We werent pressured into doing anything when we went to Elite. We even had a sales guy willing to come in on his day off because of our interest in a particular car. We went in today looking to buy a truck with a trade, Russ Price was nice at first but then after we test drove a truck his tune changed. He basically lied to us and told us the places they sell their cars to wEre closed for the night. He had an attitude like he didn’t want our business and was not as friendly. We went down physically to the places he said they sold to And found out they were still open ! Plus another man we first said hello to didn’t even come out to help us.We will not drive through their lot ever again and we will tell others to do the same.

Bought a truck on the condition that they replace the windshield wipers and have their guys do an inspection before I drove it off the lot. The sales guy also told me that theyd take care of us if there happened to be any serious problems once taking it home because theyd want to do their customers right.I had the truck for two days and the check engine light came on. And it has been on for MONTHS. The truck has now been to three shops and none of them have been able to pinpoint the problem. Its pretty obvious that Elite used a code reader to clear the code in order to get the check engine light to turn off long enough for me to test drive the truck and take it home.I called the dealer multiple times to take up the sales guy on his offer to make things right. Hes clearly avoiding me and not returning my calls.Oh and the windshield wipers? They pulled them off whatever shelf they have without a thought. The wipers are blatantly the wrong size and dont fit on the truck.A dishonest, sleazy car lot if there ever was one.Take all the good reviews with a grain of salt. They bribe you with a gift card if you give them a positive Google review right there in the office. They literally check their Google Business listing before you even leave to verify that you did it.

I recently purchased a car here, no issue with the car, my issue is with the dealership and the lack of customer service.My temporary pass expired and I tried pulling my title but the paper work had not been received by the court house. When I called the dealership the gentleman told me that the paperwork had already been “sent” and that it would be there Thursday. I waited a week and nothing. I called a second time and the lady told me I’m sorry it was sent to the wrong courts house it will be there the next Thursday. I waited a week and went AND STILL NOTHING. This will be the FOURTH Thursday that they “claim” it will be there. Over all I’m very disappointed with the lack of customer service. They have been making me waste my time and my money by me having to ask for days off at work. I work two jobs and these whole situation is making me waste my time. I’m very disappointed this will be my first and my last time purchasing a car from this dealership. ✌🏽

Loved buying my car from the them and doing a trade in. However, I have not even had my new to me 2016 for 2 weeks and the transmission is going out. I now have to put tons of money in to fix it. It’s my own fault for trusting them when they said the mechanic looks at all of the vehicles. Definitely do not trust them.

My husband and I purchased a car here and weve had problem after problem after problem. Within 2 weeks of purchasing our car, I went in to have the tires rotated and was told of many problems the car had and needed fixed.We contacted Elite, and they offered to help pay for repairs and admitted they NEVER DID AN INSPECTION since the car was a 2015 and seemed to be running well.While I am grateful for their help in fixing our car, not even 4 months later the car was undriveable because of even more problems.Needless to say, we will not be purchasing another car here.
