The staff and owner Paula Diamond are definitely a diamond in the ruff! I from experience have dealt with Paula, and I can say I have always been treated like a rock star and my needs were always first. My expectations were always surpassed with class, and my designs brought to life. Another thing I respected most was Paula saw me pondering wondering what I wanted to add to my sleeves. I had some back n forth ideas, and she talked to me told me she wanted me to know what I wanted before she blessed my arm with her abilities. I respected that to the fullest degree, and I knew she wasnt just after a buck. Thank You Paula!!!

They are impossible to get a hold of for a consultation and if you manage to get a hold of someone it takes days to hear back and they are insanely overpriced.I am all for supporting lady business bosses, but not at the cost of poor customer service.Ended up taking my business to North Texas Tattoo who was able to get me quick answers and scheduling and didn’t charge an outrageous amount for 15 minutes of work.

Paula did my two large tattoos over 5 years and Im pleased with them both. I receive compliments all the time.

I got a nose piercing here and it wouldn’t heal. I followed everything to the letter. No matter how many times I came in, they were not helpful and wouldn’t even look at the piercing. *This was in 2019 so no covid* It got to the point where I had to remove it. When I did that, I noticed the hole did not go all the way through my nose and the cork screw was screwed into the inside of my nose which explained why it hurt so bad and why I couldn’t move the jewelry! If they had looked they would have seen that. Waste of money. Go somewhere else.

I LIKE THEM I GOT A HALF SLEEVE DONE BY KAT I BELIEVE WITH THE GLASSES AS WELL AS MY NOSE PIERCED I WAS PLEASED WITH BOTH . I tried reaching out on emails multiple times to get another tattoo done but nobody has even tried to reach back to me been 2 weeks now. So idk what’s going on!!.

This is the only place I will go for tattoos and piercings. Jamie has done most of my piercings and a tattoo on my husband. Katt has done one of my tattoos, a couple of my piercings and several of my husband’s tattoos. We are 100% pleased with their work. I’ve had a couple of questions after the fact and they both were very helpful. These ladies are sweet, patient and extremely talented. The shop feels like home away from home, very friendly and laid back but also super clean and professional.

Its clean and well lit. Everyone here is very helpful and professional. Some might say its expensive but with something like a tattoo, you get what you pay for. There is nothing about Diamond Tattoo that I dont love. Paula is possibly one of the best artists in the country. I recommend these folks if you want quality work.

I loooove this tattoo shop! I have been into this shop for piercings and tattoos multiple times, the staff are super nice and attentive, and the shop is a chill relaxed place. My piercer took extra time with me to make sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted, and was patient when I had a bunch of questions about things due to my sensitive skin and it was helpful and convenient that they had both stainless steel and titanium jewelry available. She made sure that I left confident that I understood how to take care of it and everything healed up great, was even able to have them swap out the jewelry after it had healed. As far as the tattoos they are top notch, I literally wish I could add pics to this review because I got my absolute favorite tattoo here, the artwork they did left me nearly speechless when I got it done, and I still get excited and a smile on my face whenever I see it because I just love it that much. Ill be going back to this shop for all the tattoos and piercings that I get in the future

I participated in the Friday the 13th Golden Ticket Tattoo event and couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went down and turned out. My tattoo healed beautifully and I was thoroughly excited about the use of whisper quiet guns and “second skin” covering to promote better healing. Paula and her crew of very talented artists are revered in my circles and I will definitely be saving for another appointment at Diamond Tattoo!

Wont be going back to this place ever again. Very bad customer service. They did a very poor job on my nose piercing, and they pierced my upper ears with cheap earrings. I told her I have very sensitive skin and needed good quality earrings. One of the diamonds fell out leaving just an empty piece on my ear and both of the back pieces fell off. Which is proof the earrings they used were just junk. When she pierced my nose, she did not secure the earring in place and it kept falling down and moving around in my nose. I went back in to show her and explain what happened, and she just stood there and gave me a blank stare. She acted like she didnt believe me. She never apologized and her behavior was she couldnt care less. She just wanted me to hurry and leave because there were customers waiting.

I loved my experience here! I just got my septum done a few days ago and I was so nervous and my piercer was like “don’t be, I’m not!” And that made me feel so much better and the way she was educating her apprentice while doing my piercing told me right away she’s a true expert. My piercing doesn’t hurt at all and it looks amazing! Will definitely go back for more piercings and even some tattoos.

I got a new tattoo here and its turned out great. I look forward to getting another one I have planned in a couple of months here as well. Jamie was my tattoo artist and she was awesome.If you go here to get a tattoo done I recommend requestung her to do it!

