Absolutely love our new family van! We walked in thursday and knew exactly which car we wanted to see. Alex was very helpful answering all of our questions. We wanted to wait and see how much we could sell our other car for first. We went back this morning (Friday) and we were in and out in an hour with our new 2011 Toyota Sienna! Nicely cleaned interior, fresh oil change, and was able to get two new tires thrown in after talking to Shawn about our cash offer. Purchased a vehicle recently that seemed fine initially. A few days later the ABS/Traction control cluster came on and my brakes almost gave out. I made an appointment with the dealer and they scanned the code. The exact code was ran on the vehicle by the same technician 2 months earlierThe system was never fixed and it was sold to me and now Im having to deal with the major repair. Not impressed at all and all I am receiving from Instacar now is deflection and lies.

I bought a Scion. A few days later while at the company as they were putting my tags on and checking the tire pressure for me, it was discovered by the mechanic there was a deep rip in one of the tires. The owner and his assistant saw the tire and I was immediately directed to Tires Plus where a new tire replaced the ripped one at the purchase by the company. Thanks Guy’s. My family and I had the greatest experience with InstaCar in June 2020. Our salesman and the owner were very polite and honest and answered every question and concern we had. They even fixed the concerns we noticed from our test drive. Which were minor the keyless remote and the AC blower motor.. Both were fixed before we purchased the car. Shortly after the purchase of our car the back breaks went out and they were happy to fix them as well. The vehicle I went to look at was advertised as having A new engine and transmission, in fact it had them both replaced with parts from a salvage yard. The truck also had a severe shimmy while driving at highway speeds and the windows where wired backwards. The person I spoke with criticized every minor defect on my truck and offered me $750 for a trade-in for a running driving 2008 dodge 4x4 that everything works on. The truck I was looking at was priced mid-range of good condition NADA but was nowhere near good condition. Just the facts.

Bought a 2013 dodge avenger a week ago. Very nice. Alex is a great and honest salesman. The mechanic Pat is helpful and will look at the car everytime you have a question or a problem and help you out.

Well where do I start! He changed the price of vehicle after Agreement to purchase. Warranty is worthless. Not to be trusted W/O written agreement. They cant be trusted... Also horrible customer service. Scam!!!

They were nice and helpful until AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Went up today (day after purchase) bc they wanted to do an inspection and give me the title and I was telling them some things I noticed and the guy and the Machanic weren’t exactly as friendly as yesterday. Put the wrong name on the title as well and when I told them it was gonna be in my name and not my husbands he said “well I don’t see how that’s gonna happen”. When they did my inspection they obviously didn’t check well bc my antifreeze was empty and my heat running with a chill! I even told them about it and they said that it takes a while to heat up when it’s cold... I drove 30 minutes to get up there and the heat was still not real warm so that clearly was NOT it!

Purchase an SUV back in July 27 it started to have some issues I called them to address them SUV broke down within the warranty for engine and transmission... well this people don’t want to be responsible for it! I will be filling a costumer complaint to the state. As they avoid my calls and denied to help me since the sale are very low they don’t have the money to help.

Absolute best prices in kansas city and they offer free 3 months warranties on their vehicles!
