Regular shoppers at this location. I’ve been buying Silk Half and Half regularly until two weeks ago when it disappeared from the shelves. Today there was a man working in the dairy and I asked him what happened to my half and half. He went in the back and brought out a product he thought might be it. No it was loaded with sugar. He was so helpful and pleasant. He returned to the dairy case and found another product that actually worked. What a great guy! When items I purchase often such as Silk Half and Half disappear from the store I feel like the only alternative is shop somewhere else. This gentleman may have just saved you from losing a regular (almost daily) customer.

Walmart had a glitch in their delivery system today. They made it right as the night staff politely tried to explain and apologize. I love doing business with folks who try so hard to make it right.

Much the same as any of its ilk. We wondered in late September 2021 if we had missed a report on the end of the pandemic. Almost none of the customers or associates were wearing masks, even though the infection numbers were up in Utah at the time.

A great place to shop. The Walmart super center has just about everything one wood need. Easy to get around. Only problem with this Walmart, it is sometimes difficult to find staff to help you find something. When you do find someone, almost all store staff can lead you to the right isle to find something.

Went with someone who has a different way of eating than I do, and we were both able to fill ourselves up with tasty food that for our dietary needs. I love that there are meat carving stations... Yum! I do wish drinks werent separate, though. 🤷‍♀️ Oh well! 😊

The kind lady who helped us check out adjusted the price of some linens based on our word. Showed an unusual amount of customer focus. Refreshing experience. The shelves of seasonal items were pretty picked over . . . Very low stocks for the upcoming season.

They are pretty much the same as every other Walmart, youll find what you need.

Walmart is forced on us. You can only rate Walmart from town to town. You can get a good idea of the area after going to Walmart and dealing with the staff.

This Wal-Mart lacks a lot to be desired when it comes to having what you need. Their shelves are sadly in need of every day items being stocked

Super clean, super friendly thats Walmarts Supercenter.

Store was clean except the womens bathroom. Associates should stop talking to each other and focus more on Customer Service. Store was very well stocked. Not really much to say its a Walmart.

My only gripe is they have many items that dont have a posted price. Thats inconvenient in such a big store. A nice lady in the clothing department named Louetta helped find the price on some things not once but twice

I love Walmart I only shop there.

Enjoyed it much more than the one in Hurricane which is nearer to my home. Great employees that dont rush you out at closing time. I appreciated that they want to go home, but also the fact they took their time helping me load my cart and get me all checked out!

While checking out, with 4 adults. We were not allowed to buy beer unless our entire party had proof of ID. Not just the person purchasing the beer. ALL of us had to have IDs. Mind you all 4 of us are over the age of 30. We left annoyed without our beer because the manager was apparently nowhere to be found. But don’t worry the employee “Shane” suggested we go to maverick. Guess we will take our business elsewhere.

Happy to have found a duffel bag here at the time but then found one the next day in a hotel in Las Vegas thats bigger and cheaper ☹

I used to like shopping there, but unless you have a credit card or debit card, you cant buy anything with cash unless theres an actual checker physically present, and theres usually only one or two in the entire store. The self checkouts dont accept cash anymore! Thankfully, the other stores in the area do accept cash, and they will get my business.

Great Walmart. Workers are super helpful, it’s almost like they care, unlike every other Walmart I’ve been to.

Excellent. I used self checkout Sunday, went to the gas station and realized I had not got my cash back, left it in the machine. I walked back in, the sweet lady walked right up to me and said, your money is with customer service. Thank you for honesty and kindness.

What can I say its a Walmart, they call it a Supercenter but its not nearly as big as the other Supercenters, set up differently and they dont have nearly as many things. It should be a junior Supercenter on the dollar menu. So if youre traveling to Zion, stop in Washington or Saint George first

The lady at the tle center was very quick and attentive to my needs and requests and was very knowledgeable in regards to vehicles and preventative maintenance of them! Will be back the next time I need service on my vehicle!

Love this Walmart. Im from Michigan and they arent as clean as these ones are. Shelves are a lot nicer as well. Definitely stop here.

Great place to get supplies and fishing licenses while camping at quail creek reservoir. Close by and has all youll need.Nice guys at the sporting goods counter too.They still sell guns too. 😃👍

If your paying cash you must stand in 1 of 2 lanes because thats all that is ever open and theres always a long line they are forcing you to use a card go in the negative or wait its a joke sometimes I have enough on a card sometimes I have only cash or both and to stand behind 3 or 4 cart loads of grocerys for 5 items sucks. The management needs to do something about this before I call cooperate

The customer service at the customer service counter was very poor. The girl who helped me was very unfriendly and rude and not helpful. I realize its tough to find good help, but her sour personality does not belong in customer service.

I placed a grocery order online, arrived 2 hours early and they had everything ready! I parked in the pickup and the order was brought out very quickly! Great service

The guy Im sporting goods that helped me with my fishing permit was educational and fun to talk with.

I wanted to leave a shout out for an employee that made my experience quick and easy. I believe his name was Scott from electronics, but he was incredibly knowledgeable. He helped me find exactly what I needed, and even gave me the “inside scoop” on why I was making the right choice. He not only was knowledgeable about the item I was looking for, he helped someone else nearby, and I also heard his incredible knowledge of the other product too! Great employee, hard to come by these days!

Its a regular Walmart, but they dont require face masks. Get your bud light and ammo with free covid!

The most friendly people I encountered in Hurricane were the employees at this Walmart. They were helpful and courteous. The bathrooms were clean and they had all the items I went in to purchase.

