Took my daughter and myself to experience Biggbys for the 1st time. Staff was friendly and courteous! Ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes, thought we would give Starbucks a break for a change. Drinks were put together as pictured but the taste was down right disgusting! Not sure where they get their pumpkin spice from? Taste like Degree deodorant! Regardless if its stirred up or not its down right disgusting! Needless to say both drinks were poured out! Such a disappointment for my daughter and myself! Please check into the pumpkin spice that you utilize! Please do note once again staff was friendly and courteous. Dont waste your money, go to Starbucks!

Always friendly, smiling faces there and the coffee is delicious! I go there way more than I should but whatcha gonna do? I need my iced, frozen or hot coffee! Sometimes its better when made by someone else besides myself. 😊

Never disappointed by the Matcha latte, probably one of the best around. The drinks are 1000 times better than Starbucks.

They have a way to go before I can call this a Biggby. Second time sitting in the drive through and both times I have sat for 20+ minutes with only 3 cars in line. I don’t want to say some employees are rude, but they’re not nice. “Here you go” is not what you say when giving a customer a product. Also, please fill my drink accordingly. I paid for a 20oz and got maybe 12oz of liquid.

The only place to get a fancy coffee in between Independence and Crestview Hills.

The wait in line is insane. You will sit for 25-30 minutes just to get a coffee. It does not appear the store was ready to open but they decided to anyways and dont have enough staff. The drinks are good but the prices are not. Also you get a tiny little straw that is not made for the cup.

Drinks are always good and a decent deal if you use the coupon from your Kroger receipt. Employees are friendly and the line moves at a reasonable pace. The only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because who designed this location???Theres not really enough room for cars to queue up. Seems like customers dont understand that the entrance into the plaza is not an extension of the drive-thru.Got cut in line by some Karen today because I decided to get in line without blocking the entrance. Did you guys not expect to have more than 4 cars in line at a time?

Excellent staff, first time visiting, but the carmel apple cider cold drink really doesnt taste like anything it definitely needs more punch. I threw my 6 dollar drink away.

The bragels are quite tasty! Turkey Havarti on Asiago.

Ive been to this new Biggbys location about a dozen times so far and the service has been great! Its fast and friendly. Even when theres been a long line of cars, Ive always gotten my order in just a few minutes. Great job! Ill be back dozens of more times!

I love Biggby coffee. Especially when there is a drive through! Fast, easy and delicious. Just had an amazing latte of the day.

Slow service, not very friendly staff. Took 10 minutes to get 2 drinks, and the staff member wasnt very happy. Pretty expensive for long wait time and not so great service. Hopefully it will get better.
