Im a septuagenarian and this store is the rudest most hateful place of business I have ever seen! They appear joyful to NOT be able to provide a part. Its a truly pitiful place! I wish them luck, but how horrible!

Johnstone Supply has been an excellent place for me to do business. The employees are great to work with. They are willing and happy to provide pricing and locate difficult to find parts and equipment. Their prices are competitive and affordable. This company is not a Home Depot or Ace Hardware where anyone can pop in and buy HVAC equipment or government regulated parts and gases. Its a supplier for licensed HVAC professionals.

Wouldn’t sell me the part I needed. Ended up getting it online. So much for supporting local businesses.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Went in looking for a vent cover, the employee wouldnt even answer my question until I gave him an account #. I told him I didnt have an account, proceeded to treat me like a toddler who had just done something I wasnt supposed to. Asked if they had the product I needed, he told me to check home depot and would not provide any additional information. The employee was very rude, for no reason. I would never trust them with my business. Strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your needs.

Dont waste your time here. Too bad there isnt a zero star rating. Even if you have an account number, they could care less if you did business with them. Horrible customer service!! Go to Andersons Inc.

Worst experience I have ever had. I was looking for a air conditioner comb out tool. I could see the tool behind the counter I needed and they wouldnt sell to me because I only have a general contractor license. Is to bad I cannot give them zero stars dont waste your time at this store!

Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The older man at the counter has such a bad attitude! Not helpful and acts like it’s an intrusion of his time to try and buy parts there.

Good place to get replacement parts. But its a little expensive.
