DO NOT COME HERE! CHECK OUT YELP REVIEWS TOO (MUCH LOWER)!I Had my freshly painted classic car dropped of there to have the brakes checked out while I was away on travel and it came out with a scratch and dent on the fender. Been a customer for smog checks for over 15 years, not one more cent of my money will go towards this business!They had the car for a day and a half to bleed the brakes. When I came to pick the car up, Armando drove it around from the back of the shop and I immediately noticed that there was a scratch and dent on front fender. His immediate reaction was that the paint shop next door did it and walked away. Body language speaks volumes! Said he watched it the whole time it was there and couldnt have been his shop, what a freakin lie! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Sophisticated Auto Electric Is A Scam GarageDO NOT GO HEREMY CAR WAS PERFECT UNTIL I CAME HEREWent for a smog, ended up spending over $200 dollars and they blew my water pump. Wont refund me and turned the other way when I tried to hold him accountableArmando will speak softly, act cordial and make you feel comfortable. He will pull his certificate showing that hes advanced tech and assure you he is the guy for the job. Will also not hold himself or his other mechanics accountable for shifty work.Took my car in for a smog, charged me $60 and told me that my check engine light wouldnt come on and that an oxygen sensor was bad. Told me to come back in a few days so he could have time to check it out, I came in everyday and only 1 day I saw it on the Dyno and the guy running the dyno kept slamming my door really hard for no reason and left the keys in the ignition with the power on for close to an hour (I could see my headlights on) and one of the grill panels was hanging off barely staying on the car bending the insert clip so I walked up and pushed it back in. After those few days I asked Armando what was going on with my car and was told that my PCM (the cars internal computer) was bad and that I might need a new one and when I told him I wouldnt have the money he said he would reset the bad pcm and try and get the computer to read on the dyno. I returned the next day and was billed over 200 dollars for the work he had been doing on my car at which point he told me the car drives really good and that I need to drive the car for a 100 miles in the city at low rpms. I drove away and did everything exactly as he said and didnt even make it 10 miles before my water pump blew and my fan clutch went crazy and broke a bunch of plastic on the top end of my engine, upon closer examination and taking it to another mechanic it was realized that he had filled my coolant reservoir with tap water which blew the pump, the car takes a specific coolant and I put it in myself just to make sure the levels are perfect. There was no coolant at all in the pump and when I bought the car I was told to never put water in the reservoir other wise the pump would blow. When I asked Armando about it his exact words were we didnt touch the coolant, it had to have been someone else, when I made it clear I knew for a fact that wasnt true because I do the levels he tried to tell me that I should go back to the guy I bought the car from and hold him accountable for blowing my pump.Not only that they also broke the plastic on the back of my seat from jumping in over and over like they own it and broke the clips for the housing around my shifter so it doesnt sit in place anymore.I honestly cant believe youre still in business Armando and since our encounters have spoken to about 15 people I know that you have scammed as well. People like you are a dying breed.

Worse smog experience I ever I had. This place rips you off and will claim problems that dont exist. Try ASAP smog! After two failed check at this place went to Asap and found out nothing was wrong with my car. This place is trying to charge me 250 for nothing.