I have received multiple tattoos from both Katt and Paula and have loved every experience. They are truly amazing artists and very professional. They and their staff keep the shop clean and take care of their patrons. I will continue to get my tattoos from them and any other artists that Paula features in her shop. My family also uses Paula and her staff for their piercings as well.

My friend and I stopped by here today to get nose piercings. Both piercings were done by Kat and she was amazing! She made us feel comfortable and also explained everything thoroughly. I would highly recommend.

Katt has been tattooing me since 2014. Her quality, compassion and dedication are unmatched. 6 years later, her work shes done on me still glows. Shes down to earth and is a joy to spend 2-10 hours chilling with while she does her magic. 10/10, go check her out.

I have been dealing with Paula and her crew for years. I have been tattooed by both Paula and Jaime, and I have had several comments about the work done by these two. Regretfully, I have yet to be tattooed by Katt. Rest assured, it will happen. Judging by her previous work, I will not be disappointed and it will fit in very well with the work that Jaime and Paula have done.

So far, I have gotten ALL of my piercings, minus my earlobes done at Diamond. ( So, 6 in total. )Snug, rook, industrial piercing, septum, tongue & left lower lip.They have also stretched my ears for me, the sweethearts

I went to get a tattoo here around 1:00pm because Virtuoso Tattoo said that I’d have to wait untill 6 just to get a little tattoo that I called for the night before. When I first walked in I saw the that place looked really nice & the girls there were really friendly. They only take cash but thankfully I was prepared. They were able to squeeze in my walk-in because I just wanted a little red outline of a heart on my wrist. It was $50 so a GREAT price. It was my first tattoo & im very happy with it.

Katt has been an amazing artist for me. Shes done all sorts of my tattoos ranging anywhere from teeny tiny detailed cogs on a wheel to complete whacky cartoons. I was originally with her at another shop until she moved to Diamond and naturally I had to follow her there. Shes always accommodating and super easy to talk to which always makes a tattoo experience better. I give a solid 5/5 in all categories. I couldnt ask for a better experience than getting inkd by Katt.

Super fast and great service! My sister in law and I got nose piercings here. Very professional and sanitary! I felt a bit dizzy and apparently may have passed out (don’t really remember lol) I was given water and some candy and it helped out so much!

I went here a couple of months ago to repierce my second nostril. They were super nice and it went by super quick. Plus the piercing healed very well. Would definitely go back for more piercings.

She did a great job on my nose piercing! It was my first piercing ever, and she thoroughly explained how to clean it to prevent infection. They were all really nice and I would definitely go back again and recommend them to my friends.

I went in to buy a new nose ring, because I lost mine at work, and possibly some cleaner for a bump next to my piercing and Craig went above and beyond to help put the new ring in, make sure there was no infection in the bump, and show me how to get rid of it. This is not my first piercing, and I have 4 tattoos, so Im familiar with basic aftercare. Ive had my nose pierced for a several months with no problems until a couple weeks ago when the bump showed up. I appreciated him doing that and will be back to see him for all future piercing and tattoo needs!

Great service and very knowledgeable people. I got snake bite piercings there today and jaime my piercer did a great job and made sure I was happy with my piercing before I left. And I will definitely go back to this shop for my next piercing in the near future

Rude staff and horrible tattoo. I got a small tattoo on my foot about 8 months ago and as its healed, it has completely blended together into a big, bluish-purple bruise looking blob.The staff was rude, and the lady that did my tattoo seemed like she had better things to do.After going to a couple other shops and asking them about cover-ups and finding out I would have to go all black and double the size, I started laser treatments. Obviously I wont go back and wont recommend to anyone.

Ive had my belly button piercing there, as well as my horizontal eyebrow piercing. I had my tattoos done there. I feel comfortable going in and coming out. Went here last night for the Friday the 13th event and was greeted by a very personable staff. Got tattooed by Paula and she was great!

Completely unprofessional, management doesnt know what they are doing. Staff is super rude as well. Waiting 4.5-5 hours for a tattoo for them to tell us we cant get a tattoo!! Then they tried to tell me that they had no way you guess how many they would be able yo accommodate which is BS wince every other shop did. Then they told the regulars behind us that they told us they were cutting the line off but that was BS because that was never said!! Never coming here and never recommending it! Yall lost some serious business with the way yall treated me and some others tonight!

Got my septum and nostril pierced here and it was fantastic! Super quick and relatively painless. Ended up talking with Katt about some future tat ideas which was super cool. Definitely recommend over virtuosos place down the street, which was my initial choice. Their piercer was gone and the staff wasnt super friendly like Diamonds!
