Nothing less than an EXTRAORDINARY service. Got in touch with them in the morning of July 3rd, they were able to send someone to my place to fix my absolutely shattered windshield (which gave me a glass shower every time I tried to move the car) right before 3:00 PM and got everything set an hour later.Superb job, knowledgeable technician and I will go visit them the next Tuesday to get my rear door windows regulator fixed (and maybe get them all tinted, why not?). Ill be forever thankful for Mr. Boja, Mr. Reza, and all the Auto Glass Outlet crew.Outstanding!

The technician who installed my window did a poor job. He broke the piece for my rear defrost. But sent me on my way as if I wouldn’t notice my defrost wasn’t working. I bought it back and addressed the issue and he used super glue to try and fix it and sent me on my way again smh. I bought it back again because the defrost still wasn’t working. The manager said bring it back next week and they’ll replace the whole window. Well I did that and they were supposed to replace the window which I don’t think they did because my rear defrost still doesn’t work. He also left broken glass all on my back seat. Never coming here again smfh.

We were visiting Hyattsville in the midst of her lung cancer treatments in Ohio so she could see our new grandchild. Windshield cracked on the way to Maryland. We had it replaced at Auto Glass Warehouse. The tape they used peeled away paint on the railings on both sides of the windshield. We have pictures, received estimates for repair, spoke with the manager Ehsan Sard, sent emails, and have now called 8 times to try to find a resolution with no result yet. So, poor repair, and terrible customer service or responsiveness. We have been patiently trying to resolve this for more than 2 weeks remotely and finally today decided to let the Better Business Know, our insurance company State Farm, and now other consumers. Very frustrating to be treated in this way. Ironically, we picked them as a local company not natl chain, and with a good rating. And now regret it.

It took just a few moments for my window to be repaired, while other shops estimated an 1hour to repair the 1 crack in my windshield. The staff was very friendly and professional. If necessary Id take my car back there...no SafeLite Repairs for me. Oh and the price was very reasonably!

They did a wonderful job replacing my rear windshield! The price was way cheaper than everywhere else and the process could not have been easier. I called, got my quote, was able to get a next-day appointment, and the the whole thing took about 30 minutes when the installers came out.. The installers were punctual, professional, and friendly. Sunday morning my windshield cracked. 9 am Monday I went to their website and found a chat option. Got a better quote than the glass company that has all the commercials. Was told to come in today before 4 pm. Once I arrived my windshield was done in under an hour. For 1/3 less than everyone else. Fast service, best price. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to this company by a friend who gave raving reviews about this company. I called and was given a price of $250. I confirmed with the gentleman that it would be $250 and he said yes. Upon arrival I was told that it would now be 250 plus tax. I told the cashier thats not what was said on the phone and to check the recording. He refused to do so and said its only $12 extra. I dont care if it was $2, thats not the price I was given on the phone. I was told it would be done in an hour so I left the vehicle came back an hour and 10 min later to be told it would be another 30 min before I could actually drive the car. The glass looks fine but I wont ever give this business my money again. I was even ready with another customer for them to get business and I decided to tell them to go somewhere else. All Im saying is if you quote a customer a price then honor it. If theres any additional charges then say so when I ask upfront for the total price. If I didnt need the glass replaced on my work van today then I would have went somewhere else.Respons to owner post : Great example except when you go to Walmart you buy products not services and not every place charges taxes. Some businesses role taxes in with the cost and once asked for the price they give the total price not the pre tax price. Even when you buy online you see the total price including tax before you pay. All I am saying is that if a customer ask for a price over the phone and say twice its just $250 and your representative confirms that its 250 then I expect to pay 250 nothing more. Or you could have just said its 262 on the phone. Either way its the principle.Secondly you or they knew what type of vehicle I had on the phone and once I got there so Im sure someone knew what size glass it was. Im sure they did that vehicle or similar before. Again, all Im saying is shoot customers straight.

I used this company a year ago and was satisfied. When I tried to utilize them again for a vandalism rear windshield I was told I can set an appointment for someone to come out at 1. I said Ill call back to call my bank. When I called back I was told that person was gone and got hung up on when I questioned him about what I was told.I immediately call back and ask is that how you treat your customers and he said I dont want your business and hung up again... That was very rude and unprofessional.

Called and went in Saturday morning to get my husbands window fixed. Pointed out a few concerning things and the gentleman that worked on it explained that it was not error, only a specific piece the new glass had. That was understood, he was polite, and Susana i believe her name was was amazing from the moment she answered the phone until we left but who i believe could have been owner or manager would not shut his mouth when we pointed out something was damaged. As we were paying he kept yelling in his language to another colleague in front of other customers and employees. This is disgusting behavior and should probably learn from his employees with more professional experience.

