I Highly recommend TX Leisure pools and Spas, I just used them for an acid wash of my pool. It was bad with Black Algae. As you can see by the pictures, Caleb did a great Job! the last photo says it all, He went above and beyond. Hanging on the lip of the pool while cleaning it. It is crystal clear today.

After the Texas freeze my pool, had many broken parts, and was very green from not running. I highly recommend Texas Leisure Pools to repair your pool needs. Bobby B was my service representative. They do weekly service for us, and all of the technicians are great, but I especially like Kelly. We also have had yearly maintenance done, and warranty repair.Cant recommend them more.

While I have had repeated negative experiences with the weekly pool cleaning service, I was very impressed with Bobbys Helpful and expert repair service. He was professional and got right down to business. My pump stoped working the day before and I was desperately to get it working. Bobby got right to work finding the problem. I thought I had an air leak on the input. He lost no time finding an O-ring was leaking then he lubricated it and reseated it the pump worked great. He was also helpful with some other pool questions I had. For, pool cleaning, my wife met Jim yesterday for the first time and was also impressed. Perhaps Texas Pleasure is turning around my past negative perception. I was looking for a better alternative but now plan to see if they maintain the recent improvements.

Texas Leisure Pools goes above and beyond to service their clients pools. We had issues with our older, in ground pool, a leak, poorly installed filtration system and the downed pool developed black mold last season which is very difficult to get rid of. We hired Texas Leisure Pools to clean it up and perform weekly maintenance. We were on our way to a healthy pool again and then the bitter February storm hit and like most pool owners had damage occur to their pool system, our pump and plumbing cracked. Sonny, who performs weekly maintenance not only got rid of our mold issue but kept the pool blue and clear while we waited for parts to fix the system. Repairs were completed by Leven and now we have a pristine pool to enjoy this season. We can’t say enough how much we appreciate this company and their employees. Office staff is very helpful and responsive to questions and Sonny is the best! We would recommend this company to anyone looking for affordability and excellence in pool maintenance.

Did a great job installing my friend’s hot tub while I was there, their technician Jamie was professional and answered any questions we had.

Kelly helped me so much with my older model spa. She was a absolute delight to work with and I would give her all the stars if I could!!!

I purchased a Wellis spa and covana cover from Chris. Upon delivery the spa had 3 very large bubbles in the shell( 1-11/2 inch tall bubbles) and was told by Chris to go ahead and fill it and they’d take care of it with the manufacture. I refused to pay the final balance of $2000 on the $21000 order and now he’s upset saying it’s my problem. I still have to pay full price for a sub par quality product. I told them I won’t accept the spa with that quality issue and please come get your product and Chris refused. Absolutely horrible customer service from the owner Chris who does not care about the quality of his product or the customer service he provides. Only keeps saying it not fair to him for me to hold him responsible for his product failure. Will update as this spa attempted purchase goes on. Was supposed to be a great experience buying a spa and turned into a horrible stressful time of finger pointing and rudeness from the person that is supposed to be the most professional in the establishment. If this is how the owner treats a customer I’d hate to see how else they do business.

The service department is amazing here. They helped me get the chemicals correct in my hot tub and the prices are so much better than any pool store Ive been in. I couldnt figure out what my chlorine levels were so they tested my water and told me exactly what I needed. Will definitely continue going to them from now on.

Chris the owner has been AMAZING! We started our hot tub journey 5 months ago when we started to build our home. He was able to narrow down the perfect solution for our needs and wants!!! We closed on our home in February and he helped us map out our patio and electrical to ensure we were able to use our tub from day 1 of owning our home. His team delivered the hot tub, set it up and got it running! We even had our very own spa class!! I can not say enough amazing things about Chris and his company!! His company is a customer service company that happens to sell hot tubs!! I never felt pressured or icky like I did at many of the other used car hot tub places.

We purchased a Cal spa last year 2018. The customer service when we walked in was excellent. Chris was not pushy, he was very professional and really was interested in our needs. We use our spa just about every day, yes even in the heat of the summer. The relaxation for my husband each night after work is so well worth the investment. Installation was prompt and done extremely well. We have the service for them to come out and take care of our spa.
