My work was a simple job, which I was thinking they would turn down. From what I could see, this is an old school machine shop with a lot of experienced people. Brian listened carefully to what I wanted and asked a few questions for clarification. He also discussed what I wanted with his colleague and they suggested several viable options. Then he took the piece and did a perfect job while I waited, careful all the while to not break the important item he was working on. I rarely give 5 stars, but this is a fine shop.

Best machine shop in DC area. Needed a custom aluminum piece for an automotive engine and this machine shop was the solution. Nice friendly staff and reasonable prices!

Worked with Keith on a turntable project and he was very welcoming and didnt laugh at my concept drawing. It came out wonderfully. Great customer service and I got my item back within a working week.

Great shop, great location just off highway(Rt. 50) connecting DC to Annapolis. GM very helpful.

Went to a local shop to get some hardened steel drilled and tapped. They took a file to it and said no way. Called several shops in the area. Only one other said they could do it, I think with an EDM machine and expensive disposable bits.General Machine did it for way less. Keith is the best!

Time wasters! I didnt get a quote for a month. Eventually, i went back to collect my drawings and cancelled. Keith was glad to give me my drawings back after failing to give a quote.