Was way cheaper than safelite. For my 2011 chevy safelite said 400plus tax. I paid a little over half that price. Done in 30mins.

Got my windshield replaced. Great job timely repair only issue is they scratched both inside windows on passenger and driver side unfortunately. Went for one job gonna need another one now.

Well my experience was not bad, made an appointment for Friday but they gave me a call let me aware they were backed up and would come the next morning first thing if ok with me. The service was quick and good. I was charged for more time than it took to fix my window. They charged me for an hour and a half. It took the guy around 30 minutes.

If you are looking for something that is highly cost efficient, I 10/10 reccomend. It is a little sketchy as far as the payment goes. So be prepared to go to the location with cash or card just to avoid giving out your security code over the phone. Never that. But all in all the mobile service was free and they popped my windshield on in 30 minutes or less so im hella satisfied.

They didnt have the correct molding for my windshield and tried arguing about how its like that with all models like mine. Completely unacceptable and if it had zero stars I wouldnt give it that much honestly.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Warehouse. My glass shattered and I needed immediate service. Miguel and Silvia were responsive and kind and was able to fix the car within two hours. The repairmen were also kind, diligent, and attentive to the repair job. Our car didn’t have a trace of the glass pieces and our new window works great. We left feeling relieved after a stressful morning because of them!!

They were excellent! My car was broken into Tuesday afternoon and I got a call from the police. I was searching around for s place and found them. I wish I knew the hours were earlier than published on Google. I suggested an edit because they open as early as 7:30 am. The staff was friendly and very professional. I was out in less than 1 hour and they even cleaned out the excess glass out of my vehicle that the vacuum from the gas station couldnt get. Dont listen to any of these 1 start reviewers. A lot of them are complaining about the fact that most of them did not speak fluent english. This service is by far the most courteous and hardworking crew I have had the pleasure of working with. It was 15 degrees outside, slippery, freezing, and windy. They came out to my house same day and replaced the back window of my 2012 Dodge Avenger and did a fantastic job even under harsh conditions and they did it for well under their competitors cost. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their auto glass repaired.

12/19/16 Car was broken into early this morning, had trouble finding same day service looked on line and found AGO. Straight and to the point; Theyll hook your window up, and even had somebody on site to put tint on replacement window. Reasonable price.

I was a recent customer at Auto Glass Outlet. I had a rock thrown through my front passenger window and called approximately 15 companies the next morning to get the best quote possible for repair. Unfortunately, one of the first calls I put in was to auto glass outlet and as a distributor they had the ability to refuse to sell the glass to anyone at a reasonable price so every quote I received from that point on was extremely skewed. I was quoted at $220.00 for a audi a6 front passenger door glass.Since they were obviously the lowest quote I had received and they said they could install any time that week as long as I came there (although most auto glass repair services are mobile) I chose this company.Upon arrival, I entered the warehouse office which was cluttered and full of disturbing conversation. I sat and waited 2.5- 3 hours for my car window to be installed because it was apparently a difficult type of glass. As I was finishing up the owner verbally communicated with his receptionist that the payment was 225.00. I questioned without argument and said I was quoted at 220.00 on the phone and wondered why there was a sudden increase in price. He then agreed to go back down to 220.00.I went and got my car and sat in it and checked the function/integrity of the window. I put the window down once and up once and hurt a loud crunching noise. I thought there was still glass left in the window sill. I did it again and the window tracked fine with no noise. I decided to get out of the car and check the integrity of the glass and to communicate that there was a loud noise. I then released that the tracking piece of the glass had gotten stuck inside the car door.The business was closing and they were obviously ready to leave. The owner came and examined the door. He stated that he has never seen this happen and they would fix it if I could come back sometime this week. I already took off 3 hours of work and now had to come back. I requested a discount on labor costs since this was an obvious error of installment. He argued that his price was already too cheap so he couldnt. I made a point that I was eating costs now for 3-6 hours of work/costs since I had to travel back again for a full un-installment and re-installment. He agreed that there will be a discount. fine. I have to check the price of the glass to determine what we can do. I agreed to come back.There was no discount. He argued that he didnt care and that his 3 million dollars in revenue made my 20 dollar refund insignificant but he wouldnt give it to me. I had my window uninstalled and requested a full refund.He was the worst manager I have ever worked with.
