Lisa in the Huntsville office began assisting me at a very stressful time. An order with shipping details messed up by a major carrier was in danger of being sent back to Italy. Lisa stepped in, helped me understand what was being asked for, went above and beyond in contacting people, and salvaged a very frustrating situation.