Wal-Mart has the best prices around, great hours, great employees too.

Today (8-13-21), I walked into the store at 1pm, and NO CARTS! Thats right, if you wanted a cart, you had to retrieve one from the parking lot. Then, as usual, poor iinventory control. Many items low or empty shelves. Maybe the worst, as usual, four to five deep with three registers open, and thats more than the usual two registers open This place is poorly managed

Being from California, they always compared Whataburger to In n Out Burger. I had to try Whataburger. When I came back to Texas, I had to have it again. I like em. Theyre different from In n Out Burger, but good just the same. 😁

Had to buy windshield wipers for our r.v. and the auto dept. Put them on within 5 minutes and we were on our way great fast service

Shop here at your own risk. I will certainly not return to this location. The management at this Walmart clearly doesnt care about their patrons or staff. Easily 15-20% of the shoppers were not wearing a mask and were not told do so by any employees. Perhaps if they took their corporate mask policy seriously, posted more signs, handed out masks at the door, made announcements then I might believe that they really care about their staff and customers. Instead their lackadaisical attitude proves that they only care about profit. I dont buy the BS about avoiding confrontation as an excuse. Plenty of other stores do so without issue. If there is an issue, call the police and have them removed for trespassing.

Small Walmart in Hurricane. They were out of many things that would be a typical need for that area. I totally get it they are near state and national parks so they probably have just ran out... That being said, Hurricane Walmart should stock up on items that people would want for travel in this area! For folks that are traveling through Washington County Utah... Try the Walmart in St. George they had more items available also the Target just near there... Have a great time while in Southern Utah it is Glorious!

Walmart supercenter is a brick and mortar store that also has a great online presents securing its dominance in hypermarkets for the near future.

Beside the fact that I am against shopping Walmart as a whole, and only shop at Walmart if I absolutely have no other choice... I will not use my distaste to cloud, or give a less than tolerable review, with that out in the air lets begin. This specific store is always clean and Rarely is there a crowd or a wait in line for that matter, perfect for those who are not people lovers its rather nice actually. That concludes the good, I seriously have nothing but disappointment, and bad experiences to report, so Ill sum up this review with a simple quote, your business is only as good as your employees.

Its Walmart you never know what youre in for

First of all, they didnt have the gas tank i was looking for, then when I got the one they had nobody would come to the auto service desk to check me out. After 5 minutes of waiting I went to the garden check out and nobody would come. Finally I went clear the the front checkout and bought my gas can and had to walk all the way around the building to get back to my truck. Never seen worse service at a walmart

I adore Barnes and Novle, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. I wish their Spanish Children section were bigger.

I went to ask a Walmart associate to scan a card board box so I know the price and she refused to do it. Her grocery list was more important then me the customer. I had to find another Walmart associate to assist me. Not good customer service.

They do absolutely nothing to enforce or encourage mask wearing to protect their customers. They do not clean the cart handles when returned. The people working at the deli counter routinely have their nose and mouth not properly covered .

Auto center took care of my flat tire real quick. Great professional employees.

Dropped my phone in the tub and needed. a new one so I hit up Walmart and the store was nice. The employees, as underpaid as I imagine they are were helpful and friendly until I reached the rogue department of electronics where I was ignored by a less than enthusiastic young gent whom I struggled to kill with kindness.

Went in to grab some breakfast fixings and walked right back out when I saw the muffins with the stickers saying fresh were growing a lot of visible mold.

Some associates good be kinder, always good about keeping there shelves stocked every day though!

Plenty of room in the lot for our RV. The store was well stocked for groceries.

Harold from the automotive department practically saved our lives. After 13 hours driving, tired and annoyed, our fuses blew out (no headlights, cruise control, or charging). We had bought fuses, but as someone who doesnt understand cars well, I couldnt get them in. As a final hope with 4 hours left in our drive and the sun setting, we found Harold in the automotive department. With his age and stature, he knelt on the asphalt wearing shorts and so graciously replaced our fuses. After this whole adventure, we are worn out BUT we are going home. Thank you Harold.

The pharmacy gets 5 stars! But the rest of the store was really low on stock. Lots of missing product and empty shelves. The store wasnt as orderly and clean as it usually is, either. The staff were less÷than friendly as if it was the end of a long, tiring day at 6;30 pm. This was the first time I have experienced the store like this - normally the Hurricane store is a breath of fresb air. Not today. BUT, the pharmacy staff were awesome!

Sadly prices are going up and being able to find what you are looking for more difficultAn upside a lot more cashiers then I have seen working there in quite a long time

I give this store a four only cause no 1/2. First I want to say why I do really think the store is very close to a five it has been a great store to me Im new to the area it is been nothing but helpful at all times shelves are pretty well stocked where from where I come from they are not so well stocked Im happy to see that people are very friendly the associates are very helpful and friendly Ive even had an incident it was well handled by not only by the store people that in the assistant manager but and I was floored by how well and how quick it all happened and but nothing happened to me of course but its still was an incident and everybody was very helpful with it and I reach out and say thank you to that store.Now my problem was I give you a half a star on a four and a half now I saw something today an associate took a crate of vegetables and just literally threw it down onto the edge of the table where the other vegetables were and he damaged a whole lot of cucumbers and so now I know where the bruises and the marks come from that the associates dont take the time to restock a little softer should be the word I guess take a little more care for your product as about all I can say but other than that this store could be a five star store.work it out youll get there
