I was very impressed with the service advisor he was so thorough with my car. He went over and above in all areas and explained what he had done to it while it was being serviced. I was also impressed with the the lady that worked the service desk. She made sure I was taken care of and worked me in for my issue. I found this visit to be the best yet.

Absolutely terrible. They sell you cars that will barely make it through 3 months. Break down without warning with faulty electrical systems and bad transmissions. Would not recommend buying from them without every single warranty they offer and the intent of filing a small claim against them.

Poor management and service. Called made an appointment for a safety recall. They never called back on the guarentee they have the part. I called 6 to 7 times for 3 days in a roll to see if they had the part for the recall before the day of appointment but no one answered. And after taking it to its scheduled appointment they said they didnt have the part and had to order it and reschedule our appointment to a yet to be discussed date. Wouldnt recommend this Mitsubishi dealership to anyone with such poor customer service and a parts department that doesnt pick up the the phone.
