Super impressed. Found exactly what I was looking for, really fast. Buying was easy and they had the trailer ready to go as fast as I could get ready to go hook it up. I compared pricing a lot of places and this was the best value I found. Maybe most impressive was the accessories. They do not overprice the accessories, very affordable for lights, wiring, etc.

The experience I had with this place was a joke. I purchased a dump trailer from them that they advertised in the classifieds. They would only hold it if I gave them a deposit. Because I live 250 miles away from them, I agreed and made arrangements on a date to pick it up. This trailer was advertised with ramps and tarp. That is what I agreed to purchase with my deposit. What I arrived to pick up the trailer, I was told that the trailer I purchasing did not come with ramps and tarp. I was told that I could purchase a trailer that cost $3,000 more to get what I agreed to purchase. Of course I was upset with them because I just drove 250 miles with gas at $4.00 a gallon. My suggestion for everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible. They are not honest people to deal with. I own a business and know how customers should be treated and these people don’t know how to do that.

These guys are great. Went in to look at the different trailers to purchase and ended up buying a brand new one. They were straight forward with their pricing and very easy to work with. Judd, my salesman, was awesome! If youre in need of a trailer, this should be your first stop.

First of all we go in and look at a hallmark trailer tell them we want it and will be back the next day to pick it up. My husband goes back alone the next day and they tell him we sold the hallmark but well sell you this other brand instead. Being the mild sweetheart he is he buys it. On our first trip the fender gets torn off... not their fault. But! When he calls to get a fender put on..They tell him, “Oh we are about 10 days out we will call when we get one.” My husband calls again over 10 days out leaves a voice mail. They call and leave a voice mail. Bring it in tomorrow we got the part and we will fix it.” No one calls us to come that the work has been completed. He tries to call and just gets voice mail. Finally I call and got voice mail too. I just kept calling all of the numbers and finally get the sales guy. He tries to tell me it’s not his responsibility! So I said well then I want to speak to the manager or owner. He tells me he will let the owner know. Today I call again, they say it’s ready. This is another 10 days out. So when we go in I speak to Carl. He’s the @“#*%£ that said he would call in his voice mail when it was done. He tries to tell me he doesn’t have the time to call customers when their trailer is ready. Well then he shouldn’t leave a voice message saying that he will call when the trailer is ready. I suppose it’s ok to keep a trailer for almost a month. (That really only needed minor work. )They have a monopoly on this business and pray you don’t need something back quick because our sad experience says... not going to happen! We consistently got voice mail no matter what time of day or day of the week we called.

We had a fairly vague idea of what kind of trailer would satisfy our needs when we pulled into the Trailer Source parking lot. We were immediately greeted and given a quick list of options based on the information we provided. Within less than half an hour, we were pulling out with our brand new flat bed trailer which is absolutely perfect for the job! We couldnt be more pleased with the customer service and inventory we had to choose from.Even after our purchase experience, they have been great about keeping in contact to provide extra chains and to get our trailer registered for us and provide the license plates. We would recommend these guys highly. Theyre super dope!

I purchased a Diamond C 18k dump trailer December of 2020. This seemed like a great find and the reviews gave the impression that customer service is a high priority.My first experience was the purchase of the trailer. Upon leaving my deposit I was told they would call me when the shipment arrived. I did not receive a call at that time and had to follow through from my end. I got to speak with the same sales rep I placed my order with, and he was surprised I knew about the trailer shipment, and couldnt find my deposit. This was irritating, but I also understand that when youre busy things get misplaced now and then. So I didnt want to let this determine my opinion for Trailer Source.The past month (6 months from purchase) the charging controller has failed and now drains the battery, and one of the large pins for the spreader gate lost its cotter pin and fell out. This seems odd considering the dumping feature was only used for about 50 times. For the most part I use the trailer for hauling equipment.Ive tried calling a few times to get a hold of someone to discuss the issues as this doesnt seem like something that should happen for a heavy duty dump trailer thats only 6 months old. After a few calls, and no response Ive determined that customer follow ups are not a high priority for Trailer Source.My conclusion is that the prices are low due to cheaply built trailers. Also, the customer service matches the low prices. I really wanted to give Trailer Source the benefit of the doubt, but I need to accept that the trailers and the service will not fit my needs at this time.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because there was one sales rep who seemed to have a slight concern during my purchase phase. This was a second sales rep who actually saw that my trailer got ready.Edit: I appreciate the response, and would hope you believe and stand behind the product you sell. I’m not asking you to change your stance. I still find it odd that a cotter pin falls out and a charge controller fail within a few months of what I would consider light use.Also, I appreciate your offer of a potential buy back or swap, but that won’t be necessary. I feel the fair offer for both of us would be a replacement charge controller.I feel I need to clarify that I wasn’t called when the trailer was ready. It wasn’t started until I was standing at your facility. To be fair to you the phone conversation and picking up the trailer transpired the same day the trailers arrived. When I arrived at the facility you did accommodate me by pushing my trailer to the front of the build priority.I’m not sure how the demand for trailers correlate with the customer service that Trailer Source provides, but I’m glad to hear that the customer service may be improved for future customers. I saw someone else got the KSL bait and switch from these guys. I saw the trailer I wanted listed on KSL for $800.00 less than what they had priced it on Facebook. It had just been posted six hours ago on KSL and was still up when I FB messaged them about the same trailer that was priced higher on FB and when he messaged me back, he said the price just went up and that the KSL post was on auto renewal. So basically they bait you in and then change the price.They should be investigated for false advertising. Remove the post before you change the price if you want to be considered an honest dealership. I bought the same 2021 trailer somewhere else and saved $1,000.00. Watch out for the bait and switch with these guys!

