Well the pricing here was pretty fair when Ive shopped in the past. And the staff was always helpful. I say, and stress, WAS. I live about an hour and twenty minutes away. Due to the service and pricing of the past, I reached and said I was looking for an optic for my rifle. The guy starts by saying hes got twenty people buying guns and doesnt have time to talk to me about scopes. Literally word for word, he told me he didnt have time to answer a question. After some short back and forth (in which time he couldve just answered my question) he decides to tell me they have one scope to match my needs. He tells me the brand, and the price ($400, but not which model.) So i say one last thing, which model is it so I can research it and if its the one I want Ill drive to buy it so I dont take up your time. He replies with I dont have time to answer that youll have to come in to the store.AND HANGS UP ON ME.All he had to do was read one more word off the tag likely attached to it, he refused. So he wants me to drive 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip, to get the answer that is on the tag that any associate could read and tell me, and Id know if it was worth the drive there. Having been in retail a very long time in my past,THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE IVE SEEN. DONT SHOP HERE. THEY DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU OR YOUR MONEY.I went and spent $150 more at a competitor on likely the same product, since they dont have time for me. They keep this up they wont be in business for long, and I plan on spreading this experience all over the place especially with my clients and friends who live in that town. Good luck guys, you should have plenty of time on your hands soon enough.

Sometimes the shelves seem fairly empty, however you can find some good stuff here. They usually have a decent selection of firearms as well.

I from Cincinnati and wanted to purchase an item from them. These guys went above and beyond to help me and let me put the item in layway till I can make the 3.5 hour drive to buy it these guys have been great so far cant wait to go out and meet face to face and pick up my new toy. Thanks guys

Total ripoff. Charge way too much to get a small loan In order to get your stuff back had to pay almost double amount of the loan. Don’t go there unless you have no choice

Bought a new push mower used it for half my yard took it back they said it was fixed I can come pick up I pick it up and it doesnt even start Ill be returning it for a refund

Not a bad pawn shop but way over priced on most things and sometimes even over what the item cost new and they dont give much for what you bring in to sell or pawn

If you’re under 30 don’t even come to this place they discriminate and are really rude and disrespectful have a very small selection and terrible prices and offers
