Very clean establishment. I would go so far as to say this is the cleanest business in Imperial Beach. Customer Service was A1. Very personable staff who tailors the experience very well. Great stock and very interesting merchandise that appeals to anyone and everyone. I was helped by someone named Rita who was hilarious and made me feel very comfortable. I will be returning this week to get some more things that I had my eye one.

Much better after the remodel but has always been a great store. Clean, organized, well stocked and the employees are always helpful and friendly.

This used to be a cool place... still is I guess. They seem to have gotten stricter. Not sure if its covid or something else. I need to find a new spot to hang out.

Ms Rita is awesome very professional and very helpful always great the customers with a smile. Most important she treated us with respect. The cleaning guy Nick at the back movie room was so rude, nasty and very disrespectful.

Just left here and Kai attended to us. She was amazing! She answered all our question being very informative. She also was very kind and personable during our visit. We enjoyed our shopping experience and learned alot! We intend on returning soon!