These guys were great to work with. Bought a 20 flatbed from them and they took care of the licensing and registration, and hung on to it for a couple of weeks until l could get there and pick it up. Would definitely look to them again if I was in need of another trailer.

Went to trailer source to look at their trailers on their lot. Knowing these trailers were in high demand I walked inside their sales office to see which of the trailers were available.There were two employees and one customer besides myself. I waited patiently for five minutes near their desks. No one acknowledged me until 5 minutes later when my wife and kids walked in to see what was up. One of the employees mumbled be a minute .Ok, fine. I waited another 5 min. Finally the other sales person barked Whats up?. I explained that Id like to look at which of the trailers on their lot were available as I was looking for a trailer for my UTV. He barked again What size!. I told him around 18 feet. He barked again, I dont have 18 feet!SOOOO, I just walked out with my family as the sales person angrily mumbled.Bought a trailer from their Las Vegas dealership last year. It was a relatively good experience. This was DEFINITELY not. Must have caught the dude on a wrong day. Trying the Las Vegas dealership now too and they arent being responsive. Pretty disappointing with a company I once had respect for.

Ordered a diamond c lpx 28ft 210 gn dec 7th and requested it’s be derated to 10k gvwr kyle the salesman said “no problem I can derate it to whatever You need” March 3 Comes around and I get a call from kyle stating itll be ready to go by the 5th While on the phone I asked to verify if the trailer was derated to the 10k before I drive out from ca to pick it up at which point kyle states that “it can’t be derated to 10k gvwr and that I never asked for it to be derated” essentially calling me a liar and that “if he did say it could be derated to 10k gvwr he doesn’t remember it’s been 3 months” long story short I called diamond c and talked to the owner Jacob crabb apparently starting Jan 1st they won’t derate a trailer more than 1 class down and kyle nor anyone else at this establishment(trailer source) thought to inform me of this until the trailer was ready to pick up also not to mention that they worked on my $2000 deposit for 3 months I disputed the charge through Amex before the owner of trailer source Tyler offered to issue me a refund absolute worst experience ever between trailer source and diamond c I do not recommend either

My experience was that I took their ad from KSL there showing the trailer was priced at $5790 I showed it to the salesman and he said they just had a price increase to $6190 when I objected he reduced the price $200 dollars to $5990. I went ahead and bought the trailer anyway because I needed it but they did throw in the $10 trailer ball on the deal.

I wish I could have even done business with these guys to have an experience. They don’t seem to want my money. I’ve been trying to buy a trailer from them for months. They keep texting me and telling my Tyler has to be the one to call me. He never does. They keep posting ads for trailers on KSL and then when I call or text about it (hours after it was posted) they tell me that trailer was sold a few days prior. When I complained that nobody was getting back to me they said they’ve been overwhelmed. That’s not an excuse. Figure out your business and stop posting ads for trailers you don’t even have. Also their texting person/system is laughable. The person can’t even spell and responds in all caps. I really really wanted to buy a trailer from these guys. They just make it too hard. There’s other places out there that want my business more than these guys. So that’s where I’ll be going.

Horrible customer service. Made appointment to drop off trailer. When I got there they said come back in a week. Gave me an estimate of repairs and the bill was over $100 over quote and they only did a portion of the work and just said we couldnt get the parts. Billed me 5 hours labor ($95/hr) for what should take an average person 2 hours. Wont go back.

Terrible service, put the wrong tail gate on because the girl behind the counter didnt write the size down, after I gave her the size I wanted, told me a week or so.and the pricebetween650.00 700.00,,6 weeks later they call to pick it up .I noticed the wrong size,,, they wanted me to pay more for their screw up, I told them to cut it off .Terrible customer service and they actually said it was my fault because their employee didnt write it down.

I have purchased at least 5 or 6 trailers from these guys over the past 5 years. They have even purchased trailers back from me that no longer fit my needs for a very fair price then got me into trailers that better fit my needs!They may not always be around to answer their phone when you call, but that is simply because they are very busy helping other customers on their lot and most likely are not anywhere near their sales office to answer their phone. If you leave a message they will typically call you back within a reasonable time.These guys have been extremely good to me through the years! I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for the best trailers at the best possible prices in southern Utah and its surrounding areas. I do believe they are honest and fair! They give it their all to make sure their customers are happy and want to return and refer their friends and family to them.

Stopped in to get pricing and drove out with a new trailer. Was looking for a simple cargo trailer and they up sold me to a car carrier with 2 axles. I am so glad they did. After loading and unloading, using the ramp, and towing, I am very pleased with the purchase. I believe I would have been disappointed in the lighter duty trailer for my purposes.

Got a new Big Bubba trailer there. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is the rather large markup from what the manufacture sells them for up in Ogden but, considering that its a 5hr drive to Ogden, it likely is worth the extra few hundred dollars to most people.

I’ve bought several trailers from these guys and had a great experience each time. There was once an issue with the trailer that was out of their control and they were diligent in getting the issue resolved.

Paid for a trailer here. I went back in to get scheduled for a brake controller and was told Id get called the next day. I did not. Called the following day and left a message 4.5 hours before closing, and never got called back. I called again on the following Monday several times and got no answer. When I finally got through their excuse was they are busy. So am I. I got a refund and will buy a custom trailer from Work Horse in Westhaven Utah. A far better trailer for the same money.

I purchased a used car this past year and was promised a second key that the dealership had misplaced. After leaving message after message trying to get resolve, I’m left disappointed. The car was also advertised with heat seats, which it doesn’t. I again have left messages with Tyler, but have no resolve. I find the business ethics a challenge and the follow through flat out unacceptable. I would never purchase from this lot and would advise other to be weary as well..
