Went into the store to purchase a phone for my son. The phone I thought about buying wasn’t on display. The employee informed me that I couldn’t see the phone until I purchased it. Claimed it was “policy”. I asked again “could I just see the box?” She said “no sorry.” That alone discouraged me from any purchases from boost. Sad story policy is doing potential new clients to this way. Oh well. I’ll try another provider.

I had nothing but a great experience here thanks to the sweet blonde (lizly?) in there and intend on coming back to this store for her great customer service. I was a bit worried about coming in because of the most recent reviews but they were just biased. I’ve worked retail and you can’t get angry at a worker over a policy they have no control over, no doubt they just wanted free phones without having to pay a penny because they feel they “deserved” it. Many stores have a policy they can’t have stuff out (including those little photos you were demanding) for many reasons. Don’t let the entitled angry Karen’s get you scared to come in here, Google exists. Thank you sweetie for the great attitude and for complimenting my outfit love.

Every time we come, they are pretty bad. Most of the time the employees are not very knowledgeable. We wanted to buy a phone but they had no way to show us the phone they were offering. Not even in the box. She said she couldnt show us unless we were buying it so we just had to blindly buy the phone or not. It was basically the cheapest phone for our son. I guess it wasnt a good enough sell for her to care if we knew what it looked like. If this is their policy, it needs to be looked at and adjusted or at the LEAST put a photo of the phones youre selling somewhere in the building.

The store stole my 94 dollar payment last September . So I showed up to the store the next day and they never opened. Several other customers showed up complaining that they were ripped off two in fact boost ended up giving me and a Hispanic woman our service for the month of September. It gets better I waited for a month while they were closed. Even the rent people were looking for their money. I even had the haircut place next door waiting for them to open. When they did become open I went in and demanded my stolen money from the very same clerk. He called the manager who told me if I dont leave the store I was going to have the cops called on me

If I could I. wouldnt leave a stars. They close at 8 p.m. and myself and my wife went in there at 7:20 p.m. the tall Mexican guy with the glasses tells my wife and I. he wont be able to help us purchase new phones. Due to him having an hour drive home. Thats not how you do business if youre open within the hours of business and I cant do business. I will never go back just because you run a business theres also professionalism that goes along with it.

Horible customer service!! Called to make sure they had the phones i wanted and was told they had several.Went in at 3:30pm to port in 2 lines and get the phones. Lady said ok but we close at 4 (internet said 5, but i didnt check the store window) and it takes 30 min. I said lets get started and she looked at her coworker.He chimed in and said the phones i wanted arent in stock. I mentioned i had called earlier and was told there was plenty and he said they sold them all (not likely). Why would she tell me how long it would take if she didnt have the phones?I asked of they are really out or just didnt want to start a process that might make them stay 5 extra minutes. They both laughed a little and said they were out.

Me and my family I’ve been waiting to get our phones activated to get a new phone and this woman took three hours to process the phone and she’s like the only one person there is should be two people in the office working on customers now we got customers sitting there for hours just waiting very upset

12/14 update: I received a call from an Sales Representative Carols - working on behalf of Helen. Again, unprofessional and argumentative, he wasnt willing to gather any information from me. Instead, he was badgering and kept over talking me, the customer. He would not provide me with his last name for documentation, which makes me question the reason for the call. I am fully documenting everything due to fail responses in resolving this issue with Helen Lovato. These comments will continue until legal has completed their investigation.12/13 update: My name is Justin Gray, and I purchased the iphone 6 from you all Hurst Location -THIS LOCATION. I took my phone to the apple store in Fort Worth and they notified me that the phone that was sold to me was a refurbished. The phone reads GUEST TEST iPhone. I am going to pursue legal action due to several failed attempts in contacting Helen about the situation.The Manager Helen Lovato has horrible customer service skills. Very hard to speak to, lack of courtesy in communication. I just purchased an iphone 6 from her Hurst, Texas location 3 months ago. The screen started jumping and now my phone wont turn on. It was verified that the phone had no damage but an software issue when I went to the Apple store on 11/24. They also verified that the phone sold to me had after market parts on the phone. In which they was not able to help me. I advised the Manager Helen and she was not helpful. Very argumentative - she wouldnt provide any helpful information to help resolve the issue.
