I’ve been coming to this specific location for two years. I keep up with the maintenance every time my oil change is due. If I had issues with my vehicle, I always counted on there expertise on the matter.They are always ready to meet the needs of the clients as well. I put My trust in these guys 100%..!! They handle there job with great integrity and good intentions. The staff and service has always been amazing. I’m quite proud to see a company serve their clients in away that can really make a difference in some ones day. This group of guys are really good At what they do, work well together, and were very attentive and polite.They jumped on it and took care of me inside 20 minutes.I was inspected, Cabin air filter changed, paid and out the door in 15 to 20 minutes. I will definitely be going back when I need more work on my truck.

My car broke down while stopped at the light directly in front of this Jiffy Lube location. The mechanics rushed out to help me. They stopped traffic and pushed my car into their parking lot to get me out of the danger of traffic. Then they worked on my car and had it running in less than 30 minutes. When I asked how much I owed them, they wouldn’t allow me to pay them!!! They were amazing and I will be going back in the future!

First and foremost, Eric seems to be a great guy. He greeted me with kindness and the utmost of professionalism and made me feel esteemed and important. I dont know if hes the one who serviced my car, but hes the one I handed it off to and hes the one that came and got me when it was complete and thanked me for my business and so forth.Im very satisfied with the service I received at this location, and it bears mentioning that my experience here has been far superior to the service Ive received from the inexperienced kids up the street at the other Precinct location across from Chase and Panera.Thank you, Eric, for practicing the good customer service that made my transaction feel like a good value.

Always good and knowledgeable. Richard is back and runs a tight ship. If I do not change my own oil or needing inspection or service being a good once over before a road trip, this is the only place I will go!!

First time coming here, called before hand to ask if they also inspected motorcycles and they said yes. Came in the morning so there werent any other cars before me, they took care of my inspection right away and I was able to continue my day. Simple and efficient like all businesses should be.

Went to this location this morning and they screwed up every aspect of my basic service (oil change, state inspection, tire rotation)- Asked for full synthetic but they put in a blend- Computer was down for inspection- Asked for a tire rotation but they forgot to do it.To top it off, drove away and 3 miles down the road my skid plate falls off and I had to drag it to another shop to fix their incompetence.Avoid at all costs.

I use several different Jiffy Lubes. It all depends where I am at when I have time for an oil change. This location is great. They were concerned about my schedule. They also took the time to actually clean the windows and vacuum the van. The crew was very friendly. One more thing. I noticed they even took the time to clean the back up camera. Great service.

I really wanted to like this place as the staff was so nice. However, hours after getting my oil changed from this location my check engine light came on. My valve cover was leaking and the crush washer was missing for my oil drain plug (which was also leaking). Which lead to needing repairs and as you can probably guess, paying for another oil change. :(

I was ready to change my own oil, but couldnt get the bolt loose, and I needed a state inspection when I was done anyway so I decided to bite the bullet. The team at Jiffy Lube was willing to listen to me as an authority on my own vehicle, which is something that doesnt happen often as a woman, and service was fast, cheap, and friendly. Plus they gave me that sweet, sweet validation when they shook the hell out of my car trying to get the bolt loose.

I had a state inspection done and they fixed the issue right then and there. It was great I didnt have to come back. Also loved the coupon they offered! Tristan Wallace, great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and service with a smile.

The young gentleman/cashier was very kind and helpful with my car inspection.

Tai, and the whole team at this location take great care of their customers under the leadership of their manager, Joseph. Each employee I met here did their best to deliver a positive experience. I came in for my state inspection, but I was out of code on a couple things. They were able to correct all of the outstanding issues, and they even saved me a bit of money in the process! You cant beat the customer service at this store.

Theyre prices are similar to other places like this.They do a full inspection and will show you as they take through the inspection results.If you go and sign up on their list, you get mail coupons. You also get a coupon when you get service for the next visit.

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for several years. I have taken several different cars there for all my maintenance needs. You are always met with a friendly staff. The work is done quickly and efficiently with good prices. Most recently on the coldest day of the year, I found my self having problems with my battery. I called ahead to check their stock and the closing time. I got there and Joe and his team changed my battery in just a few minutes! They were closing early do to a slow cold day but waited for me to get there. I am very appreciative for their help and they will continue to have a loyal customer!

