I really enjoyed my experience at State Trailer in Idaho Falls. The service manager Leon Jenkins was good to explain things to me as well as Oran and Sid very good people. My Toyota Tacoma was set up with some Trailer brakes and a 4 point equalizer hitch which was done nicely my truck and Trailer drive so smoothly. Thanks state Trailer team

Went in and asked a few questions and the guy that helped me took me physically himself right to the stuff we needed. Even measured stuff for me so that I knew if it would work. So over all a great store and great service. Good knowledgeable people working in there.

I might be a little bias but this is the best place to take your camper or RV, my Dad and Brother work here and there is no other place I would ever take a trailer to get serviced. The whole staff there is also super nice and are eager to help you find any part youre looking for or get your propane tanks filled quick. Never have I ever seen a staff work together so well.

I tried several other RV supply stores to no avail. But this store had exactly what I wanted at a fair price. Staff is very helpful.

Holy moly! This place is a gold mine for RV stuff. The staff helped me figure out an awesome way to use a mini submersible pump to add water to my trailer from my spare water cans. No breaking my back!

Norman and his team are knowledgeable and happy to help you. They have a larger variety of supplies than any other local RV supply place, and are well stocked.

Sid was incredibly helpful. Got me dialed on a creative solution for my old airstream black water drainage. Always great service there.

I made an appointment to have my slide-in truck camper water and gas systems inspected and all went well. Leon runs a good service shop. My CO detector was out of date and I was sold a replacement but, as I suspected it can be found online for less. I paid $83.99 for a Safe T Alert Model 65-542-WT and a quick look on Google shows $73. Even Home Depot had it for $78 and they arent a discount store.

I shop at state trailer all the time and they in general always have what I need. The best news is the hot popcorn is back!!! You get a snack while you shop. The staff is always friendly and more than willing to help!!! I will continue to go again and again.

This place has just about everything you could ever need for trailering. I was able to get what I needed for a decent price. I was, however, disappointed with the customer service. Obviously looking lost and pacing up and down the isles, I had to basically beg the employees to help me find what I needed. It doesn’t seem appropriate that I should need to ask the staff to do their jobs. If you shop here, prepare to fend for yourself.

Yet again State Trailer RV & Outdoor Supply to the rescue. On Saturday I called to speak with service department as I could not find the fuse box on a 19 yr old Camper. I spoke with Norman and he gave me the locations that I need to go check so I can get the A/C working. THANK YOU AGAIN! You always make time for your customers, and ensure that you give the best service possible. I will be down later this week to pick up more things for the camper.

They are pretty sold out, busy weekend Im sure. Not the reason for my low stars though. I rated them low because of our experience checking out. This would be the third time Ive made a large purchase and the other two times the same cashier would not put my information in for the loyalty program they have. Today I insisted, all she did was put my name, no address no email just a name and phone number and she has such an attitude about it you would think I asked her to write a 10 page report. There are other businesses in town that make me feel like they truly want my business. This unfortunately is not one of them.

State Trailer and their mechanics have always been able to fix and repair all of my breaks on my Lance campers, whether I’ve been in Idaho or Arizona. I’ve been able to easily get on their schedule and they’ve been able to complete each repair timely. State Trailer is the best.

Very helpful staff. Came to this store with the hope of getting a new trailer axle and tires for my trailer. The staff helped me pick out various items to achieve this goal. Would highly recommend this store to anyone. I was very shocked on the large amounts of ready to go axles and wheels.

Showed up without an appointment, was met with a smile and great attitude. Looked at my awning, which was having issues. Was informed of possible issues, then given a rough quite, then was taken inside to verify pricing, agreed to quote, was told they had an opening for the next day, was able to leave trailer overnight. Was called as soon as they were completed with finding total issues. Was informed of prices, agreed to cost. Was completed on time, as promised, and under what was quoted. Would highly recommend the crew at the Idaho falls store to anyone looking for any RV repairs!!!!

Drove from Pocatello for a few parts needed asap for the upcoming weekend. Hours are posted 7:00 pm. Got there at 6:45 and quickly gathered everything on our list as we were pushed up and down every isle asking what we were looking for instead of what can we help you find. Grabbing the last item at 6:59 and heading to the checkout we were greeted by an employee yelling at another dont they know we close at 7:00. Yes we do know and we are hurrying as fast as we can to get out. She then went chasing the other customers still in the store telling them to get their purchases bought. We purchased our items and we were back in our car by 7:04 pm after she let us out the locked doors. I have never ever felt so pushed and rushed in my life. I understand the closing time is 7:00 pm but for the love of god i was clearly hurrying and on my way to the checkout and lets not forget I am also a paying customer buying multiple items. I will spend my money else where after tonight. I hope her precious 4 minutes was worth it. If I treated people like that in my business I would be out of business.

The 2,000 lb. tongue jack on my enclosed car trailer failed, and I needed a new one. We are from California and were traveling through the Idaho Falls area. I found these folks doing a Google search and saw their 4.4 star rating so we went directly there. I was greeted by an associate upon my entrance, he asked what I needed, and then took me directly to the aisle with tongue jacks. Within seconds I had the correct one in hand, and then asked if they had new bolts I could use to replace the old ones which were 10 years old. The associate quickly located a set of 3 and gave them to me for free. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Perfect!

Leon was very helpful and gave us an estimate upfront completed the job on our horse trailer kand the job entailed a lot of detail and it came right in at the estimate price! The work was done very efficiently and the quality was supurb!Thank you staff at State trailer Inn Idaho Falls!

Readily took the work on even though it was peak of season for RVRepair. Service department worked with me to get proper compensation from my insurance company. I recommend State Trailer Supply for service and repair work.

Good selection of most everything you might need, from kitchen accessories to hitch components. Prices seem to be much more competitive than most RV stores in town. The battery box and wiring I needed today were surprisingly in line with Walmart! Great staff available to help me find what I needed.

My husband called Wednesday looking for parts for a friend broke down in Stanley, ID. The guy said hed call back, system was down or something, no call. Husband called back Thursday, This is Friday and still no call. But thats okay because we went to First Street Welding in Idaho Falls and they got it taken care of!

I stopped in to pick up some RV cleaning supplies. No one ever greeted me or even asked if I needed assistance. When I stood waiting at the checkout counter to make my purchase no one was around to help me. I even called out, hello and received no response. I saw a pad that asked How are we doing? I left a brief note saying why I left. I cant say that I have ever had such a poor experience with a retailer. I wont be returning

Professional staff and widest variety of RV inventory in town. For what inventory State has that you can find at other stores in town, States prices are better in most cases. Theyre even competitive when compared to online retailers. Staff knows RVs and theyll get you fixed up when you walk in the door.

We popped in to get the hitch ball checked! The trailer electric jack decided to stop working right then. They rearranged and fixed both for us. There shop has EVERYTHING and more for RVing. In order to deliver hot tubs and install stoves we use trailers.Whenever we are in need of parts we walk across the state Trailer. They always have the parts we need in stock and their staff is very friendly.
