Good selection of in stock bikes. Eric took the time to answer all of my questions. Really good buying experience. Recommend.
A special Thanks to cycle center. In need of front tire while traveling on road trip. Got me in and out quickly. Very friendly service dept.
Nice place. Didnt have my parts, try to order my part and the Polaris dealership did not have it itself so he gave me directions and a place that had the parts that I needed. It was very helpful.
Very helpful courteous folks. Great service.
Very helpful guys working there.
I have tried for 2 days to order a part. Something that should be very simple to order. I was told I would get a call back 2 different times yesterday. I called again this morning and got put on hold for 20 min before I finally hung up! I will just take my money elsewhere. Getting ready to purchase alot of extras for my UTV and would have been nice to keep my money local.
Great and friendly service there
I would give this place Zeroooo stars if I could, we have went and debated between a few side by sides. Also test drove them, there was a better price in Lexington by a few thousand. We asked him to match them and he said he couldnt. Which would of been fine if he stopped there, but he continued to say that we wasted his time and just test drove his side by sides for fun, also that if we bought from Lexington and if we would need to have it serviced then we are to load it up on our trailer and take it back to Lexington to have it serviced because he would not do it. THEN he proceeds to SAULTE us, and said thank you for wasting his time and just walks away leaving us in the back alley where we had test drove. His name was Eric, and the worst part he owned the cycle center.
Went in to look at a Yamaha fj09 2015 model demo bike with between 2500-3000 miles on the bike. I had cash in hand and was ready to pay a reasonable amount for a nearly 4 year old leftover demo but they expected brand new 2018/2019 money for a 4 year old leftover demo with that kind of mileage. Their argument was its a new bike and hasn’t been titled. No with nearly 3000 miles on it and being a 15 model it definitely is not a brand new bike. A brand new bike isn’t due for a rear tire about as soon as taking it off the showroom floor and the bike wasn’t even clean. They think by throwing a set of tags on a bike they like and ride it for nearly 4 years they think they can still sell it for new? Uh. No. Not going to happen with me. Doesn’t matter if no title has ever been issued. The bike is a 15 model and has plenty of miles on it. That 15 doesn’t change ever and those miles don’t reset when a title is issued. I’ve found used bikes with less miles and be in better shape than their NEW 4 year old bike with 3000 miles. Take that bike and shove it Cycle Center. You won’t get a 2nd chance with me. I’m sure I’ll find a shop who likes the looks of cash in hand.
Great customer service
I called and sales was really rude and overbearing, and he wouldnt give me an out the door price because he said it was illegal. Felt like he didnt want to sell the bike, and just shut down everything I said offering no info on the bike unless I came in. I guess theres a reason the bike has been sitting there for years. Shame, I really wanted it. Guess Im taking my money elsewhere.
Terrible customer service. Called in to service about bringing in our Rzr that’s having an issue. It was purchased elsewhere and has an extended warranty. Person in service said no problem just bring it in, never questioned who it was through. Get the Rzr up there, give them the info on the warranty to be told they ONLY do branded warranties as they don’t get paid. Asked to speak to someone else as I work in the Auto industry and know about other warranties other than branded. Asked if I could speak to someone else about this and got directed to the showroom. After talking to two different people they downgraded the store I purchased the side by side from then stated they don’t do anything with aftermarket warranties as they don’t get paid. Said best thing for you to do is take it back where you got it and let them deal with it. Guess they don’t want the money or the business. I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone going to them.
Top notch service department.
Horrible people to deal with didn’t buy the machine from them so they didn’t want to help me out with warranty work they was more than happy to u til I told them I didn’t buy it there then refused to accept the police case number that was for the replacement part owner said poor poor pitiful customer don’t care when it’s somebody else’s money then the parts guy told me they didn’t have to honor any Polaris warranty then told me to leave
Just went in to ck prices..parts dept helpful...
Took our roxor in for a service that should have taken three days. Theyve had it for sixteen days now and it still hasnt been worked on! Will never deal.with these people again.
Decent selection and competitive prices but reluctant to help you after the sale.
Very helpful sales staff. Answered every question I had and took the time to help me.
Been a customer since I was a kid, always great service and good machines at fair prices
Great Parts Department. Friendly and Knowledgeable.
Cant tesy drive a bike, serious or not, who nuys a car without a test drive, or even a pair of shoes for rhat matter. Never buy anything on a salesman speech. Sorry, all they got are look and dont touch policy. ??????
I bought a lower-end used bike here a few years ago. I got the impression I was not given the same type of attention as someone purchasing a more expensive bike. The battery sold with the bike was clearly past its life and died a month later, yet nothing was done when I asked for a replacement.
Great people and great customer service 👍
Rode my bike in for Carb Tuning and a possible stripped plug. Got a call that they would not touch plug without putting a new $1400 head on and $400 labor but they went ahead and tuned the carbs up. I told them I would just come and get the bike. When I arrived service guy said he had taken the plug out and was not able to get it back in So I asked if I could try and he said ok then he disappeared for 10 minutes and came back and said they would not let me try for liability reasons. I had to go borrow a trailer to pick my bike up which I rode in. When I returned to get it guy said the other fellow was at lunch I asked if I could go ahead and get it loaded while we waited for him and guy said well the bike is locked up and I dont have the key. It was not locked before I left so obviously they thought I had not intended to pay them for their work.. When I got home I tapped the Spark plug hole in 5 minutes no problems but when I started bike it was running horribly This is when I noticed there were several Vacuum lines not connected to the carb and one of the other spark plug wires had not been pushed down. While hooking up lines I also noticed a nice new gouge in my fresh paint job on the tank. I will never return to cycle center for any future reasons I can understand them not wanting to tap the hole for liability reasons but at least return it in as good as condition as they received it especially if I am being charged for the service Very Very disappointed
Good place to buy atv, bikes, or parts.
I have dealt with these guys for a number of years and have always been treated well. Ive always been able to get a great price on a new bike when I was buying.
They are the best