Im from Tennessee bit needed an oil change. Went there because I recognized the name. Good service. Pleasant experience.

I pulled up to this particular JL and sat in my car front of a bay door for almost 10 minutes while the employees here walked around and made eye contact with me the entire time. During this time,not one of them made an attempt to come to my car to ask how could they assist or help me. Then next thing I know another vehicle pulls up beside me in front of another bay door and not one but TWO employees go directly to her vehicle,open her car door and smile at the same time. Management should consider training the current employees here professional customer service and not professional favoritism.

Came in for an oil change, quoted 10-15 min took an hour, quoted 74 (for change and now wipers) $ and then when I got to the register they tried to get me to pay 104$ because not only had they not done the buy one get one deal they promised me they then put on more expensive wipers without consulting me when the originally quoted wipers didnt fit, not appreciative of my wallet and time being gouged out without consent. I could not afford that and they didnt want to take them back off so they took a little money off but I am wishing I had been informed when the original cheaper ones wouldnt fit so I could make the decision on my vehicle.

They were amazing. Attentive and friendly and gave me options to work with. I will definitely be coming back! I highly reccomend.

Full coolant system flush is not an actual flush. It is only a drain and fill. Does not include the resivour tank. They leave that trash in there to remix into the system. Will have to go to another place to have it done correctly.

Everything was great until they said I had to go to another location to get my window sticker. Very inconvenient. Do not think I will return there.i have been there several times. And instructions on where to go get the sticker was wrong. Not pleased

This last time I was there they over charged me for brake fluid can you believe they charged me $100

Thank you Chase, Ryan, and crew.I take all 3 of my cars here for oil changes. Recently my wife had her transmission fluid changed and after there seemed to be something wrong. Turns out the car wouldnt go because of a problem with the brake system randomly locking up at times when the brake was depressed for an extended period. Engine was revving but car was at a stand still.Chase knew exactly what it was and they were able to fix it and were done early.They said it was not a problem if I shopped around so I called to check price at pep boys (formerly a just brakes location) the employee that took my call told me I got quoted a super price from Ryan. I called there because the work was related to a previous job I had had done at the just brakes location. We couldnt be happier.Transmission is fine btw. Car is running great, no more problems. Thank you guys, obviously we will be back. Very professional!

Came here because it was right by my gym. Was told it would only be 30min and gave all my info. An hour later I showed up and was told it hadnt been started on because they lost my number. I only stayed because the guy said hed give me $15 off my total. I ended up only getting $5 off and I had to bring up the fact he offered a discount in the first place. Id rather spend the 2 hours at my dealership.

I had a very pleasant experience visiting our neighborhood Jiffy lube for some maintenance that my car had been in desperate need of. I encountered many wonderful young men that were helpful in anyway they could be, but Alex stood out above all the rest. He simply took the time out to explain to me and my son what was being done to my car, and how great preventative maintenance can be. I will definitely return to see Alex the next time my car needs some maintenance with the knowledge that car is in good hands.

I drove to one location and they had nobody waiting in the lobby but told me it would take approximately 45 minutes 2 an hour! I went to these guys and they are spectacular! Very quick and courteous! The gentlemen that work here were fantastic.Explained everything to me in detail and even put on my wiper blades that I had purchased from another store. I’m new to the area but I will definitely be going back and having Jiffy Lube, Bedford be my choice for the maintenance on my car.

Last oil change at kiA cost me a new engine switch and key so I thought I would try them . Only to find my brake fluid cap gown because they did not out it back on and my battery cover off. I am not sure I will use them again.

This is the best dealership alternative around. There are lots of these places around but the location on the corner of Bedford Euless and Precinct Line In Hurst is the best. Richard runs the show in there and he is absolutely the best in the business !!!! That guy knows his stuff and customer service which is head and shoulders above anyone I deal with. They were polite and didnt push me to get other stuff done. They were also quick. But I paid $98 for a synthetic oil change and theyre supposed to top off fluids. I specifically told them power steering was low. They said they will top everything off. When they brought the keys to me, I asked about power steering fluid- they said yes, they filled it. As soon as I pulled out I heard it whine, got home and it was low, so I filled it. My coolant was also low. Its one thing to forget, but to lie to my face and not even look at them for $100 oil change...too much. This is the second time this has happened- first time was my last jiffy lube oil change down precinct line.
