They have been very difficult to work with. I paid $605.00 for a small awning that was sold as waterproof, but as it turns out, it isnt. After coming to the house and taking measurements, three different people called back asking for measurements and for my fabric choice. They clearly were not organized. After installation, it was clear they used the wrong fabric. The owner, Billy, offered to redo it for another $450.00. After repeated requests for product warranty information on what was actually installed, he became belligerent and raised his voice, which made me very uncomfortable. He hasnt tried to make it right, he has only loudly requested more money. I wouldnt recommend them for work in Huntsville. They have a very small-town mentality and cant handle much.

Had a wonderful experience with order and installation. We love the retractable awning, and were told if we needed any adjustments, or had any concerns, to call back.Shortly after using the awning, we realized that we needed to adjust the canopy downward. We called the company and were assured that they would come out.Since then we have called several times, and each time were told someone would be here the next week. We have been polite, and patient. We started calling last October of 2015. It is now nearly April, and once again they were a no show/ no call.Joan and Laurie Johnson
