wheels. He secured the tracking and reassembled the pulley system (all of which were previously set up incorrectly). He was fast, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend him if you ever need a garage door fixed!

I submitted a request for a repair or replacement on the 4th generations website and almost immediately got a call from Eric. Two days later he was at my house inspecting my old, broken door and within a half hour my wife and I picked out and ordered our new door with a new motor. The door arrived two days later (Monday) and Eric was at our house at 8am and had everything done before lunch time.Eric was extremely open to the details and cost of all the options we had available and even encouraged us to get competing quotes.
