The shift lead Camry is an angel. I placed a delivery order through the Walgreens app, but it went missing between the Walgreens store and my house. I called 3 different people and they each told me to call each other. Finally I ended up calling Camry after being told misinformation by the doordash customer service. Camry then got on the phone with doordash while I was still on the other line. She spent over 30 mins talking to 3 different doordash people and finally got a straight answer out of them. Camry did not need to go the extra mile and help me like she did, but she did. Camry, if you’re seeing this, thank you so much and I’m so sorry if I misspelled your name!

Woman at Pharmacy was rude and nasty to my daughter after she asked to get the Pfizer vaccine but Moderna was already put in system. My daughters fault for not specifying beforehand, but the woman’s behavior was unacceptable. Then she lied and said they don’t have tne Pfizer vaccine

Rude Nasty Staff. If your day is bad or something dont mean you take it out on customers. If you dont like your job then leave. Not even just a rude tone but actually told us No! Go! Try da dallar store. Go!. It isnt spelled right because trying to show how she said it. It was a big black lady. All my friend asked was if they carry sewing thread. Could be answered by a simple no sorry we dont or i dont know if they are really lazy.

You will be suprise how many good deals this store offers.Selection from cosmetics to gift options.Evey week the store offers a good deal on soda packs and water. The staff does good job in having the interior clean.As you walk in to the store someone greets you. Restrooms are located at the back of the store. Ask an associate for the password so you can use the restroom.The associate whos in my opinion the best one there is name Yabby, she makes you feel welcome and is genuinely friendly.Shes very happy to help you.

What a horrible 1st experience at the Pharmacy with the Manager Amy.. Customer service is a Big Zero.. will never go back to this pharmacy.. they fill prescriptions without your consent .. over charge your customers!! Told a price over the phone and when has to go pick up charges a different price..Just poor poor customer service and management!!!!!!!

I cant say enough of how thankful I am for Steve going above and beyond to help me handle our mothers medications. With a complicated health history and Medicare making her care even more difficult to manage he lightens our load and I am so thankful for his caring assistance. The rest of the regular staff are great too.

The store is fine but the customer service is a tossup between friendly and rude. They seem to actively hide from you. If you have a question or need a case opened good luck getting someone to help you.

Walgreens rarely have long lines except when someone takes to long thats how lines in Walgreens are created. And everyone is nice to you and good customer service 👍

Some of the staff here is the nicest you’ll ever meet in your life. Yabby, who is usually at the register, and the manager are both extremely kind and the epitome of amazing customer service. If you’re unfortunate enough to get greeted by Julie Lozano though, you might as well go to CVS
